Went in before scheduled appointment to have 2 new tires installed and a vehicle inspection. I let them know I would pay for tite rotation for backs to front, then new install new tires in rear, to which she adds to service list. Then reading "Free" rotations if you buy tires, I state those were purchased last year...."Oh, well we will take charge off and take care of it"....
1 hour 40 minutes later (after 3 people were "slipped in" and one actually had 2 new tires and an oil change) and 3 "slip-ins" that were done and gone, I finally get the car, and they didnt totate tires!
She then states "Let me see if they have time to do it now"!!!!!!
Then shes upset I am upset, and states "well I can see if they can do it"! Are you kidding! Paid services certainly billed and paid, but the "Free" services are forgotten! Then I can get back in line and wait until there other "slip-ins" were done....
For expensive tires with services you dont actually get (but paid for), its not worth it. Dont schedule their service as this puts you last, then dont expect them to execute the service unless your paying for it (well unless you want to wait until they "get a chance"! Never again, and will be talking to Firestone direct as they are accountable for their statement about free rotations. Now i have to ask them if it accounts for "If they get a chance" time....
I have been to many Firestones in the area, all of which I’d never go back to, but I’ll definitely return to this one! With a big winter storm coming, the Raynham Firestone was able to get me in the same afternoon I called for a set of new tires and an alignment. They also had the tires I wanted on-hand which was a huge bonus. I figured with the storm coming it would be busy. I only waited a little over an hour for the mount and balance of 4 tires and an alignment. Generally after I leave, I find the tire pressures blown up over 10 psi higher than normal or the wheels torqued as high as they could go and would have to correct it myself, but everything was done correctly the first time. Care was definitely taken during my visit. The advisors were also extremely helpful and pleasant and even search and applied discounts that were available to me. I am more than satisfied with the service I received and will be back!
Lobby filthy, garage was trashed, no clean as you go policy in place. Staff was friendly and kind, appeared to lie to me with a smile. Nothing like coughing up over 1K only to have to take it to the dealer the next day to find out the Firestone on Route 44 in Raynham, didn't diagnose my external light correctly, couldn't see the antifreeze was leaking onto the floor and the need to pound on my locknut was damaging them. But hey the tires I got look wonderful.
I can’t say enough good things about Steven! I was 45 miles from home on a rainy night when I sliced my tire, and driving on a front donut in a heavy SUV was genuinely unsafe. What could have been a stressful and nerve-wracking situation was completely turned around because of Steven.
He immediately checked inventory, found that they had one of my exact tire in stock, and made sure it was installed as soon as I arrived. That kind of problem-solving and urgency made all the difference.
The peace of mind of being able to drive home safely was everything. Steven was courteous, calm, and solutions-oriented from start to finish, and he made a difficult moment feel easy. He’s a true asset to Firestone and absolutely deserves recognition — if there’s a customer service award, he should be at the top of the list.
Highly recommend Firestone Raynham, and especially working with Steven.
They are understaffed and overworked! So unless you have time go somewhere else. Even if you have an appointment days out, they will can cancel day of. When you need your car this is unacceptable. You should know what you can and can’t handle in a day and schedule accordingly!
They are very professional and Steve is so accommodating making the experience a joy they remain at the top of my list for service. Thank you to Steve and all the technicians in the back that make it all happen. Oscar
On a Saturday they told me my car required one day of work. Then on Sunday they called and pushed it into Monday, then on Monday they told me Tuesday, and then Tuesday night when I showed up they told me the only person working on my car doesn't work on Mondays and Tuesdays. Finally on Wednesday I had to tow my car away. They earned the one star because they didn't charge me after I drove my car there for a one day job and towed it away 4 days later. Do yourself a favor and go to a real mechanic.
I had an issue with one of my tires frequently losing pressure. I called Firestone to make a service appointment and they told me I could come right in. They diagnosed the issue and were able to fix it quickly (needed a new sensor).
Absolutely amazing service today at the Rayham location. DJ was extremely patient and understanding and just honest. He was not pushy and made me feel very comfortable. The entire Firestone team in Rayham have great personalities, good sense of humors, and overall above the top customer service!!
I have to say the customer service here is exceptional! I was a walk in at 5:30 on a Friday and they took me in right away. I had run over a screw and thought I needed just a patch. After further inspection, it was actually a blessing in disguise because my tires were really bald on the inside and the alignment was way off. Thank you for the great service!
Steve was great with us good service came in needed a tire he did it immediately great people all have respect and Brandon was great Probaly In here for most of 30 minutes
Dropped car off, technician called after checking car, performed only services that were specified, and had the car ready to go that afternoon...excellent service!
Just picked up my car from this establishment today, Steve and Brandon were the two gentleman that I worked with They were Extremely knowledgeable and kind. my car had about two handfuls worth of problems and they were able to fix the majority of them in a 24 hour time span. Steve was extremely transparent and honest with me about my vehicle and even threw in a free oil change ,which I appreciate very much. I changed from Pep Boys to Firestone a year ago and I definitely do not regret my decision. They are extremely professional and always seem to do right by the customer. I 100% recommend this place and I will be returning if I have any other issues with my car.
I have been coming to the shop for a couple years now and it has always a wonderful experience. I have been helped by Steven multiple times, he pays close attention to details! He always makes sure that my vehicle is well taken care for and ensures my safety while driving. My car always drives like new when I leave the shop, wether it is for an oil change or brand new set of tires. Thank you to Steven and the guys at his shop!
I just have to say this particular location never disappoints. I have been going to this Firestone for a few years now and once they fix something, I never have an issue with it again. Price is a reasonable staff is quick and friendly and always willing to help especially Stephen. If it’s something they can’t do they will tell you right up front. No beat around the bush. Very disappointed. I called this location and made an appointment for an already diagnosed problem. My driver's side lower ball joint and control arm. I had someone else bring the car to the shop to drop off for repair. Almost 4 hours later, I called firestone to ask for an update. They proceeded to tell me "the right ball joint is loose, but the left (meaning the driver side) really needs the most attention". I was floored. Yes good sir. I am aware. That is why I asked you to fix the DRIVERS SIDE. My quote was inaccurate, written for the wrong part. I had asked them to run a diagnostic on why the car would not pass inspection, they did not. They made sure to tell me my brakes were on the low side tho!!!! And they called the wrong number for follow up. My mothers cell number is what they called... when I was told they had recorded my own number. So for almost 4 hours my car sat with no work done, while they waited for PERMISSION to do the repair I had originally asked for. I will be taking my car elsewhere.

I was very happy with the customer service from each employee I spoke with. The pricing on my new Firestone all-Season tires installed and balanced was very fair. They informed me of failing inner and outer tie rods. I had my mechanic replace them and went back and was helped within a few hours of dropping it off. My vehicle drives and handles better than it has in a long time!

Garage customer service. Dropped my car off at 9 am on Tuesday. Was told at 11 am Wednesday there were 2 cars before my car would even be looked at. Picked my car up at 130 pm with no service, no explanation or apology, just a simple heres your keys. Apparently if someone books an online appointment even while your car sits in the parking lot for a day you are moved to the back of the line
I went to Firestone this morning and had them do a diagnostic test on my rear brakes. There’s been a squeaking noise coming from my car for a while. I had my front brakes done at another shop last Saturday. Firestone told me I had a warranty on the brakes but then told me I still need to pay more money to have the brakes done. This doesn’t make any sense and brakes shouldn’t be worn down in over a year. This is why I’m giving a rating of 1. There’s so much competition going on that a company can’t honor a warranty or help out a customer. I just don’t get how brakes can go bad within a year. They should be lasting a good two or three or maybe stretch it to 4. Please watch out for these situations. I don’t think I will be going back here anymore. I’m new to the area and didn’t know where to go and I went yo Firestone last year and today. Thank you!
Botched a simple oil change! I got my oil changed (2022 Ranger) less than a week ago and my vehicle has been leaking large amounts of oil ever since. The engine skid plate is covered in oil and they failed to reattach the wheel well cover properly, missing 4 of 7 fasteners. I usually change the oil myself but didn't have garage space this time so figured I'd go to the "pros". If they are too lazy to even reattach the simplest of parts, what else did they mess up?
I believe that Firestone did a really good job on my service. We had tires replaces, all four. They are doing really well. We also had an oil change. Great service. Accommodating. Very professional. Thanks for a wonderful service. Would reccomend to others.
Update: 12/13/21: Brought my truck back to Firestone Raynham to get the TPMS sensors installed 12/12/21. They were installed and they work fine now. I did have a conversation with the Service Manager in private to discuss my displeasure of the entire weekend. I asked for at least a refund on having to pay for an additional warranty and was given it. The service manager listened to my complaints. He said that he will have the GM call me when he was in on Monday. Well Monday 12/13/21 has come and gone and no call back???. I have bought tires and have had services for 15 to 20 years at this shop. I honestly do not see me going back here again. A simple call from the GM and compensation for my time having to deal with this HUGE inconvenience over 3 days on a weekend would have gone a long way since it was in my opinion their fault and negligence that a value stem and TPMS sensor blew inside my tire!!
Update: 12/10/21 I have driven about 75 miles total since I bought the Destination LE2 tires. Today my right front tire blew out on the highway. I didn't hit anything, there was nothing in the road. So not happy that this happened. My truck is now at Firestone Hingham as I was on RTE 3 north when this happened. They had to order the tire to replace as they did not have it in stock but would tomorrow. I've never had a tire blow out like this did today, especially a brand new tire. So not happy right now. Turns out the valve stem and TPMS sensor blew inside the tire. This should never happen! Was also charged another 21.00 for a new tire warranty. Never mind the additional cost to have my truck towed.
12/4/21: Went today for 4 tires for my truck, a new battery, alignment, and air cabin filter replacement. After installing my new tires. I was told three of my tire sensors did not work. They were fine when I brought the truck in. Joe said they would replace the sensors for nothing, but it was only after I argued that the light was not on as they insist it was? I think I would know if the light was on! After installing after market TPMS sensors the tire light was still on. Joe told me that this has happened before and they will now replace all the sensors again, but this time getting them from Toyota. Again they will be replaced for nothing. He has ordered the new sensors from Toyota and will call me when in to replace. I never did get a call to say I was allset. It was only after I called during the week to find out the parts were in?
