For past three years I have been bringing three of my vehicles here, the latest was on my F350 throwing a engine light. I had the error code and discussed, the manager communicated clearly and professionally on processes they will follow to narrow in on the issue and will provide all details found which assured me once again, they are thourough and honest. They reviewed my truck and found other issues, some that were not good and took the time to go over them with pictures and outcome if not repaired soon if not now. All needed work was performed w/ a completion report detailing everything. Honesty and Integrity is clearly present in this establishment.

The Meineke team was fantastic start to finish when I recently brought in my car for a standard wheel alignment. The gentleman at the front desk knew me by name when I walked in, which added a personal touch to what can easily be considered as transactional service as you can get. From there, I was offered a standing desk in the waiting area to comfortably work while I waited. The team was very quick with performing the service and not trying to push any unnecessary services to make more commission. As an experienced sales professional, I appreciated that conscious decision to not push. The price ended up being more than fair. Couldn’t have asked for more and the team should be commended for their exemplary professionalism and personal approach to serving their customers.

Been going here for over 15 years! Milfort is one of the most honest and kindhearted man I have met. I have never had a problem here. Also Roy is back after several years away taking care of family and he is also kind and honest!

Clean place, didn't take too long, friendly staff. I would have given 5 stars but they didn't balance the air in my tires, which for me has always been standard during oil changes I've had

Had no appt but took me immediately after showing me all that needed to be done on my truck got me a ride home as my car had 5-6 hours worth of work that needed to be. Told me I needed a new tire sensor. I added two pounds of pressure and the light turned off. All set

The staff is always very friendly and seemingly helpful. My husband and I have been exclusively taking our cars here for 2 years. However, I called recently to ask about repairing or replacing one of my tires that was still under warranty with them. It went flat due to an unavoidable pot hole. Over the phone, they said they would replace it and that it was under warranty. I brought the car in and at that time, I asked them to look at another tire that had been losing PSI rapidly as well. That tire was also under warranty. They dismissed my concerns about the tire that was losing PSI. They replaced the other tire but after they replaced it, they charged me and would not warranty it because I couldnt prove that I'm not just a bad driver (their words.) A couple weeks later, my husband called and asked about having them check out the tire that was still rapidly losing PSI. They had him come in and they agreed the tire needed to be replaced and did it under warranty with no issues. This shop does a good job but apparently only if you are a man. I shouldn't have to send my husband in with my car because they assume women are bad drivers and wont believe you. We will be taking all of our business elsewhere.

This place is great and HONEST!! Bought my car in for an alignment and brakes. After checking it all out they came back with “no need for brakes”. Another place would have charged me $400 for no reason.

I was very impressed on how professional it was. Roy was very nice to SHOW me why I need to get brake shoes & rotors. Most mechanics don’t let customers near the bays.I’ll recommend them to everybody .

Went in for a routine oil change 4/14 on my 2014 grand cherokee. No issues with vehicle when arrived for appointment. After completing the oil change, pulling the vehicle up, the tech walked in and asked "who changed the oil pan?". I stated, I did. Drain plug came with the oil pan. Tech then stated "drain plug is to short, meaning it might not last long." Again, no leaking from drain plug prior with new oil pan even with driving at least a thousand miles. Drove away, not even a mile to get gas, look underneath vehicle, oil is dripping from the drain plug. Of course I bring it back, said its leaking, never leaked before hand so what happened? They brought it back in the garage, said "crunch washer wasnt seated right but now it should be all set, they double checked." Before leaving i looked underneath and didnt appear to be leaking so I drove home. 4/15, I drive my secondary vehicle to work to leave jeep at rest to see if leaks. 4/16, hasnt moved since drove home after "fixed", its leaking. Yeah so much for all set.

The staff and in particular Craig is outstanding. Work is guaranteed and I feel as if they really do care about job and their work. They are very accommodating and it's most apprecaited.

My experience at Meineke was great! Made an appointment for 8am and car was done around 12pm the same day. They told me more was wrong than expected and gave me an itemized list and price estimate of all issues, but did not push me to purchase anything outside of what I originally came in to have fixed. They were friendly, helpful and made me feel heard and listened to (as a woman that is not always my experience with car places). I appreciated there honesty and transparency and will definitely be back!

I always leave satisfied. Craig and his staff are always willing to listen to me on what ever issue I am having with any of the three vehicles I have. Two being Mercedes and we all know what the dealership charges. They are very knowledgeable on different makes and models. Great place

Wish I could rate more than 5 stars, this Meineke is literally like a breath of fresh air compared to the last experience I had at a different shop. My job uses this shop on the fleet we have and so I called to see if they would be able to fit me in just to take a look at my brakes and give me an estimate. Milford answered the phone and was very eager to get me in immediately! He asked what time worked best for me and within 30 minutes my car was on the lift getting checked out! Admittedly, I had quite a few things that needed to be done. New front brake pads, rotors, tires & an alignment (a service that didn’t even get done at the last shop despite it being one of the main reasons I brought my car there.) I originally wasn’t going to have the work done that day, I wanted to get a price idea from another shop or two and weigh my options. However, the total price for all of the work to be done was way cheaper than what I was expecting. They were even amazing enough to give me the alignment for free with the purchase of the new tires! I was going to set up an appointment to come back but curiosity made me ask whether or not they would be able to get it done the same day & they did! In a matter of 1.5 hours I had my car back & it was in immaculate condition! I will 100% be bringing my car here from now on for any work I need. Big thanks to the mechanics & to Milfort for all being so kind & accommodating!

I’m actually really disappointed I wasn’t at first. I got my brakes done because they were completely gone when I was driving a 2 1/2 drive to go see family on Christmas day the brakes completely wet. I had it towed the day after Christmas to Meineke in Rynham of my belief I spoke with a gentleman multiple times throughout the day who told me that he was sure the car could be finished by the end of the day so I arranged my plans cause I was not home. I was 2 1/2 hours away. I arranged my plans that my car would be fixed no later than 630 maybe seven if they stay open later to finish cars I was also told that I would get a call if for some reason it couldn’t be fixed. I also asked if they could do an oil change while they were at it and I got a quote of around 500. I think I ended up paying more than 500 but I was happy with that because I was under the impression I was getting all new brakes and an oil change. I picked up the truck. It’s an expedition by the way an old expedition. The brakes appeared to work, but by the time I was halfway home, my brake light was coming on again. I thought maybe it was just a little glitch but sure enough here. We are not even a whole month after Christmas and my brakes have been grinding. I don’t know what is going on. I don’t know if I paid $500 just for the front brakes and now the back brakes are grinding or vice versa but all I know is I shouldn’t of had to pay 500 well minus what 100 max for the oil change that’s $400 for owe me half of the brakes and it wasn’t specified to me. I’m really upset not only that nobody called me. The car was not done that night. I was left scrambling trying to figure out where I was going to sleep and how I was going to get there. It wasn’t fixed until two days after Christmas. i’ve been busy and honestly, I have another car that I have gotten fixed and plan on driving and getting rid of this car, but it is a shame that they charge me so much without communicating to me that they weren’t doing all the breaks I was under the impression that all the brakes were getting done and it’s a shame that I just paid $500 for a vehicle now that I am not draining any more money into. I really would not recommend this place. The gentleman was kind of on the phone, very deceiving and misleading, and screwed me over not even financially, but the day after Christmas, I’ve barely had a place to sleep. because I didn’t make plans because I thought the car would be fixed so here there I am 7 PM trying to figure out where I can sleep and how I can get there

These guys are the best!!! I have been getting my oil changed here for years and they never try to scam me or upsell me on any product. I keep on coming back because they are very black and white. They will tell me if something is wrong with my vehicle, give me a quote and that's it. They never push the issue, which is why I did let them fix a problem I had with my exhaust the other day, they gave me a more then reasonable price and were quick about it too. I will continue to go back to this location because its centered around customer needs.

I started coming here when I was gifted my 2010 Chevy Cobalt 12/2023. I’ve come for oil changes and some mechanical fixes. Customer service has been great until today. I noticed the engine light but wasn’t sure if it was because I was due for an oil change or if something else. So I made an appointment for Saturday for an oil change and check engine light. I was on time for my 9am appointment(8:50). Explained what was going on and gave them my keys. A man came in shortly after me for his 9am oil appointment as well(a truck). He left before I did but didn’t think anything of it because “they’re checking the engine light”. When Craig came out to give me the keys and cash out I was told I had 3 codes relating to the transmission. I asked how much it would cost to fix and he told me “I don’t know that. You would have to drop off the car for the day so we can check it out.” I agreed and said I would call back when I could drop off the car. Today is the Monday following that Saturday. I called in to drop off the car to figure out what needs to be fixed so they can fix it. Craig proceeded to tell me “it’s not free”. (Which I wasn’t expecting it to be. Most places will charge you to check the code if you have no intentions on fixing it with them, wasn’t the case for me.) That the check would take “about an hour and cost $175” to check the issue NOT fix the issue. I was confused so I asked questions to which Craig seemed to be highly annoyed and hesitant to answer. He told me the issue has to do with “shift floor aide”?! I think because he did not repeat it when I asked. I called a couple of people to confirm if this was normal practice and 100 percent told me no. So I called back to verify all the information that was given to me Saturday and earlier today and when I was speaking he interrupted to say “maybe we got the our wires crossed.” To which I took as challenging my intelligence. Yes I do not know much about cars but I know enough that it doesn’t cost $175 to check an engine light. I would suggest in the future with others that the mechanics/shop are very clear in what is said and how they say it. I gave 3 stars because it is not a horrible shop but this was a horrible experience!

Went in for an oil change at 4pm. Staff was friendly. After about 15 minutes one of the techs came out showing me how my coolant looked like a brown milkshake (it shouldn’t look like that). He told me to come take a look. Sure enough was full of a disgusting brown ooze in my radiator. Long story short my radiator was flushed and needed my oil cooler replaced in addition to the oil change. The team completed it the next day. Throughout the process I spoke with the Manager Craig who was very helpful and courteous. A week later and have had zero issues. Had they not been thorough then I could’ve had some serious engine or radiator damage on my hands. Craig was also helpful for settling an issue with my extended warranty claim so I could be reimbursed. **FYI** if you plan on trying to get the repair covered by your extended warranty it likely needs to be approved BEFORE the work can commence. Overall a good experience and I will continue to bring back my vehicles and recommend this Meineke as long as Craig is in charge. Also shout out to the technician working on my vehicle as well (D. Doherty) who caught the issue and did all the repairs on my vehicle.

I was smelling gas/exhaust in my car & came here to have it checked out. Of course, my car decided not to smell once the mechanics got ahold of it ? But they were patient with me & exhausted all possibilities to figure out the problem. They even let me drive w/ one of the mechanics in the car to pinpoint what I was smelling (which didn’t happen of course). So, I decided to just get a tune up & alignment. All of the staff was nice; especially Craig, the manager. He didn’t make me feel pressured or as if he was overcharging for what I needed. I watched him with other customers, and he exhibits professionalism & care for the people he serves. These guys did a great job on my car & I’d recommend them for car care ❤️
