DO NOT GO HERE me and my father went here to buy a Silverado from him and it was going good and he said he’s putting 4 brand new tires on it and a o2 sensor it’s been 2 weeks since and it’s 2 hour job to do so I called him saying I wasn’t interested anymore and he starts cussing at me and swearing the truck was in bad shape to he was using it for work and wanted to sell it to me he is not trust worthy he does not refund you for the deposit !

SCAM ALERT***DO NOT GO HERE*** They did there very best to play me, but never told them I'm a mechanic. Had to settle in court and cost me a year and half of stress and a lot of missed weekends with family, work and fun. Painted my truck wrong color and made nothing but empty promises and so on and so on. This was so bad that it has effected the way I look at life and business.Please spend a little more money on whatever car/truck/suv your looking at anywhere else than get the same here for cheaper.Soon as I sighed for ownership they completely changed. [[Will cost more than money!!!!]]Good luck and please take my advice!!!! Stay sharp everywhere you go. Get everything in writing and save everything! Even things you would think you don't need. These people are scam artists.

My wife and I purchased a car from here cash in hand. Few things were asked of them. Please make sure the car is clean, the oil changed, and a tank of gas in the vehicle. Like most dealerships should do anyways. Car was a filthy mess when we arrived to pick it up, tank was almost empty and shame on me for trusting he changed the oil. I recently went to change the oil and pulled out less than 1.5 qts of oil. The cars capacity is 5qts. I had to pay someone separately to completely detail the vehicle inside and out as well. The dealership is a dusty pigsty in its own right with cruddy old couches in the lobby and scattered junk everywhere. My experience was terrible and I highly recommend going anywhere else besides here.

Dont make the same mistake i did dont buy here.Dont let the symbols on theses cars fool you Junk junk junk only dealership that doesn’t clean car for their customers The interior was filthy omg such a bad experience dont say i didnt warn you guys!!!

Can't say enough good things about my interaction with Jason! I called him to look at a 2015 GTI and he stayed an hour later to accommodate my schedule. He let me take as much time I wanted to look it over, even let me plug into the OBDII port and run a full scan of the car, as well as shipped the car to a VW dealer for a pre purchase inspection. I was originally hesitant to buy from a smaller dealer but after reading some good reviews, I went for it and I'm glad I did! He was laid back, friendly, didn't push to make the sale and was overall very good to deal with. If you're looking for an honest place to go buy a used car, go give him a call! It's not often you find a used car salesman as honest, friendly and transparent as he was with me. Definitely a happy customer!

I recently bought a vehicle at this place & I couldn't be happier!!! I was skeptical of car dealers & the owner Jason was really great!!! I bought a car/truck there at J & A after looking at a similar vehicle for thousands more... I can only speak for my dealings & my vehicle was in the 10-20 thousand range... I got lucky finding this place & would definitely recommend & return business!!!

I bought a car from these people not even 3months ago where I paid the car off in full and was promised new brakes, scratches buffed out, & other little side work that never got done. I should have turned around and ran when he had me go get the inspection sticker from his guy down the street only to have it FAIL for SAFETY. His people told me it was the tie rod. They supposedly replaced it. After having the car about a month I was hearing noises seeing as the car was still under warranty I brought it to him, only to be treated with a bad attitude, & making it out like I had done something wrong & that his guy definitely fixed the brakes so I was crazy. Fast forward not even 2 months later and I've already had the car in the shop twice because of those brakes that he "fixed". All in all I had a terrible experience dealing with J & A.

Such a great experience shopping with J&A. They handled everything for me; kept in touch with me every step of the way making me feel very comfortable on such a big decision. I hope to see them for my next car!

I arrived and the owner was there to greet me. Took me and the wife to the car I was interested in. Took my ID and gave me a dealer plate and the keys to take for a test drive. Told me he would have the car detailed because there was major construction going on. I ended up buying the car. Transaction was fast and easy. Car ready in 5 days.

Worst experience on buying car ever if you love your money, don’t buy your car here go find another different dealership. I bought 2013 BMW within six months the engine is gone and to fix the engine is very expensive, so I kind take a L and learn my lesson. MOST PEOPLE I KNOW HAVE ISSUE WITH THIS DEALER.

I bought a car in November 4 months in I had a leak and over the summer I had my ac recharged two times and now I gotta get the whole engine replaced bought it at 78k I’ve spent almost 5 bands on the car already and the cost to fix the engine knocking I’m gettin estimate over 4 bands so if u buy a car from here i recommend u take it to another dealer and have them multi inspect it. This my first time purchasing my first vehicle and I don’t want nobody goin down like I did thank yu.

I regret buying a car here, there has only been 1 week where there were no problems but as soon as one started I was told to bring it back and they would fix it, they did fix it but then that lead to two more problems and this keeps happening. They promised to fix electrical stuff when I told them about it, it was never fixed, said the fixed the key remote for my car, they lied on that also, even with a new battery it wouldn’t work.

Buyer Beware! Do not even consider purchasing a vehicle from these guys unless you want to get scammed or buy a car with hidden problems. I recently have purchased a vehicle from theses guys out of state and had the car delivered. Before I Purchased I called multiple times to ask about the condition and made sure everything was mechanically sound. They assured me it was and ran\drove perfect. The first thing I notice when I get the vehicle delivered is a heavy knocking coming form the engine. So I take it to my mechanic as well as a Dealership to have it checked it. They both tell me the same thing, the engine was toast and I was looking at around 8k for a replacement. I immediately call J and A to tell them what I found and they immediately start feeding me lias and tell me the noise im hearing is just something minor and the dealership\mechanic are wrong. When I ask about getting a refund for the vehicle he tells me I have to go through the GM who was out of town. I was fed this story for about 2 weeks before they stopped answering my calls. Im currently looking at my options now, long story short. Do NOT give this place your business. They're sketchy people who sell lemons, like many other reviews state.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS AUTO DEALER!! Every car on the lot has a problem that this dealership cannot handle. Their idea is to get you in a car the nicest and fastest way possible with a big smile and promises that are not kept. The owner will fast talk you so be on your toes, if you still do decide to shop here PLEASE bring a reputable certified mechanic as their in-house mechanics are not certified and are not knowledgeable of vehicles on the lot. Their auto repair shop is a revolving door for mechanics in about 6 months they went through 3 mechanics. Do not let the lipstick fool you these cars are not checked, maintained or cared for. I personally purchased a vehicle recently from them and have had problems ever since, 4 times in 6 months my car has returned with the same problem and no fix one mechanic even put a part in backwards and argued with me that it was right it definitely was not as I make my own repairs on other vehicles. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE KEEP DRIVING KEEP SCROLLING PAST J AND A AUTO do not experience what I’ve gone through.

Very friendly and willing to work with you so you get the right car at a good price. Right now the registry is slow to process paperwork so it takes a little longer on that end but not their fault.

My wife and I bought an Audi A4 here two years ago for our son as his first car. It over heated as soon as it got on 495. We called the dealership and he brought coolant to get it back to the dealership. It was July 4th week and his mechanic was on vacation. Once the hose was replaced the car ran like a champ. We bought it with roughly 80k miles, my son put 20k miles on it as a pizza delivery drive for Papa Gino's in the Worcester area. We just traded the Audi and we got there for 2k dollars more than what was owed. While i would characterize our experience here as not ideal, it was not horrible either. We also brought our own financing so I cannot speak to their financing process. The photo is from when we first got it home. It was bought from them for just under 10K dollars, the total trade value for the car after two years of usage was 4900 and 2800 was still owed. All in all, I am happy with the purchase we made there. I would say it is/was a 4 star experience, we got a good car at a good price and they took care of the initial mechanical problem without issue and when we traded it in yesterday we got a great value on the back side as well.

Worst car dealer i ever been to. These people dont even let you think first of all. I was interested in a car so i went to check it out the man named Jason or "J" told me it needed one quick repair so i offered him a deal. I went back the next day he comes saying that what he thought was the problem isnt but im sure he was lying. Somebody must have bought it for more money, then he tried to sell me another car that he didnt have the keys for. I waited for the other guy (George) to come and bring the keys just to find out that there was other people waiting for it and bought it.....PSH.....and thats just a quick summary. My advice dont even bother trying I DO NOT recommend them!!!

The place is easy to find , close to 495. Becky will greet you with a smile, and the owner Jason will do anything to help you find a great car (I got a 2013 BMW 535i xDrive) for a good price. The mechanic who works there was Bulgarian(as am I) and very knowledgeable. Overall a great team! Thank you guys for an amazing purchase!

Never met Jay, he never showed up during the posted hours of operation. Spoke to him on the phone and rudely asked if I had spoke to a mechanic and then said he'd show up in five minutes. Looks like a chop shop, I wouldn't advise anyone to risk their wellbeing driving a vehicle from here.

Bought a car at J and A roughly 6 months ago and Jay made it work.. at J and A they really work with you and help you find the right car..recently went there to get my car serviced (regular maintenance) and not only was it done right but it was done super quick. If your looking for a nice Car for the right price definitely the way to go
