Before the sale, our experience at Route 44 Toyota was great. We felt like we got a good deal on the car, and the finance department was excellent to work with. Everything seemed very smooth and positive during the buying process. After the purchase, we did run into some issues that initially left us feeling like the great experience at the beginning may have just been to make the sale. Once everything was finalized, it felt like our concerns weren’t being addressed with the same urgency and things were dragging out, which was frustrating. Because of that, I left a review. Kris Lawrence reached out to us almost immediately and truly made an effort to make things right. We had spent some money out of pocket related to the issue, and he reimbursed us right away without any hassle. Sometimes problems happen with big purchases — what really matters is how they’re handled afterward. Kris seemed very sincere and genuinely wanted to fix the situation, which we really appreciated. Because of the earlier issues, we honestly weren’t planning on returning. But after meeting Kris and now having a contact there who clearly cares about customer satisfaction, we just may. I am changing my review to 5 stars based on the final outcome with Kris.

I went in for an inspection for my 2025 Toyota Corolla Cross and they said they couldn't give me an Inspection Sticker because the windshield wipers were streaking !?!? They said they'd replace them for $20. There were No streaks whatsoever. They were replaced last fall and the car was serviced at the dealership in Maine 1 month ago. The complimentary safety inspection didn't find anything wrong with them. I won't be returning.

I’m disappointed with my recent experience. I brought my car in for an oil change and inspection sticker and was later told the vehicle would not pass inspection due to “illegal” window tints. This situation could have easily been clarified beforehand if someone had asked, as I have a state-approved medical waiver that legally permits my tint level. I have had my inspection sticker done before and previously in other visits staff were able to come out and discuss vehicle issues that needed to be fixed, so it was frustrating that no one informed me during the visit that the inspection could not be completed because of the tint concern. As a result, my inspection sticker was not done, and I’m told If I want to have it done I will need to wait another 90 minutes for something that could have been resolved during the same appointment. Additionally, the customer service experience felt unfriendly, as the staff looked very unapproachable which added to the overall disappointment. I hope communication and customer interaction can be improved moving forward so situations like this can be handled more efficiently.

Very happy with my service at Route 44 Toyota! I got a good deal on a used 2024 Rav4 with one prior lease holder and low mileage. I won't call any other dealerships out by name, but the price was way better than some other local spots who were selling used 2024 Rav4's with higher mileage and multiple owners for more than the original sale price of a new 2024 Rav4 when the car first came out!! Pretty bonkers stuff out there, but not at Route 44. Got a solid deal on my trade in, too. Gary Doucette in finance worked so darn hard to make sure I was completely satisfied, going above and beyond in his service! Same with AB over in sales who was responsive to my communications even outside of business hours. 10/10 service, would highly recommend! Thank you, Route 44 Toyota!!

Brought my fiancés truck in for a few request in service and had the pleasure to work with Gary (technician). He took his time and did an outstanding job with my request. The service department is amazing and squeezed this in last minute and my expectations were met. My fiance is more than happy with the outcome. Great job rt 44 Toyota!!

THE SERVICE MANAGER PUT MY FAMILY IN DANGER. I went in with a valid factory warranty issue. The Master mechanics made excuses in the service manager agreed. 3 months later the problem got even worse and it's definitely not just my tires as the excuses stated. After proving them wrong and telling them I contacted Toyota corporation, the service manager Dennis got pissed off and refused the factory warranty on my truck. Even after proving his diagnosis was wrong. I was insulted by the service manager in front of three colleagues before I had to walk out because I couldn't take no more. It was probably because the multiple complaints I made prior to coming into this appointment. They tell you there's a factory warranty but they don't want to do the work like so many other reviews State... For the love of God, people read your reviews. This dealership is trash. Absolute trash.. Issue # 2 i had : When i bought my truck brand new they offered oil changes for a period. They scheduled my first oil change at 10k miles. I disagreed. Ever heard of a break-in period for motors? Should be changed at 2-3k max. A new motor has lots of friction and moving parts dropping all the metal flakes in your oil so the first oil change is crucial to do early. It took me arguing with the service dept and speaking with Tim the owner just to get my damn oil changed. The super smart owner Tim said engines are made different... Really ??? how... Its like they think all customers are dumb. If you follow their rules and change your first oil change at 10k then you just took years and tens of thousands of miles off the life of your car.. Its a scam to get you back in for service which is where they make most of their money.. Not sales. The owner Tim Bruno and service manager Denise Tucker are to be trusted like your worst enemy. Stay away.. YOUVE BEEN WARNED.... Update: after going to another Toyota dealership in Attleboro, the service team looked at my truck and said it's not my tires. It's the differential. They ordered the parts, I dropped off my truck and they put in the brand new parts. It's that simple but if you go to raynham route 44 Toyota it will be very different.. This was proof that Dennis and the mechanics at raynham route 44 Toyota lied and/or had no idea what they were talking about.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Adam was amazing throughout the entire car-buying process. I let him know that I needed to leave with a vehicle the same day, and he made it happen. I went in at 9 a.m. and was driving off in my new car by 3 p.m. He guided me every step of the way, answered all my questions, and made the experience smooth and stress-free. His professionalism and patience really stood out. I’m extremely happy with my new car and highly recommend Adam to anyone looking to buy a vehicle!

One of the worst experiences I have ever experienced. Met with one of the female sales representatives who was doing a fantastic job showing me a few vehicles and providing best pricing. Her sales manager intervened through our process and started demanding money down and high pressured sales tactics. I immediately got turned off, stood up and made sure everyone in that dealership knew how disgusted I was and unprofessional he was then I walked out the door. I will never be back to give this dealership my business. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

I visited a few places and left feeling unsatisfied, but the moment I arrived at Toyota of Raynham on Route 44, I knew I was going to leave happy. I ended up getting more value for my money than I expected. Adam provided excellent customer service. Very personable, professional, and easy to work with. The entire team there seems to have a great dynamic, and it really shows in how smoothly everything runs. This will be the only dealership I come to moving forward.

This review I am posting does not reflect the service department, as I have not had any mechanical work performed on the car. Rather, it reflects my experience with the sales staff, the reconditioning department, the front desk, and the communication between these departments. I purchased a Gold Certified Pre-Owned Tacoma from this dealership about two weeks ago. During the purchase, I worked with a salesman, and during the test drive, it was very clear that the previous owner had smoked in the vehicle. During negotiations, I was assured through a handshake agreement that the odor would be removed from the car, even if it required multiple ionization treatments, so I decided to proceed with the purchase. A few days later, I brought the truck in for its first ionization treatment. When I picked it up later that day, there was no improvement, and if anything, the smell was worse. After being told this process would eliminate the odor, I was disappointed and decided to clean the interior myself. Through this, I cleaned all soft surfaces using a carpet cleaner, emptying the machine four times, each time the liquid appeared dark brown from nicotine residue. I also cleaned the hard surfaces, removing caked-on buildup, and I finished this off with an odor deodorizer. After this cleaning, I would say approximately 75% of the smell had been removed. This also made it very clear that the vehicle had never been properly and thoroughly detailed before purchasing, which is disappointing and not what should be expected when spending as much money as I did on a certified pre-owned vehicle. Two days later, I brought the truck back to the dealership for another ionization treatment, which was discussed with the salesman before bringing it in. I explained the situation to the front desk; however, I later heard from the reconditioning department that the effects from ionization had already occurred, and there was nothing further they could do. This is entirely untrue, which was found from a simple Google search, and it’s because ionization requires surfaces to be cleaned beforehand; ozone cannot penetrate through the nicotine-coated tar on and in the soft surfaces. I once again contacted the salesman and explained the situation, and was assured it would be handled the following week. I brought the truck back, simply requesting another ionization treatment. Instead, they threw a deodorizer in the vehicle, said it was all set, and the odor returned within a couple of days. After multiple trips and days wasted, I decided to research local detailers and paid $250 out of pocket for a professional detailer and the final ionization I had asked for countless times, which, surprisingly to all, successfully removed the smell. I am not sure if this experience was due to a lack of knowledge, accountability, or communication among departments, but something was clearly inadequate. While I understand that salesmen can make empty promises, I don’t believe it is unreasonable to expect a dealership to honor at least the bare minimum of a verbal commitment made at the time of purchase. While the days after buying a car should be relaxing for me, it seemed like nothing more than a hassle dealing with this dealership. I don’t believe that my next car purchase in a couple of years will come from this dealership.

I recently entered a poor review for service we had over the last week. In return I was contacted by Route 44 Toyota and explained what they felt happend. I appreciated the phone call and the explaination. I felt this deserved an update and changed my review from 1 to 5 stars. Going the extra mile to rectify the situation, in my opinion, deserves this. If I can remove the review I will certainly do so. And Yes, we will continue to ue Route 44 for service of our vehicles.

I chose a 1 star cause I was not allowed any less number of stars. Long story short, I spoke with a manager (I wont put names here), who stated he would honor the tire deal I was given the previous week. when the appointment came (The next day), my daughter explained what I told her to say and they said no we will not honor it, and the manager who was requested stated he did not say that. My daughter, like me, said ok, see ya and left. Said, but with 5 toyotas in the family, we will no longer go to this dealership nor recommend them to even put windshield wipers on any vehicle. Poor customer service.

Went in last week and had the pleasure to work with Jayden Trinidad and Ab, both were very sweet and understanding, they explained everything very thoroughly, Jayden helped me lease my new 2025 toyota Camry. He was very kind and friendly to me and my mom. Ab was amazing with the numbers and very patient, got a good price for no money down, 10/10 experience, this is my 3 vehicle from this place and will always drive the hour to come here would definitely buy another car from here with Jayden and Ab helping me .

I am from out of state and had to drive back home in two days and they got me right in and fixed my Rav the next day. While also transporting me to and from my job. Very grateful to have had this hiccup happen when it did. I was able to be assisted by the greatest people! 5 star experience from my first call to pulling out of the dealership. I recently bought a Tacoma . I brought it in for service and was told the wait would be an hour. Which was to be expected. When service was finished they went over the multi point inspection in detail after receiving a video from the technician explaining the overall status of my vehicle . Yes it is a new vehicle but it is nice that they offer this. The advisor was great. The service department was welcoming. And I was out from my appointment in 45min!!! I’m looking forward to servicing with route 44 Toyota in the future.

Went in for scheduled maintenance and service staff was very pleasant. Saw Jaden, our salesperson when we bought our vehicle last December and had a nice conversation with him and asked about some help with a phone/vehicle connection issue I was having and he took the time to figure out the problem and now it’s working fine. He is a really nice young man and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new Toyota. Thanks Jaden!!

If I could rate the management of this place zero stars I would. Their sales manager Terrance Gandy may very well be one of the rudest people I have ever been spoken to by. In a way I am glad to have had this experience with him. I was able to get the same brand new vehicle for considerably less at another Toyota dealership and was treated with respect. I should have not come back here after my last experience when the finance manager told me he’d get me one rate then put through the paperwork at a higher interest rate and when I got my first statement and caught it he told me he couldn’t fix it. This place is awful. Learn from me and do not trust them.

I worked with Roger Allen recently while trying to get into a new car, and he was awesome to work with. Super helpful, easy to talk to, and never pushy at all and even past events he was able to work with my grandparents in getting 2 vehicles with 1 of them still on the road to this day. He really tried everything he could to make the deal work. In the end, it didn’t come together just because of my own situation, not because of him. I definitely recommend Roger Allen if you’re looking for someone honest and willing to go the extra mile.

DO NOT GO HERE as a 19 year old girl I went in with my brother and boyfriend but I did all the talking. I spoke with Alex who was great up until I came to making a deal I wanted to lease a 2025 Toyota Corolla se they had just sold the last one so I was unable to test drive it I was unwilling to make a deal on a car I hadn’t even been able to see so he eventually had his manager come over to me and later asked me out because I requested more time. I later called Alex with a deal and came back in a few days later. He informs me they will look for the car because the don’t have it in stock and they had a similar car to what I wanted coming in around the middle of August.After going through the whole paper work process and everything I put down a deposit. I gave them a week after no call and called Alex and he answered and very quickly rushed me off the phone stating he’d have to check in with his locating manager. Two weeks later I call again no answer the next day I call again he says they found a car in Connecticut and would see if they could get it for me by the next week. A week later I call again no answer I call again and he reply’s with “it must’ve gotten sold” i gave him from August 8th- September 24 before I went to another dealership and was able to get a car in just 4 days.Oh and the car that was supposedly coming in the middle of August which was supposed to be mine since I had a deposit down on it, he kept changing the dates on me over and over it went from the middle of August to the middle of October. He also tried to get me to pay a $500 monthly payment for the said car I wanted if you look into that you can see how crazy that is but I can say I was able to talk that down and again he tried to give me $500 for my car to trade in which I was slightly able to talk up. To sum it all up and stop myself from saying much more that I have to say this place was greedy and Alex lacked communication and urgency and definitely did not take me seriously at all I do not recommend going here at all and the craziest part is the same exact thing happened to a friends mom at the same time as me at the same exact place. Save yourselves the time I wasted ❤️

I can’t say enough good things about Route 44 Toyota. We had a relatively rare car that we were interested in and not only did our associate Kyle reach out to us the same week, and make the purchase process nice and simple, I got to work with him in store right on time, take the car for a drive, and got help to make sure my wife and kids were comfortable during the week for the financing process. I will always be looking for these guys in the future, should we get a Toyota for our next car!

Edgar Morales, who sold me my 2025 Corolla Cross helped me find the car of my dreams. He was both personal and professional and very patient with my multiple questions. I also had a very positive experience with your financial rep by the name of Bobby Ryan. He explained every detail of my financial plan with the utmost respect and patience. I have contacted them both since my purchase; first regarding details about the features of my car, as well as navigating a financial plan that worked best for me. They both got back to me in a timely manner with the information I needed. It is customer service like I have received from these two gentlemen that promotes confidence in making purchasing decisions that can be quite daunting. Kudos to both Edgar and Bobby! They are both invaluable assets to this company and handled all of my inquiries in a personal professional manner. Much appreciation for both of them.

When I got there the process was a breeze, worked with Roger Allen and Jim in finance, both great to work with. They didn’t really need to “sell” me anything, I knew what I wanted. Interesting story how I arrived here. I scheduled a visit with the Chevy dealership just down the street from Route 44 Toyota. After finding a "too good to be true" Tacoma for sale at that dealership, I made an appointment the first thing on Saturday morning to go see it. When I arrived, I was told it had sold the night before. It was a total click bait trap. I then stopped into Route 44 and had a great buying experience. I forewarned the Sales Associate I was "red hot" after getting duped at the previous dealership. He listed to what I was looking for and what my budget was. We ended up finding exactly the truck and price point I was looking for. I was able to purchase a 2022 Tacoma with 13.5K miles. I absolutely love the truck as does everyone who has ridden in it. The only thing that could have been a little better was delivery of the truck, but I still highly recommend this dealership and would buy from them again.
