Drove 4 hours to look at a Lexus GX470 they had for sale. I take a look under the car and the frame is spray painted black to look clean and hide the rust. The rotting and rust was clearly visible. The car started up fine, but when I went to put it in drive it gave me a hard time, the clutch was grinding and smelt terrible. There were other small parts that were broken, like the hood struts, and there were scratches and dents across the bumper that weren't pictured in any photos. I was told it is in perfect condition and had no issues when we talked over the phone (MULTIPLE TIMES!). DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. They buy lemons off auction and try to hide all the issues hoping you don’t notice. I was lied to and wasted my time.

Their customer service is good but they can easily fool you, everything is not disclosed in the contract and they have a way when take the car back before the 30 days guarantee to make the car pass the Massachusetts inspection, when as a customer you tell them about some issue regarding the car, they keep giving appointment after appointment just to for the guarantee to expire and they want to overcharging you for repairs they should do during guarantee time limit. They're some kind of sweet talkers just to fooled the customer, I wouldn't recommend anyone to do business with them.

I bought my car today and had a good experience overall. Everything was explained very clearly, they welcomed me very well and it was easy to communicate with them . The process was smooth and honest. Thank you guys for everything!!

Didn't even get to make to the dealership to test drive the cars. Ishmel, was extremely rude on the phone, and quite frankly doesn't know how to be customer friendly, which is wild because I was ready to purchase 2 cars. But because of his actions and tone he thinks he can have with people, just cost him 2 sales. If you cant be nice to people on the phone, I can only imagine your sales tactics. Best of Luck. A small moment of business etiquette would have prevented this review.

Just grabbed a 2015 Toyota Camry here yesterday for my son's first ride. Alex was the guy we dealt with, super chill, no hard sell, just straight up helpful. He hooked us up with a couple of good test drives so my son could actually feel it out and decide. Car was clean, drove nice, price felt right, and we were in and out without all the usual hassle. Solid first car!

My experience with salesman Nick was one of the worst experiences I have ever had buying a car. Completely deceptive, unprofessional and rude. Be careful with your money he will ghost you given a chance!! Be advised!

Unfortunately not a great place to go I honestly thought I was in good hands when I first went there and found the perfect jeep that I wanted but unfortunately at the end of the day I was put through the wringer!!!!! I was lied to directly in the eyes by the owner unfortunately they are not a wholesome friendly place to buy a car from. They do not communicate with you they do not answer their phones or get the text messages you send them let's just say I signed the bill of sale in August and didn't receive my Jeep and until the middle of September. I did have it for like about a day not even and a light came on which was the transmission and they had to do the whole transmission And unfortunately it's not so much the Jeep I'm talking about here but the customer service one of the employees looked at my 70 year old mother when we were waiting for my car to be fixed for 4 hours when they said it was going to be 45 minutes and we had to go pick up my daughter in Lake he looked directly in the face and said " oh well looks like going to Uber from here to fall River " and once I heard that I told them to take my car off the lift I wanted it down now and they have it down within 20 minutes and the whole time we were waiting there they didn't even have the park to fix it so we were waiting there for nothing but anyway again not the point Does stress the anxiety and felt like disrespect that this business gave to us was unacceptable and then come to find out they are not even business accredited!! Which I didn't know till after the fact I guess you live and you learn for anyone out there please please please please please please please do not go here to get your car instead of replacing a major part of it the rod the brakes and tires together there was glue and cement that was holding it together!!!! That's how they handle things please please just keep driving and be aware there's also the same business if you want to call it in Fall River don't go there either!!!? But like I said I lived and I LEARNED but let me tell you I did not step down as a woman when they try to gaslight me and put me down I stood my ground and made them fix what they needed to fix now my hands are washing them but I need to make others aware please do not go here to get a car!!!?!!

After finding a car for our teenage son through CarFax, the staff at Route 44 let us take as much time as we wanted for a test drive. We had a few minor concerns (brakes seemed a bit worn, two of the tires were worn, and there was an after-market tint on the windows we didn’t like.). The team said they would address all of the above before the sale could be finalized. We agreed on a date for the work to be completed, and on that day the car had two new tires, the brakes were updated and the tint was removed as expected. The team also helped us with the registration piece. Overall a good experience, and we’d like to thank the team at Route 44 Auto for their help!

The following is my personal experience and opinion: Ishmael will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you to buy the car and get out. He tends to make promises that he doesn't keep, and works as quickly as possible so you don't read the fine print. Ive purchased two cars from him, the most recent car was sold to me with a dysfunctional trunk and messed up driver's side window. Now he will say " it's the customers responsibility to check the car." I'm not a mechanic and I should be able to trust his ethics, and his mechanics that they will do the basic jobs necessary to sell a car. He claimed that the car was worth over 10 grand and I was getting a great deal. ( Not accurate especially given the issues) He promised he would have an employee drive the car to my home so I can test drive it. I explained to him that I was in chemotherapy treatment and he made the offer and never followed through. I contacted his employee to meet him at the Dealership that is over an hour away and the employee said he would be there. ( It was within their stated hours) He was gone and unwilling. To meet me. I reached out to him that I had to make a unexpected trip and couldn't drive the hour to his repair shop. Which why would I trust his mechanics as they sold me the car in the first place. I asked him if he would help defray that cost of a local mechanic. He said he would " help but in a limited way" then avoided my phone calls and messages and then told me I voided the warranty. I spent over 800 dollars fixing basic stuff that should've been fixed before I bought the car and have another 800 to go. He blamed everyone but himself and wouldn't take any responsibility. I asked him for 75 dollars towards repair. He declined. I wish I never met this man. He has costed me time, stress, and money. In my opinion, stay away. Im sure his business will be responding soon blaming me, or threatening an attorney. Over 75 dollars. An apology goes a long way, he can't even be bothered to do that. Made me do all the leg work to get the car inspected and vin checked. Blamed the state. Come to find out, he could've done it.

At best, shady business practices. At worst, straight up scam. Below is my experience with a timeline of date(s) to help give context. I understand and admit that this is my version of the story based on my experience and understanding of the situation(s) and that the dealer may very will disagree with the following and offer their side of the story as well. Use your best judgement. 08/28/2025: Dealer offered the opportunity to hold a vehicle for two (2) days to complete independant financing, etc. $500 via Venmo, although they did offer other methods of payment. I signed a very clear and concise contract that leaves no room for interpretation on my rights to a refund. They ultimately created their own rules, interpretations, and "additional terms & conditions" that were not supplied to me so that they could refuse to issue me my refund at a later date. 08/29/2025: After my deposit was paid, my financing was in order, and I returned to the dealership I noticed the vehicle of interest in my case had a cracked windshield and TPMS warning lights on. I informed the dealer that I had concerns about Rhode Island's Safety Inspection upon my return home should I decide to purchase. After some back-and-forth, pulling teeth, making no progress because "it wasn't a Massachusetts inspection requirement," I ultimately opted to leave without finalizing the deal. On my drive home, I received a phone call where the dealership stated they would replace the windshield. I stated I would re-evaluate the vehicle and the purchase once that work was complete. There were no additional contracts signed, emails/texts exchanged, or written agreements documented that the repairs/replacements would be used against me at a later date. ***NO COMMUNICATION IN EITHER DIRECTION UNTIL 09/02/2025*** 09/02/2025: After hearing nothing back from the dealer about the state of the vehicle repairs, I submitted a Venmo Request for my $500 deposit to be refunded. This request was either ignored or denied by the dealership. They did attempt to contact me via phone call shortly after. They made 3 phone calls, in a span of about 2 hours, without leaving a voicemail, sending a text, or sending an email. No context to the phone calls was given, and admittedly I did not return the phone calls. 09/05/2025: I cancelled/voided out the financing check I obtained from my bank even though the dealership did not have possession of the check, better safe than sorry. 09/10/2025: A second Venmo Request for my $500 deposit refunded was submitted and either ignored or denied. An email was sent to their listed email address for clarification of the denial/ignoring of the requests. 09/11/2025. Several emails were exchanged where the dealership stated that because the windshield repairs were made and I did not purchase the vehicle, I forfeited my deposit to them and was not entitled to a refund. They could not provide proof that I had requested the repairs be made to the vehicle and that I had agreed I would purchase the vehicle if they provided the repairs necessary for inspection in my state. They could not provide proof that the work was ever ACTUALLY completed, other than a claim it cost $270. They could not provide proof that they had attempted to contact me after the work they claim was done and "their end of the deal" was fulfilled. Their only contact was after my refund request. They could not provide proof that the REQUEST for the deposit to be refunded expired in 2-Days like they were claiming, and that I had passed my time-limit to request the refund in addition to costing them money on repairs that "I demanded." They could not provide a location or source of the language they were quoting to deny my requests for a refunded deposit. They stated "Since the vehicle was held for you, the deposit secured it beyond the two-day window, and additional work was completed at your request that we did not have to do, we are unable to refund the deposit." With no explaination of why the deposit secured the vehicle longer than 2-Days as signed upon by both parties.

Beyond extraordinary experience for me! I bought my Subaru Forester from the Fall River location and my experience dealing with Al was great! Very friendly, professional, and fair. He and the rest of the team honored the business’s promise to make sure that the car would pass inspection. After failing the inspection, they were very accommodating by allowing me to bring the car to the Raynham location since I work in that area. And I have to mention that everyone at that location was just as friendly, professional, and beyond helpful! They addressed and had the issues resolved which caused the failed inspection . They also went above and beyond and resolved a couple minor concerns that I had with my car that had nothing to do with the failed inspection! But wait, there’s more!!….. When the car was not ready when expected, one of them let me use his very own vehicle so that I could get to work!!! I’m definitely going back when I have a future need for another vehicle! Thank you very much to the entire RT44 Auto Gallery team!!

Terrible business, worst dealership in the industry. They will try to ignore their buyer’s agreement even though it’s a binding contract. They like to ignore your messages as well, I’ve been waiting on a part from them for the vehicle purchased for almost a month. They still want to play games so next step will be small claims for breach of buyers agreement, If they don’t figure it out soon. If they’d rather pay court fee’s instead of the part they agreed on, thats on them. First it was they were supposed to do all of their work including replacing the part. I was trying to be nice by just having them give me the part, in the end they don’t even want to do that so next step is to escalate it lawfully & if that’s the case I’m going for everything they owe since the buyers agreement also says a new tire would be giving that wasn’t/hasn’t. FYI to everyone looking at a vehicle with these people, watch the prices for reg & title. They like to illegally tack on an extra $40. State fees are reg $60 & title is $75. Only time it’s more $ is when the vehicle exceeds the gvwr. (Gross vehicle weight rating)

I had an outstanding experience at Route 44 Auto Gallery! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and beyond helpful. The purchasing process was smooth and completely transparent, with no hidden fees or pressure tactics. Their communication was constant and very much top tier! The car I bought was in excellent condition, exactly as advertised; even bank where I got my loan from ran the car and was in complete shocked with how accurate their advertising was. Their customer service is top-notch, and I highly recommend Route 44 Auto Gallery to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle and a stress-free buying experience. Not an honest dealer. Purchased a Jeep this month to find out all codes were cleared and it needed 5k+ worth of work to get it to pass inspection and operate as it should. I see other reviews and really wonder why they couldn’t be honest. Very disappointed.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at Route 44 Auto Gallery dealership. They sent me signed documents and i went to bank and got the check and called them that im coming with the check, they said we sold the car. They just wasted my time.I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for a more honest and customer-focused experience.

WARNING: THIS AUTO DEALERSHIP IS NOT A REPUTABLE BUSINESS. I purchased a 2009 Van from them. It immediately had break problems and they "looked at it" 4 times saying there was nothing wrong with it. Then it wouldn't start. I called and called, left messages with no return call. Went to the dealer and requested a copy of the purchase and sales agreement. Someone went to get it. While waiting, I explained the problems with the van and that I had been calling with no response. They said, "you must be dialing the wrong dealership, we didn't get any messages". I called the number that I had been dialing and the owner's cell phone rang. I was then told, "we don't have any paperwork for you, we are not fixing the van, it was sold as is and you can leave now." I called the Raynham Police who responded and requested a simple copy of the paperwork on my behalf. The officer was told "we don't have to give him another copy of the paperwork, we already gave him one." (they in fact were supposed to mail it to me but never did or at least I never received it). I was forced to leave. The van went into another repair shop and it cost me $5,758. to replace the starter, fly wheel and get a rebuilt transmission (see attached receipt). That was last week. Today, the ABS (automatic break system) and Traction Control lights are lit up on the dash board. I paid $17,000 for this van and I'm already about $6000 in repairs after 3 months of having the van. These guys are the worst of the worst. BUYER BEWARE. Finally, I find it quite interesting that most of the reviews here that correctly reflect the poor performance and lack of integrity at this dealership are all written with proper English and grammar, while the "praising" and "great service at the dealership" reviews (which mention the salesmen/owners by their FIRST NAMES) are all for the most part written with poor English and improper grammar which I have found to be understanding when English is not someone's primary language because they have perhaps been born in another country. HHHMMMM, what country are the owners here from? Ismayil Nasirov and his brother.....? So I added a review here but somehow it got taken down. It included another invoice from the car repair shop I had to take this van to a few weeks ago. The van now also needs an ABS module and pump at an additional cost of $1,200. Again, that was a few weeks ago. Today another repair shop pulled a carfax on this van. As you can see from the attached screenshot, this vehicle was purchased at an auction by this dealership, Route 44 Auto Gallery with STRUCTURAL DAMAGE. So, it appears that these guys KNEW that this vehicle has a bent frame and DID NOT disclose that information on the sale agreement as required by law. I am now forwarding this additional information to the Massachusetts Attorney General's office to add to the complaint and investigation.

Sold a junk car knowing it was not good and refused to honor their 30 day warranty regardless of the cars issues. They then held the car demanding half of the cost for the known engine problem rather than doing the right thing by fixing it. Shady business, not worth the buy. Do your research & steer clear of this place!!

Good cars at good prices. Mechanics on site and they will put it on a lift and let you look everything over if you ask. They worked with me to get all the paperwork in order after I had some difficulty registering the car in RI. They did some minor bodywork for me and replaced a faulty tire sensor before finalizing the sale. Overall good experience and I have had no issues with the vehicle at all. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle. Thank you guys for working with me when I had a bit of trouble, I appreciate it.

I had purchased a 2014 Subaru Impreza Clocking in at 121k Miles. Sale Price was marked at 9k. The smart thing to do is to wait about a month of ownership and then give a review which is what I am here to do... _______________________________________________________________ General Overview: Spent days searching for the right car during this era of car price inflations looking for a solid car. Found this listing through sheer luck. Car was solid when I test drove it. Price and mileage was pretty reasonable, seemingly in near perfect condition. some maintenance required ($300) or so but otherwise car drives excellent. Aside from a few ignition issues at this time its in great condition. smooth highway driving and smooth handling. Disclaimer Edit: The buying process went pretty smoothly the handler for the car Ethan was pretty professional. No issues in regards to obtaining the car. - If you do want the car that day, I recommend you take the trek to the nearby RMV (7-8 minutes) to register as otherwise you wait days rather than an hour or two. My only advice is make sure when you do check out the car ensure that the work is actually done for the car you want to purchase. I was told they had done maintenance to the car, recent oil change, brandy new tires, detailing, etc. Tires and detailing they did a really good job so props for that. ____________________________________________________________ The Maintenance: Had to perform an oil change on the car as the oil was definitely not changed in a long time. Also had to replace both the Camshaft sensors as they were causing poor fuel delivery which in turn hurt the engine performance. Rusting on Trunk lid and Jacking point. Seemingly minor to medium level. Overall the car was pretty well taken care of.

The RMV so close to dealership same day I got my plate and put the car on. I passed safety inspection. Thank you HAMI!!
