Bought my 2023 Black Diamond Bronco from these guys. We had some small problems but they were amazing in handling it and did so in a timely fashion. They are honest and always try to take care of their customers.

From the purchase of my truck to the first service visit, everyone was exceptional to work with. The vehicle pick up/drop off for service made it very simple, and not making a special trip to the dealer was a great help for me.

Overall sales experience was great as Chris is very responsive and easy to work with. . Service department truly excels as there were a few issues which required several appointments. Laura is a tru professional- very straightforward , communicative and very knowledgeable. Best service rep I’ve ever worked with. Adam, the service technician is also very knowledgeable and thorough as he did much research in figuring out what the issues were and how to address them.
I bought my 2020 Ford Explorer in December 2023.
Everything was fine for a couple of days, but then about 4 lights came up on the dash the lane departure system , traction control and cruise control went down.
Not a big deal… i Called Jack Z. in service (he was very helpful and super nice guy) to fix it while they gave me a loaner car.
I dropped the car off, and It took almost 2 weeks to fix the car , and when I got it back the next day, I had the exact same problems.
So I Call service again and Jack was again super helpful and understanding, agreed to make it right and replace all the parts that were giving me problems with OEM.
I dropped the car off in January, (for the second time) and waited about 3 weeks before it was fixed.
When I went to pick up the car, it was dirty and a dent in the passenger side door.
I asked Jack what had happened and he said not sure, but he would take care of it.
So I scheduled a time to drop it off and have them fix the dent. the TPMS light came on after about 3 days of driving it and I had asked them to take a look at it. They said the batteries were low, so naturally i assumed they would just take care of it… I was wrong.
I dropped the car off for a 3Rd time!
The TPMs light is still on, and shown in the pictures is what they considered to be a “repaired dent”
If it weren’t for Jack at service I would’ve given a 1 star. I don’t think the technicians are careful with the cars. And the technician that “fixed” the dent did a horrible job.
I have points on my Ford pass , but I would rather bring it to literally anyone else then to have the service technicians at GREICO work on my car again.
I cannot praise my salesman DJ enough. He is the consummate professional. It was a genuine pleasure buying from Grieco Ford because of him! I will recommend DJ and Grieco Ford to everyone.
We love the service at Grieco Ford of Raynham. They help us out by picking up and dropping off our vehicle from our home, for service. We also received a video of the service tech explaining and showing us what was inspected on the vehicle. Great customer service.

Want a good deal come to this place, I hope you can set your ego aside lol. Sales manager rob was okay, and sales rep Rob was a work lol. I had to constantly ask him questions, to reassure myself that he knows. Needs to work on his poker face… buddy I know exactly what is going on… so when you try and guilt trip me and tell me “ thanks to the lady for staying and getting your plates”… also gave me the cold shoulder after a few hours of back and forth and didn’t get anywhere… tried to shake his hand and barely wanted to reach out seconds after… luckily I’ve been trained work past the emotional… dude had the biggest smile when we got the biggest smile when we bought the car as if I didn’t know what the car I got was worth and what the Mazda is also worth… anyways if you can work past this than come here I’m sure he’s a good guy and means good, may just be a somewhat new and needs a bit more practice. Though I still have a scuff on my front number that their guy “fixed” but still showed… sales man Rob said “but your getting a good deal… that isn’t the point.
Went in for an alignment on my 2019 EcoSport and my advisor Laura was awesome as usual. It took a bit since the shop was busy but the new building changes made it very comfortable to wait.
Everything was perfect. From the moment I walked in everyone greeted me and made me feel welcomed. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. They gave me a breakdown of the repairs my car needed in a timely manner. They also have a nice seating area that includes coffee and snacks. I highly recommend them.
The service department at Greico Ford is excellent. I had Keith Kramer as a service advisor and he was pleasant and courteous as always. The technician that worked on my vehicle returned it clean and in good working order. He was even willing to speak with me and explain what maintenance the vehicle will need in the future.
Overall a great experience and will absolutely be returning for my future service needs.
Because the ordering program was so Poor with no info on options, I was helped by Troy Monceau advice on options. When the vehicle came in from Mexico. Trow was quick to let me drive. The paper work was quick with Jeff Wilson and once finances were completed the vehicle was ready to drive away. Emma Pauli with her infectious smile provided me the basics to operate the vehicle, set up ford pass, and dealing with the screens.
With more than 30 years of experience in buying cars, I can say without hesitation that Matt B. is the best salesman that I have ever worked with on a vehicle purchase. His level of knowledge about the F250 that I was interested in was impressive and he was able to field every question I threw at him. It was very refreshing to work with someone who was clearly very passionate about and enthusiastic for the Ford brand. Once I decided to pull the trigger on a purchase, Matt was efficient in dealing with the hoops we had to jump through to get the deal completed and he went above and beyond in accommodating some constraints on my availability for picking the truck up.

This was my first vehicle purchased through Grieco. After shopping around, I was the most satisfied with Grieco’s out the door price on my new F150, and their offer on my trade in. Very satisfied overall and I’ll be back to Grieco first in a couple years.
Last weekend I noticed the clutch begin to slip on my 14 GT500. Monday morning I went down and spoke with Keith in service about replacing the clutch. He told me he would call me later in the day with a parts list and quote which he did , parts were in on Tuesday, Wednesday I dropped off the car, Thursday the parts were installed and Friday morning I picked up the car complete. Could not have asked for it to go any quicker or smoother.
A big THANK YOU to Keith and the service dept for getting me back out on the road for the weekend!!
Grieco is my go-to dealership for my Fords have purchased three vehicles from them great service with the sales staff Robert Childs Emma and all of the service staff Laura, Keith, Gary, Zack, everybody is very accommodating and friendly, mechanics know what they're doing and don't cut corners. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone especially in the high performance Department weather trucks or Mustangs. I've always been a ford guy I have owned dozens over the years currently driving four of them now.?
