Jamie was awesome! She had a great attitude for coming out to help me with a flat tire on a freezing cold day. Quick service, which was important since I had my 2 yr old and 4 yr old boys with me. Changing my flat, keeping me calm and interacting with my kiddos...she was a savior!
PLease do yourself a favor and do not book this company for a tow. We made the mistake of trusting them. Our car was dead and we couldn’t open the hood, so we decided to go through our insurance and have them send a tow truck out so we could have our car towed to our mechanic. Petty Cash tow was sent out, the driver, Tyrone, looked under our car and even though he saw the bottom was rusted, he proceeded to still hook up the bottom of the car and bring it up on the ramp at which point the hooks broke from the rust and our car rolled back and hit our landlords fence post and made a significant dent. The driver insisted the dent was already there on fence post even though photos showed otherwise. Fragments of our car were found right in the crevice of the dent on the fence! Even the inspector who came out to assess damages agreed. However, the driver kept denying this and when my wife attempted to speak to the manager and receptionist they yelled at her saying “ you don’t understand English there’s no way the dent was caused by your car rolling off the ramp” and then hung up on her. Please, please do yourself a favor and go with someone more reputable!!
I never used Petty Cash, but if u want to get the crap scared out of you...drive in the first lane on the expressway and watch how some of their drivers cut in back of you and nearly ram and run u off the road....don't ever hire these guys
