I can't say enough about the excellent customer service I got from these guys. I was packed and ready to go on vacation, went to start my truck and had a dead battery. I called the store and they said they could install a new batery today (10/23/24). I got the truck to the store and it was like an Indy 500 pit stop, they had the new battey installed in about 10 minutes. They were polite and professional. I will definetly go back. PS I think the guys name was Brad.

Drove 40 minutes to find out they had closed for lunch . I wish they had told me that on the phone when I called to ask how late they were open!

The guys there in Raynham are amazing! I am so grateful for their help with my sons 4wheeler. They went above and beyond to help us. Thank you so much!!!!

Great store to buy quality batteries. All makes and sizes available, with a full range of ancillary gear to help out - chargers, battery cables, etc. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and can tell you what type of battery you need for your specific make and model vehicle.

I had to replace my battery and I am glad I chose Interstate to assist me. He did a reading on my current battery before he went ahead and replaced it. He also did not try to persuade me into buying anything else other than what I was asking for. Everything was completed in 10 minutes. Quick service and kind staff, I would absolutely recommend to a friend :)

Highly recommend! I looked online prior to going so I knew what battery I wanted. Called to confirm and the gentleman noted the battery would be installed and old battery disposed of. When I arrived a quick inspection of the battery placement was done, options for a smaller battery were stated but I declined. Instillation was quick and done correctly. The gentleman was polite and knowledgeable. Great customer service not out to take your hard earned money.

These guys are so nice and helpful I buy my headlights for my workers there they're great rechargeable light highly recommend #nebo my kids truck broke down in front of the interstate in Raynham and the guys were super cool came out and tested my battery told me it was probably the alternator I had to wait for a tow truck the guys were super helpful..

There were 2 people working here on Saturday both were helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. Got me in and out with exactly what I needed. I hope that they're appreciated. Thanks!

This place is incredible. I brought in my daughter's Razor scooter and they had it running like better than brand new in 15 minutes by replacing the battery and putting the entire bike back together. Would go here again for these needs in a second. Both guys working were kind and helpful. Thank you!

Very nice guys working there. I had to buy a couple batteries for work. Went in, did the transaction quick and was on my way. When I went to return the cores it was more of the same. This time I was able to spend some time looking through the store. There are some really nice products inside.

These guys are great got me the batteries I needed for my RV and even set me up with a commercial account (without me asking)which saved me some money

The employees were very helpful and was able to answer any questions I had.

Long story short. I had borrowed an ophthalmoscope from a coworker to complete an assignment for my nurse practitioner program after my online purchase never came. When I got it the battery was dead and I didn’t have a charger. This was a Friday and my assignment was due Sunday. Brad was able to locate a new battery for me and went out of his way to get it for me and have it fully charged by Saturday morning! He went above and beyond. His customer service is outstanding. I cannot thank him enough.

Waited over 24 hours for a battery from their warehouse to find out it doesn't fit and be told to start taking parts out of my vehicle to fit their battery that i was told would be good. Now telling me to buy a battery twice the price after being here for over 30 minutes. Highly recommend not going here. Extremely rude even after I stayed calm and respectful. No apology, literally walked away with nothing being said. will. E

I have always had good luck getting what I need right when I walk in this location or they get my needed item very quickly with no hassle.

If I could give a zero I would not because of their batteries but their employees at their raynham location ... they’ll try to scam you so if you’re a woman don’t go here bring someone who knows what they’re talking about ... worst customer experience I ever had ... horrible people representing a good company

They were nice and helped me plan out and price a portable battery setup for powering a fan and charging phones and other small electronics while camping, without the need for a gas generator.

Every time I go to this particular location there is always an excuse why they don't have the product I'm looking for but they have the most expensive product available I'm completely disgusted with this place I will never go back there again East Freetown interstate battery has better service
