While the final pick up was very quick and professional, the lack of communication of inital needs wer not clear. Be sure you have a clean title and lien release and it will be easier. My appt got cancelled due to an internal error and had to reschedule 3 times and it's a 4 day hold on the check. Just be aware.
Selling your car to a junkyard can be quite confusing. You may have no idea how much your car is worth, especially if it has significant damage, and you might not want to deal with the hassle. I contacted several companies to sell my car. Peddle initially estimated my car at about $2,200, but when I asked again, the estimate dropped to $1,600 over four days.
Wheelzy was the worst; they started with an offer of $1,000 and went back and forth to $1,500, constantly calling and texting me all day long, even after I said I didn’t want to sell my car to them. They even claimed that other companies' estimates would not be honored when they came to pick up my car, insisting that their estimate was guaranteed.
Ultimately, I sold my car to Cars for Cash.
From the start, their business practices were simple and clear. Although their offer wasn’t the highest, I found them to be trustworthy. I submitted my request for an estimate in the morning, and they picked up my car around 3 in the afternoon. I was impressed by how easy and hassle-free the transaction was.

You will be dealing with 10 different people, 10 different phone calls over course of several days. Phone connection sucks and people have Indian accents so it’s hard to communicate and argue with them. They kept changing the offers and lowering it every time I spoke to them. I had a horrible experience. Never again!
The entire process was relatively easy. I called a few places and with my car's description was offered pretty much the same at each place so I knew roughly what to expect monetarily when everything was said and done. Sure, they are going to parse up the car for much more than what they are paying but we couldn't have made much more in a private sale and we'd have to spend money to at least get it running. We avoided that big headache. My vehicle was 17 years old with roughly 250,000 miles and wouldn't start. I called cash for cars and they explained where to sign the title and they would take care of the towing and retitling. The biggest problem we had was the day that they came to collect the ca. We hade to be available 9 plus hours which for most people isn't possible. Luckily, we scheduled it on a day we both had off but we also wasted a whole day off because they didn't call to collect the car until after 530pm. This was even after their given window. They WILL NOT give an eta. We tried calling mid day to get one. The guy who picked up the vehicle was really nice and handed over the check for the the agreed amount and we handed over the title and the keys and washed our hands of it.
After dealing with a different very known salvage in the area that turned into an unprofessional nightmare, I called Cash for Cars! Professional, easy to deal with and delivered as promised! Highly recommend!
I honestly thought this was a scam. I filled out all the questions online and received an offer. It seemed too good to be true. Martha text me the next morning and we ended up on a call. She answered all my questions and was super nice and I decided to move forward. The car was set to be picked up the next day. When the gentleman came the next day he was also very nice. He wrote the check out and I handed over the keys and title and that was it. Super easy. I deposited the check and the whole amount was in my account by the next morning! Could not recommend cash for cars enough!

Not the quickest company to initially respond. They were however the highest paying and extremely professional. Once they made contact and things were finalized over the phone they sent someone the same day to pick up the vehicle and drop off the check.

I was given a price for my vehicle & scheduled the appointment for pick up & was waiting from 1-5pm & no one came b/c it was a Friday I had to wait until Monday. Then on Monday, someone comes with the tow truck & left without my vehicle or explaining what was going on leaving me waiting another 3-4 hours only for my to call to company & they arranged for a new person to come out with a tow truck came & got my vehicle & wrote my check for the vehicle. This my first experience with the company, & I’d suggest they be more considerate of others time & make it a priority to keep their word to their customers

At one point I received a text about a lot number with a phone number and I had no idea what that meant. I asked a couple of times what that meant, but got no response. James Joel was a really wonderful person to work with. Getting the tow was a bit of a hassle as I had to call them in order for them to tell me they bumped me from dispatch twice without letting me know. Aside from that it was a pretty seamless experience and the person coordinating the title exchange (James) was great. I'd ultimately recommend it.
I recommend this place!!!! They gave me way more money than any other cash for car place. The receptionist were super nice and very polite as well as the Tow truck driver. He was nice and everything went super smooth and easy.
They were really just ok the money for my van was great, but the communication on when they were going to come give me my check and pick up the van was terrible. they told me that they were going to come get it the next day and they never did. I had to call them to ask what was happening and I wasn’t told until the following morning. After I had to call again to get them to pick up the van. I think it’s kinda unprofessional to not let people know that you have to cancel and or reschedule a pick up.
The whole process was super easy and the staff were very helpful especially Marybeth Lorenza. I was paid a good price for my car. The tow truck driver who came to pick it up was polite, professional and punctual.

Cash for cars, in my experience, gives a fair price for your vehicle. I say that because I don’t have any other service to compare it to as they are the only one I’ve used thus bar. They are efficient, their customer service representatives are patient and knowledgeable. I have no issues with them… I’ve used them twice. Both tow companies they sent, are good representatives of them because they were nice, efficient, and helpful as well.
