Although I called a few hours in advance of the time that I needed my tow, they were willing to come get the vehicle within the hour. Highly recommended.

I recently used this towing company and I was very impressed with my service. What I liked was how prompt and courteous they were. They arrived and towed my car and provided pricing up front. We all know towing expensive, so not having the surprise was very nice. Overall, they met my expectations and got me back on the road. In need of help, give them a call. These guys get it. They know that by the time you see them, you haven’t had a good day. They do their best to make a bad day a great experience from their end. Unfortunately, I had to get towed in a Sunday but they called around to see if rental companies were open just in case and were able to recommend a hotel in the area. Typically, you don’t plan to get towed, but when you need someone in this area, use T and T!

My car put me down about 6 miles south of La Plata (Bel Alton) and T and T arrived promptly (under half an hour) and provided professional service and care. They contacted me multiple times while en route and after delivering my vehicle to the destination. They went above and beyond the necessary care and I would highly recommend to anyone in the Southern Maryland area.

I called these guys after AAA had the nerve to tell me I had to wait 4 hours for help. Paid with a card over the phone and they came immediately. Tayyab (might be spelling that wrong) was very fast and friendly jump starting the car. He said we needed a new battery though. We asked if they offered some to buy and he said no but there was a car parts place across the street so we all went over there and my husband bought one which he installed right there. Price was very reasonable too. Would definitely recommend.

I had a tire blowout on 301 northbound and called T&T towing. The setup was simple and they sent out a technician by the name of Newaz who came in a prompt time frame. He was fast, quick, and efficient and got me back on the road in no time. Thank you T&T for the awesome customer service experience. Tay was awesome. He was knowledgeable, quick to answer the phone, provided great advice, and scheduled me for an immediate tow. If you have a Tesla, I strongly recommend using T&T towing. He knew exactly what had to be done to properly tow it, arrived with a flat bed (at the time he promised), and texted me when he dropped it off in VA at Tesla shop. I have already shared T&T's info with everyone I know. I'm not even sure if I overpaid for a tow because Tay's customer service was so great that after speaking with him, I didn't even want to price shop because I didn't want anyone but him to tow my car. 😆 I'm pretty sure their rates are competitive, though. In a world of technology and humans rarely interacting anymore, it was nice to do business the old fashioned way... with a phone call and a handshake. Thank you, T&T, you're awesome !

My 2020 Dodge Charger ScatPack was stolen from Louduon County and was recovered in LaPata, MD. When I talked to John and told him the issue that USAA was trying to say that the towing company wasn’t willing to work with them. He asked me to put on three way conference call because USAA wasn’t telling the truth. USAA was trying to force me to pay for the impound and towing fees. If John didn't step in and tell USAA this was the insurance company responsibly pay for the impound, towing fees. So my car moved to the dealership. My car would've never be moved. There's not too many towing companies that willing fight for their customers but they did for me. I really appreciate what John did for me. The service was prompt, professional and they moved the car to the dealership with no issue. The tow truck driver called me when he was on his way to the dealership. I would highly recommend T and T Towing to anyone and everyone, anytime of the day. John was awesome for helping me out during this difficult situation. Thanx again John to you and your team!!! 2am..When no local company would come, Asif, of T and T Towing Inc, drove almost 3 hours to my location, after I was frankly not so nice over the phone. Through a Storm he arrived promptly and executed his job carefully and quickly. He was not only professional and respectful, but understanding, patient and even cheerful at such a late hour even with long journey home in front of him. A genuinely helpful and courteous guy. Those boys were AMAZING! They did a really big job for us that involved a motorhome and lots and lots of mud. They were very professional, respectful and polite. Had everything they needed for the job and did it in a timely manner. Once again the employees are amazing!! Definitely would recommend!!
