Fantastic family owned business! Staff is always friendly and helpful, they always have the best service and products. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else!

Staff was very helpful and patient while explaining every step of the process for my truck service. I had a replacement tonneau cover, step ladders, brighter headlights, replacement mirror covers and I am ecstatic how my truck looks. Their prices were fair upfront and no hidden costs. They were also on point about the amount of time to expect my truck repair. Overall it was definitely an excellent experience for me and I would recommend you check out their awesome truck display in the front office. Thank you !!

I highly recommend Truck'n America. As soon you walk in they are avaible to help you. I have come here for years. I have taken 5 vehicles and gotten so many stuff on it. But recently I have gotten a top for my GMC an when they say you get it the next day, they mean the next day. I am so happy with the results and I have more stuff coming.

I had a very good excellent experience I got there at 805a they took my truck into install of the bed cover at 945a I was told it was finished the sale person took me out and showed me how operate the cover and I was on my way nice friendly

I had a cap installed on my 2025 GMC Canyon, I received excellent customer service from inquiry about available products all the way through installation. I was given honest and helpful suggestions on my purchase. I could not ask for better service from this location. They even drove me to work and came and picked me up when it was done. I had a Stealth Hitch installed on my Audi e-tron at this shop, and the experience was excellent. The front desk provided great customer service and clear communication about what to expect. Eric did a fantastic job with the installation and took the time to explain how everything worked. Best of all, I didn’t leave with any new issues—no faulty backup camera, automatic trunk problems, or unexpected error messages. The pricing was very reasonable, and I highly recommend this shop to anyone considering their services.

The staff at Truck N’ America went above and beyond getting my truck right! I had a set of ditch lights and mini light bars installed in the grill, the job went well over what was quoted… no upcharge. They have integrity and did a heck of a job on my install as well! Outstanding customer service! Ed and Anthony were great to work with and were very knowledgeable! It was a big job with lift kit, 35" tires, rims. Install of new bumper, winch, 48" jack and holder etc..... I'll definitely be back for more products.

Over the years, there have been times when the service I received was so exceptional, I remember it. Some employees just stand out. They go above and beyond and they make it seem effortless. We had the pleasure of buying a trailer from Mr Rob Kelley. I had initially told Mr Kelley that we wouldn’t be in until Monday, but after realizing what my week looked like, we ended up making the trip Sunday. We walked into the Waldorf location after doing a quick loop around the parking lot. I had already set my eyes on some trailers. Incidentally, there were trailers Mr Kelley had mentioned to me during our brief conversation the day prior. The store was clean and the two employees present were gainfully employed dealing with a customer. Once they concluded, Mr Kelley immediately greeted us professionally. I mentioned I was shopping for a trailer and he instantly recognized me from our brief conversation over the phone. The transaction was smooth, he answered all of our questions and made investing in the trailer one of the easiest processes. Moreover, he didn’t upsell us on anything. He even went so far as to make recommendations to save us money. For that, we appreciate him. I know to many that this trailer may not cost much, but to us it was a significant investment. He treated us like we were buying the most expensive trailer on the lot. The respect he had and the care he showed mean the world to us. He truly is an asset to the company and I will be doing business with him specifically in the future.

From the first phone call checking on inventory to hitching up a new cargo trailer, Ed was top notch. Within 5 minutes of that call Ed sent me multiple pics of the trailer and enough for me to call back and put a hold on it. At purchase he was responsive, thorough and quick. Though I live an hour away from Waldorf, I will continue to use Truck’n America for my trailer needs.
