Towing was free if they do the work.So their shop is inadequate to do almost work.I would say they're good for towing , but not other work

HAS HAD ME WAITING FOR OVER 3 HOURS WHEN I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD BE HERE IN 30 MINS AND NOW THE OWNER IS NOT ANSWERING HIS PHONE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION!!! WILL BE SURE TO SPREAD THE WORD ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!

These guys don’t hold to what they quote. Totally incompetent as well. Go somewhere else.

Operator (owner Devin) was extremely helpful and good at his job. I was having an awful time and he was conscientious and kind and went out of his way to make a bad situation better. I was 3 hours from home and it was getting dark. I felt safe knowing he had my safety and best interest at heart.

Big Sons came through for us! Highly recommend. They towed our boat and trailer after we were stranded on the highway. They weren’t the closest, but they came out of their way and rescued us. They took great care to load our boat and trailer and delivered it safely. Thank you!

I am so grateful to God for Big Sons Towing And Repair for coming to our aid. We broke down at a gas station near Waldorf, MD. We called every mobile roadside assistance company we could find in the area. No one came to help. We suspected that our alternator had failed. After sitting for hours with no help, my Son found another roadside assistance company. The gentleman who answered the phone told us he was in DC assisting another client, and he would come shortly. I really didn't think he was going to come because it was late. Praise be to God he did show up around 10:30 PM. They confirmed the problem was the alternator. The miracle was he had the exact alternator that we needed for our vehicle. I know those guys were tired. They worked tirelessly on our vehicle in the heat of the night at their garage. While the work was being completed they even allowed us to sit in their air conditioned tow truck. The cost for towing the vehicle was waived and they gave us a great deal for the labor costs. Outstanding Service! I had an excellent experience with Big Sons Towing Tonight. The owner (Devin) personally came to pick me up with my vehicle and ensured that I was safe at my destination 40 miles away. He was professional, prompt, and genuinely kind throughout the entire tow process. He carefully took his time to get the vehicle on and off flatbed. In Today’s world, It’s rare to find company’s dedicated to helping others and can be reliable especially during stressful situations. If you are in need of towing assistance, I highly recommend Big Sons Towing.

Big Sons towing is awesome! Devin went above and beyond helping me get my car from Firestone to the Jeep dealer. He had to jumpstart to get it on and off the tow bed each time because the alternator drained the battery. He worked very hard in the cold without a frown or frustration. To top it off, he charged less than all of the other tow companies I called and for all of that, I am so grateful. Awesome job Devin!

Called the insurance company for a tow and they sent a message saying Big Son’s Towing will be here in 90 min. Called Big Son’s to see the exact time and he said an hour or 1 1/2 hours. My car was suppose to be at the dealership by a certain time. Three hours later and he’s still not here and won’t even answer the phone. Worse customer service. I DO NOT recommend them unless you are willing to wait hours for a tow. Highly unsatisfied! If you are unequipped to provide the service, you should not take on the job or tell the customer the real time you will be there so they can decide if they would like to wait for your slow company. Pass on it so the next company can come. I had to cancel them and start the procedure of getting an another company to come out and please don’t respond with your unprofessionalism like you did with another customer.

Big Sons was selected as the provider through USAA/Agero for a 3 mile tow, around 4p, on MD210S, after waiting for almost an hour for a provider to be assigned. The estimated time of service was "60-90 minutes". At 8p I was still waiting for the driver to arrive. 5:30p: I called Big Sons and asked for an eta, I was told the driver was coming from Prince Fredrick Co. and that it would be a while, perhaps another 45min. 6:30p: Called again, this time the dispatcher seemed annoyed because he "already told me the driver was coming from Prince Fredrick", not sure what that has to do with me, since they have my location and if they knew it was IMPOSSIBLE to arrive in a timely manner during rush hour, why take the job? I was told the driver was 20 minutes out at this point. 7:00p: My husband called and asked for an update, he was told the driver was "pulling up". The driver never showed and at 8p, another tow company stopped to ask if I needed help, since I was still waiting on the side of MD210 4+ hours later (not the safest place to be stranded, no one adheres to driving laws and it was pitch dark by then). Don't take jobs you cannot fulfill. When your time calculations don't add up, perhaps learn some tact... or be honest!

I appreciate Big sons Towing Repair gif coming out to help me when I was stranded. I have insurance roadside, but they left me Hanging for 4 hours. I am so thankful for Big Sons you are truly a life saver.

Came to big Sons towing to get some work done to my madza truck and the guys there did a wonderful job and i recommend if you have and car or truck issues to give them a call 7 days a week you wont regret it.

What an awesome experience, Kenny was very knowledgeable and make me feel comfortable. The work was completed in a timely manner and no work was started until after the professionally prepared invoice and all repairs were explained to me in full. I will recommend them to friends and family.

VERY helpful. Battery died and needed a jump. Got me straight and even showed me how to connect the cables if I ever needed to do it on my own. My only “issue” is I wish they’d arrived sooner but I guess traffic.

Big Sons towing is excellent in responding and very affordable. Take great care of my Mercedes Benz using flat bed truck. I used them a few times and will do so every time.

Call Big Sons and made an appointment for towing service. Agreed on $255.00 and he’d be at pick address on Friday 4pm. I explain to him the dealership I was towing to was expecting the vehicle before closing at 8pm. 39 mile from Waldorf he told me everything was set. 4:30pm I called them about the service. He said he was completing a job near by I’m his next stop. He Texted me at 7:52pm saying he was on his way. I declined service. He Texted me again at 02:20AM Saturday morning to say he was available to come to the pick up address at 06:30am to get the vehicle. Saturday morning I was hanging out so I texted that I’d meet him at the address at 06:30am. Texted I’m at 06:30 saying I was at the address call me when he is close. I called this guy 7 times between 06:45am to 08:00am no answer. Unprofessional service and a very lackadaisical attitude about business and other ppls time. Do yourself a favor and bypass. Big Sons it’s just not worth the aggravation. Got the vehicle towed by one of his competitors on Sunday. Called Sunday morning at 10am they dispatched a driver in 30 minutes. Vehicle was picked up and departed location by 11am. $250.00 Business reviews matter on google. Please believe me. Hope this helps

This place is horrible! do not let their prices fool you, i called to have a guy come out because i caught a flat tire and he told me it would take him about 20 minutes to get here. long story short he never comes and stops answering the phone…i called over 20 times no answer! after i already waited 40 min for them to arrive this was the most unprofessional towing experience i’ve ever witnessed. i ended up calling a friend and having him fix it.

Gentleman was very thorough and professional. Ensured my classic car was well taken care of throughout towing process. Would definitely recommend this business and use their services again.

My husband’s truck wouldn’t start (bad starter) and we waited for the roadside assistance from 11:30pm -3:45am. After calling multiple “24/7” tow companies we realized, not many are really 24/7. Big Sons came through for the win. Devin hooked the truck up correctly, quickly and everything was professional. I have had breakdowns with our vans and I have been desperate for quick assistance , I stumbled on this business that is based in Waldorf and I can tell you they are the best in town. Second to none. I can say Devin and his team are very professional and courteous and work expeditiously. There are some instances where work has been done for free. I mean they go above and beyond. Now when I need small fixes whether its my personal or work car I always go to them. I can say they can fix almost any type of car and they will be honest with you upfront no need to haggle prices they will beat any competitor in town.

Had a great experience with Big Sons Towing & Repair. Awesome professionalism helping this damsel in distress in the side of the road. Looking forward to having my car repaired.
