They don’t answer the phone… and when they do you are left on hold… chose Advanced over Autozone solely off customer service. But this location, makes me think, I might as well choose Autozone smh

I walked into this establishment like I have in the past and I say that, because the older balding white man knew me. I am a Veteran and I inquired to my discount and before I inquired to the discount. I asked him did he remember me and he said yes, but he checks everytime. I than looked at him and said than the product can stay here. The customer service that I received was a joke! I do understand that there are other Advanced auto stores that are and will be closing there doors. The type of service that this individual provided needs and should be looked at! When a person that is a Veteran that status doesn't change. Do better sir!! I will No Longer walk into that establishment ever again!!!

They sold me brake pads without hardware and a sensor . Then tried to make it seem like I was lying because I wanted to return them and get my money back . Jimmy said I was lying he inspect all the boxes so isn’t returning it . When I called mark before I came he said it was fine. this is a horrible store with horrible customer service.

Lost the driver's side wiper while on 301N in the middle of a heavy rain. Pulled into the Waldorf Advanced Auto. Gina B. not only helped me pick the right wiper, but then put it on in the rain. While testing, she noticed the other wiper also needed replacement; so, she did. All told about 15 minutes.

I recently purchased five batteries for my boat from the Waldorf Advance Auto Parts store. Jimmy and Angelo were extremely informative, courteous, and helpful. They even ensured that I received my retired military discount and pertinent battery specific rebates. This store is a true example of quality service.

I ve always gotten great service and help at this store so wasn t shocked the other day when Jimmy took a great deal of time and patience to help with broken key fob. At a time when customer service is a rareity while shopping in Waldorf this store stands out with the best customer service you ll find any where. I bypass an auto store close to my home in favor of this store for that reason. Thank you Jimmy and Advance Auto for getting me on the road again.

I ordered a part they didnt have and was told it would be there next day, i show up and they tell me it wont be untill another week....i need this part asap i dont have time to play screw up with these people....now i understand why 4 employees were arguing with a customer about a return, worst advanced auto parts ive ever been too. Their employees are running a circus

Excellent service! Went in for new windshield wipers today! The young man let me know which size to get. I picked them out and he came out to my car to install them on my Nissan. I was out in less than 15 mins👌🏾Would highly recommend!

Good service. Just because they sell a part does not mean it will work on your vehicle like the original manufacturer’s OEM quality part. You get what you pay for. Still a great place.

Quick service and professional staff. I called first to confirm that the part I'm looking for is available at the location. The staff assisted me in no time and had the item ready for pickup when I came by the store. I will definitely return in the future whenever needed!

Great experience! I walked in to get air filters and maybe wiper blades, but I was unsure what sizes/type to purchase. Tony was extremely helpful, first looking up the sizes and then showing me the wiper blades. He offered suggestions/most often purchased, but left me alone to make my own decision (appreciated as I'm a slow decider). He then was kind enough to come outside and help put the wiper blades on (something I haven't done before). I felt respected and considered and I'm so thankful for the service. I'll definitely be back for my auto part needs!

Second time coming to this location. Serious attitudes of 2 employees first time. Second time visiting, one of the same employees at this location. Same attitude, so I refused to check out with him. I wanted to get suspected bad battery test prior to my picking up my online order. First words out of his mouth "Oh its after 5 pm". So I immediately responded do I need to cancel my order and go elsewhere to spend my money?

Rude staff, no one ever answeres the phone, the manager stares at you like he's looking through you and acts like he doesn't want to be there, ever. Commerci accounts are treated poorly. I drive out of my way to go to a better store, I even have other stores order parts from them if need be, just so I don't have to deal with these people.

Ryan I believe his name was. At the front counter was an excellent help! I was greeted promptly with a smile an a how can I help you today. I had recently bought bulbs for my 2010 GMC Sierra at another location an they were the wrong ones I needed an I asked him to look at my truck an see it as I believed mine had an aftermarket led lights installed not the original factory lights. So he promptly went to the truck with me with a screw driver! He opened the tail light an said I dint need to change the led bulbs at all it was brand new inside the conector was only dirty! So he cleaned the port out for me an took whole tail light assembly inside an cleaned my other conector off ! Like that wasn’t already enough he walked me back out to the truck ! An he re installed my tail light for me ! Then moment of truth we turned truck on an checked it! He was right! It was only dirty ! Silly me ! He is a true blessing an I couldn’t thank him enough ! He wouldt acept any money from me just for helping! So I ran after him an stuffed a tip in his shirt pocket an ran away haha so he couldn’t get it back! Anyway he is a great person! An very knowledgeable, helpful, funny and kind ! 5 stars 🌟 for sure worthy!

Very helpful customer service. I needed a new battery installed in my vehicle and luckily I went to the right place. My dad and I would never have gotten the battery in or out of my SUV. I have also bought windshield wipers for my previous SUV and they put them on for me. I didnt know they would do such a thing. I plan on going back for more of my vehicle needs.

I went to purchase new headlight bulb for my car. The employees were very nice and knowledgeable. The guy I was talking to even told me which to buy and which to stay away from because the bulbs I was going to buy don't last. This was semi confirmed by my own experiences. Overall, they had more items on shelf than the one in Fort Washington.

This store is getting quite old but they make it look as nice as they can. They seem to be out of stock of a lot of parts so ordering is necessary. The staff is helpful and friendly. The prices are pretty good as well.

Hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced at a parts store. Knowledgeable staff and they went the extra mile to even come out to my truck and help me figure out how to handle the problem. My only regret is that I dont live in this area and I was just passing through.

I came in to buy windshield wipers. When I asked for assistance I was told by the female cashier who was standing at the register with no one in line, that I had to wait because she was waiting on another customer. The customer was with another store personal. She didn't assist me. I was a little upset because she could have look the size up and went back to the other customer by one click when he returned. Very poor service and customer service. I will not return to this store that's in my neighborhood.

Ivan here is beyond helpful. Actually everyone at this location is beyond helpful, myself I'm a idiot who doesn't know anything about cars. These guys when ever I go they provide above and beyond service to each of their customers with honest opinions. I highly recommend these guys for helping out everyone who's not so sharp with their car knowledge.

If I could give a zero, I would. I ordered a part for my car on the 3rd, they told me my pary PROBABLY/SHOULD ARRIVE ON the 6th . I gave them time and was wondering why no one called from the store to tell me that my part was ready for pick up. When I talked to the store manager and asked why I didn't recieve a call informing me that my car part was ready for pick up, he explained that they have many orders on the shelf ready for pick up and that they DON'T HAVE THE TIME to be calling people and telling them that their orders are ready for pick up. This will be my first and last time dealing with the Advance Auto Parts store in Waldorf, md, they are unprofessionally operated.

I came by to ask for help to test my battery for my car but the person who works thier is not very helpful. He told me to wait to his co worker who are always LATE! Ive waited 45 mins and i ask myself why he cant even help me and besides its very slow and im the only customer... I ask for help to jump my battery but hes portable jumper is dead no body charges that thing overnight and he left me hanging out side the parking lot and he went back inside with out telling me.. He never told me if hes coming back to help me! The worst! Customer service..

Apparently this place hasn't changed since the last review two years ago. Their customer service isn't up to par. I'd expect better from this area. Even though they have my part in stock, I'll just go to the auto zone off Livingston when I'm headed into work to get what I need. Date: Nov 15, 2014.
