I recently visited NTB Tires in Waldorf, Maryland on crain highway and had a great experience. The staff was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. Dave and Chris took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood my options before moving forward. The service was quick and efficient, and I truly appreciated their honesty and attention to detail. Dave went above and beyond and cleaned my headlights for me due to me not able to see at night. It's not always easy to find a place you can trust with your vehicle, but NTB Tires made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Waldorf area looking for reliable and excellent customer service.

This location never has technicians to do work. Why have an online scheduling system if you can’t accommodate the appointments. Made this appointment a week ago. Waste of time and gas. Then you say I can do the oil change. Front desk guy couldn’t even find the appointment until I showed up him my phone. No service preformed this the second time I’ve tried to have the service done. After being loyal to the location for over 10 years. Maybe Mavis is taking the name down. Should be called Not To Be done today or ever.

The service on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at NTB located in Waldorf was excellent. I will definitely return to this location to have my car serviced in the future. Keep up the excellent service and professionalism. Thank you so much.

I was in a pickle and needed some help. I pulled into the NTB located at 2395 Crain HWY. Store manager Dave was so helpful. He was able to get my girlfriend back on the road. I recommend them highly!!!!!!!!

I’m just a girl trying to do this car thing by myself. My tire pressure light had been on for quite some time so when I got my car detailed, my detailer put some air in it. The next day I went to get an oil change and my mechanic explained that my left rear valve stem was leaking air and had a crack (say that 10 times fast lol). He informed me that NTB was the BEST place to receive assistance and I concur! Dave was super helpful and wasted no time servicing my vehicle. Big ups to Dave! Next time you need servicing at NTB, ask for Dave!

They did a great job. I had a different NTB in VA put on 4 new tires the day before, and they weren’t balanced properly. But this NTB were able to fit me in and get them rebalanced in under an hour. Thanks Dave!

Alonzo was great. He was patient and I can remember coming here earlier in the 2000s and my experience was terrible. But this time has changed my life. Please consider a promotion and raise for him. Waldorf ntb rocks!!!!!

Had a great experience at this location. There was zero pressure, and they handled my appointment right on time. I will say that the inside of the waiting room looks like it could use some TLC, but don’t let that dissuade you from using them. I would go back in a heartbeat.

NTB just fixed the air valve on my mom’s tire with zero hassle. I love this place. They help you quickly, efficiently, and with a smile… thank you, James. I was just here a month ago and didn’t hesitate to come back when my mom ran over a log. I’ll definitely be back again should she run over anything else in her way!

Great price but felt extremely dissatisfied because we needed tire change as soon as possible however the clerk at the front promised it will be ready in 1-2 days however the ETA of the tire is after 4 days (they had to order it because it's not in stock). Some other clerk helped us afterwards for refund but it was a total waste of time because proper expectations are not expressed

I came in today for an oil change reluctantly as I have had work done at this NTB in the past and was extremely dissatisfied. But today was a much better experience, even though I came in at the last minute, James the Store Manager was very accommodating and was able to help me much quicker than I expected. He provided recommended services for my vehicle which I will bring back to complete as I was thoroughly impressed with the level of customer service I received. The entire staff was helpful and answered all of my questions. This experience was a breath of fresh air and I didn’t feel taken advantage of. I will be sure to recommend this location to all my friends and family.

I came in and Micheal and the crew (Daedae) were very professional and helpful. They took my car in and completely my oil change right away. I was very please with their customer service and professionalism .

Needed a wheel alinment done. Made appointment online and received a call back as soon as I wss done online. Came in and Alonzo helped me out and the crew immediately got me in and out. Alonzo explained my alignment and showed me that it was in correct specs. This is my second time here and will be back again if I have any thing I need done. Great customer service.

Great place. Honest Management. I scheduled a wheel alignment turns out I didn’t one. They could have easily deceived me but were completely honest and transparent. They charged me just for alignment check. They have my business. Honest is key.

Came to NTB at the latest hour on 10/9/2025. The ASM Michael and SM James really provided excellent service. They are the absolute best. They really look out for you. When you need service definitely go to them. James is a mechanic but is very professional and very knowledgeable.

Extremely professional service. I went in for brake service and Mike and James made sure the job was done right. I was so satisfied I also requested additional services that same day and it was all done in a timely manner. Everyone seemed to enjoy their job there which made it a refreshing experience to say the least

I had a great experience here getting new tires. THEY DID NOT TRY TO UPSELL ME ON ANYTHING! I trusted them to do the work I requested and they did it well. They replaced my tires with Hankook Mavis Traction Control tires. I had an alignment issue from hitting a curb and they provided an alignment and corrected the steering.
