The whole crew from the scheduling to the actual clean out service was all done very professionally. This was a clean-out of my father’s house after he passed away. They even set aside items they thought i may want to take a second look and be sure before they took it away. Great team! Would certainly use then again for any hauling.
I feel so terrible because I waited so long to post this review and now I don't remember their names. But anywho, service was FANTASTIC!!! The Caucasian and African American gentleman who came to my new house were so professional, understanding, courteous, nice, and hard working! They were wise and knew just how to fill their trailer. We were able to empty our new house of the previous seller's furniture. We had a huge barn to clear as well, but we weren't able to get to that, and honestly I'm glad because I still hadn't had a chance to really go through the stuff. The guys were thinking the same things as I and we agreed we would just focus on the house for now. You could tell they've done this before and knew exactly what to do even as I gave them instructions on the fly. They were very accommodating and flexible! I'd recommend them for all of your junk moving needs! Customer Service rep was also very flexible and helpful in choosing the right size bin.
I found them on the internet and I liked that they were a new company run by Veterans. I called around 10am and two hours later, Key and Jordan were knocking on my door. Both men were friendly and professional.
I requested a full truck and while they were filling it up, I continued to add items. They didn't mind at all, which I greatly appreciated! The cost was also a plus because I didn't fill up the entire truck, so my final price was adjusted, only charging me for the space I filled.
When they pulled off, I felt relief knowing all the junk in my house was gone. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need - and I know I'll be using them again!

The JDog crew were extremely professional and efficient in removing all the furniture and junk from our family's apartment in DC. What I honestly thought would be a 2 day job was taken care of easily in 1 day. The pricing was also the best you will find, especially for the quality of service and hard work they provide. If I could give JDog Junk Removal more than five stars, I would. I hired them to remove excess furniture and trash from our house while we were moving out, and my experience with them was great from beginning to end. Brook, who answers the phone, was a delight to speak with and she made scheduling easy, even when we weren't sure what we needed hauled or what days we needed help. The two men who arrived to do the job were incredibly friendly and efficient. They did a great job, and everyone involved helped make a stressful moving process a lot easier for us. I would recommend them to anyone who needs furniture or trash removal done.
Update: We had JDog come back for a second trash removal job, and once again they did an exceptional job. They were on time, friendly, and did really impressive work on a difficult job. After the first company I scheduled to remove a bunch of boxes from my garage flaked on me and didn’t show up I called these guys. On May1,2021 at 730am I was searching the internet for junk removal service. Came across JDog Junk removal read their bio and was impressed. So I called at about 830am spoke with Brooke who was very professional and informative. Booked my appointment the same day for 3pm. I was a little late but they waited for me.
