Fort Scammell in
New Portland Township (ME)

This was an awesome tour, and it's an awesome landmark! Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable, and knew so much about the military history and architecture of the Fort. Would highly recommend

One of the best tours I’ve had. Very educational and knowledgeable, and beautiful inside and out worth the trip if you’re in the area. We had a 2 hr tour but wish we could have stayed all day.

Went here during the 4th of July, best day ever and this fort is super cool. it did have a lot of bird poop though
