We chose to use Finally Freedom Junk Removal this August after reading such great reviews about their service, and they certainly met all our expectations and more. They were quick to respond to our inquiry and answered all our questions about their process and how the pricing works. We were cleaning out an old summer lake camp that had been uninhabited for a few years. We got rid of old beds, dressers, dining furniture, living room furniture, patio furniture, mattresses, a TV, rotted & decayed firewood, pool floats, over 40 filled utility trash bags with other household items and even a paddleboat! Brandon (the owner) and his assistant Connor were very pleasant to work with and super efficient with loading up the truck. We had so much junk they went to the nearbyTransfer Station to drop off the first load and returned to pick up the rest. All of this was done in less than 2 hours and there was A LOT of junk! We definitely recommend their services and will use them again in the future for any additional junk removal needs.

These guys were quick to schedule my pickup, showed up early, and got the pile of crap off my front lawn in no time. Really great people. My only issue is that they quoted me $175 to fill a pick-up truck bed and my stuff would have fit - but they brought a larger truck towing a large trailer and said they would charge me for 1/4 of trailer load and it would be $250, so that was not great. Still, I don't think it is an unreasonable price given how much dumpsters cost, and I would definitely use them again!

This was my second inquiry on looking for junk removal. Michelle sold me! She was great! Diamond was great too! Putting women as the first voice was a fantastic business decision especially when women are doing the research/pricing! Brandon and Connor were fantastic! Brandon and Conner were wonderful. They updated their arrival time. They were careful not to bump walls. Then they disrupted a ground wasp nest got stung and then went ahead and sprayed the nest. Very grateful! But forgot to take the grill.

I knew the moment I called to discuss pricing, I would be utilizing their services. This is a family owned and operated company. On the phone, I spoke with the matriarch of the family and had the owner of the company at my home doing all the work. Brandon was ready to work the second he arrived and didn't run when he was bombarded with 3 people asking him to do this and do that..I was overwhelmed, but he was not. He helped to calm me. With patience, pride, humility, dignity, and honor, he put his all into removing things that I didn't even want to touch. He then shared his story with myself and my parents. I always fear that someone will begin saying words that shouldn't come out of anyone's mouth while at a customers home, but Brandon never slipped up. He remained respectful. He and his wife started the business with their own bare hands, using a rented vehicle. Mind you, they have 4 children to raise as well. Starting humbly with a rental vehicle, they worked their way up to a used inexpensive box truck. They now have a few brand new trucks on the road. And even greater, a truck with a hydraulic grapple. (My mom loved watching that) This husband n wife team have my business, but more importantly, they have my respect. I would trust him to come here even if I was not home. That, in itself, speaks volumes. We'll be calling them back. Giving 5 stars is an easy choice. Thank you Brandon and family.

Brandon and Diamond are amazing. They always go above and beyond. They're always a pleasure to work with. We've used them so many times I'd look at them as our friends not just a business. I love seeing them when they come and love seeing our junk leave with them when they go!

TLDR: Amazing service, they went further than was necessary. I recommend! In about an hour’s time, they were able to get out here to West Gardiner and remove a partially buried pool, filled the 2foot deep and 18foot wide hole, then leveled it, and even gave us some tips! We had a scheduling squeeze, and they were able to find a way for us. It was more than we should have asked for, and they made it work. I can only imagine what they might do if they were not on a very tight schedule and could plan properly. Absolutely recommended for anyone that has a project simply too big for themselves. These folks are respectful, pay attention, and do the job correctly. Thank you guys!

What an amazing team Brandon and Diamond are . Came with trailer with claw on it but chose not to use it because the power lines at my house are too low. Not to be deterred they did the junk removal by hand in 10 or 15 minutes. They are also very professional and friendly great attitudes . Would give more than 5 stars if possible. Definitely recommend to everyone. Thanks Brandon and Diamond . I forgot to mention the price for removal was also amazing very fair .

From a Google search, I found these folks on Wednesday. Sent them a message on the provided link and got a response in minutes. I shared my difficult need of removing a large number of paint cans, and they said "absolutely no problem, how's tomorrow between 10 and 12". They arrived today at 10:45 and finished inside of 45 minutes. The price was reasonable, plus the cost of disposal.

We had our stuff ready to go, but the guys were super helpful and efficient. We even almost forgot a box and they stopped in their tracks to load it up. Trustworthy and reliable are only short of the words I could use to describe this team! Price was fair. 175 flat for the full trailer. We used only a portion of that. I don't mind it though! Would definitely recommend. Communication was on point too. Thank you team!

Very nice and helpful. Brandon and John carried off the 5 tons of rotting logs & railroad ties in the yard left from the previous owners. I would definitely recommend them for removing unwanted junk and debris that is far too heavy to carry off, especially if you are disabled. Thank you again and may God bless you!
