The machines are super easy to use, you just gotta make sure the barcodes are facing up. And when I told management about a customer that was trying to corner me, he immediately sprung into action to get the creeper away from me, making me feel much safer and helped me trust the establishment even more.
I'm over here at shaws. I happened to be here when the TomRa guy showed up. Glad I was to so I could do my review. The plastic Machine is broken and he had to replace some parts. Nice man. We chatted for a minute and then he went to work. Took him about an hour to fix the machine. That's about it.
I'm sitting with one of your service men right now. He is over at the shaws in Auburn Maine fixing the plastic Machine. We talked for a minute when he got here. He fixed the machine and away he went. Great service, Nice man.
Today I went in and Tim was very nice and courteous and friendly..answered my questions, I am grateful they have this place available, especially for some of us who can't get to other recycling places. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else anyways. Keep up the good work. Looking forward to going back again.

Went in again last Saturday and today February 10,2024. Nice to have this place right across from where I live and that it's accessible to someone like me, who is disabled. Also the guys that were there today, was very kind and helpful. I know, if I have questions or need help, they are there. Keep up the good work.
I find it pretty fast and efficient. They’re just rarely open when they say they will be. It’s happened multiple times that I’ve tried to go during their “open” times and it’s been a ghost town.
Update: On my last trip I was delighted they enter more UPC’s in to the system so I had one a couple of returnables that would not scan. Eliminating the chance for errors in hand counting. The machines ran very quickly so I was in and out faster than usual. The facility was cleaner and the employees were friendly and attentive to there customers. Only ding was the smell of cigarette smoke although much less than previous visits was still there.
The machines normally are in good working order and process the bottles and cans quickly. Nice. They don’t have all UPC’s in the system so I end up with a lot of returnables they need to hand sort. Not so Good. Their hand count is occasional less than the actual. Not Good. The cigarette smoke in the building has been very strong the last two times I was there. It comes from the workers smoking in the building. Bad. If it is that way again, I’ll find another redemption center.
