Their service is great. Very helpful for travelers. Our car was not drive able due to accident and it was towed to their lot. The owner's wife came to accident site to give us a ride. She drove us to hotel to get a reservation then helped us get our vacation baggage from their storage lot back to hotel. Everyone was very helpful. Thank you for all the help!
This towing company was awesome. Response time was quick. Driver was very nice to work with. Took care of my daughters car and delivered it with no issues. Also, super affordable compared to other places we called. Would use them again for sure. Highly recommend this towing company

This company is very overpriced, the owner has a huge ego, they overcharge you and take advantage of situations.

Bailey picked my car up yesterday after it was stolen the police had it towed and the price changed from 75 to 100 the guy Tracy called his boss and said flat 100 he gets here and charges me 150.00 and his boss could be heard laughing that my car was stolen and saying I quote she's bitching at the wrong person...he could hear me I said no you are unprofessional and heartless....then tried to wait til tomorrow to give me my receipt DO NOT TRUST a liar so I demanded my receipt now....below is a photo of how they dropped it off
I hit a deer, and had to get my vehicle towed by this company, and the man that helped was very polite and helpful, and when I went back to clean out my vehicle, they was not there but when I called they came back right away. Good people. Thank you for being a good company. I Will recommend you to people in the areas
Cheapest place around the area that we called. Towing man was very nice. They came the day we called and had it towed where we needed. I would use them again if I need a tow!
I was stuck on the side of the main road , when he got to me , I was explaining to him that I only needed a jump , who wants to spend so much money on something that really wasn’t necessary , yes I was in a pissy mood , cause he kept trying to convince me it was more than a jump, I even apologized to you about that. I get it the state called you out , even the officer told me that anyway I could get the truck moving was fine , it didn’t have to get towed . We tow to the truck stop , and we are surrounded by police officers , I come out he is walking around my load , looking under my tarps, as if I was threat to anyone , he told me he wouldn’t take any electronic payments , because I might dispute the charges. The fact he assumed that is crazy , he said he didn’t know me , lol who do you know that calls for a tow . They are strangers . No receipt , no anything , but you got your money , & no apology was given for that ridiculous comment, it was extremely embarrassing. And we were in a small town , so it wasn’t like I could maneuver around , and even when you mentioned the price I didn’t hesitate to try and pay you.
Awesome and friendly service! Driver showed up on a Sunday and was kind to our family who was stranded with a rental vehicle that broke down. Quick, prompt and professional.
It was late in the evening and wasn't sure who to call when my truck broke down in the middle of town. Baily's was my first call and the only one needed. Excellent service. My 26ft box truck was stuck in mud, and within in 30 minutes of calling Bailey’s, the tow truck arrived all pulled me out of the mud. The driver was also very professional.
