Well. Let me tell you. Dawn (the store manager) is out of this world amazing. I called her before leaving my home this morning to verify parts I needed were in stock and she was very very knowledgeable and very helpful over the phone. And then silly me went to the paducha store by mistake by mall.side. I can't not remeber what the store managers name was at the paducha mall.side but she was absolutely no Dawn from loanoak store. That manager which I think started with a "k" maybe (i dont know she was so rude to me I wouldnt care to remeber) I asked if she was the one I spoke to this morning and her attitude was down right disrespectful and disgusting, she then said " do i look like a dawn?" She said that was the lone oak store. I said oh my mistake ill.go there, we already talked and she had knowldge of what I needed. Then this lady wanted to freaking argue with me about what I was gonna do with my day. She picks up her phone calls the lone oak store to ask what parts I needed after telling her I was going to the other store. I just let her keep talking disrespectful to me as I walked out the store.
Got to the lone oak store and I was greatest amazing asked for Dawn she came out and my experience there was just great. I will in the future when ever I need o reillys im going to lone oak. The employees were great, the atmosphere was top notch and their willingness to help me beyond what I thought I need was 5 star service. I am 100 percent sure I wouldnt get the help I needed from mall side.
Stopped in to work on my car as it needed a new blower motor resistor. They were very patient and helpful with me, allowed me to barrow tools to do the job and even helped me find the correct sized socket for the trim that was in the way even when the video i was following to change the resistor didn't specify. They went above and beyond to help me out and will definitely come to this location again despite the drive from my house just for the fantastic service.
I have to say Dawn, Monty and the rest of the employees are Amazing. We broke down and they all went above and beyond.

We had a very kind gentleman and a woman go out of their way to help us when we broke down. They both did so much and were so helpful. The gentleman replaced our battery for us while the woman provided help about the code that was popping up on our truck. If it wasn't for them, we wouldn't be making it back home. Service was out of this world. I couldn't thank them enough.
I came in to this O'Reilly's store last night after calling and asking if someone could look at my car and possibly tell me what was wrong with it. I was told "sure bring it in and we'll look at it." I get there and I was told to just wait because the employee behind the desk didn't want to go out and look at my car Im assuming because it was cold. I preceed to tell the store employee what my car was doing and he says "oh I'm 100% sure its your alternator." Not once did he look at it! He could've tested it to be sure. But nope, he was too lazy to go out and look at it after telling me he would on the phone! And didnt even offer to jump start it for me either! Very poor customer service!!
It's good to have an auto parts store closer to me, I do have check to see if they have what I need online, they do have some knowledgeable people , but some of their staff have no clue.
I stopped late in the afternoon to get help with identifying what a maintenance required light on my dash of my suv meant. I didn't get the gentleman 's name who worked at O'Reilly Auto Parts that helped me, but he was very professional & helpful. He made several trips inside the store & my vehicle to determine the information I needed. He even referred me to a local mechanic near by to help me further.
Normally when I go in this store (driving the vehicle I need something for); they will help. I needed a low beam light for my 2016 kia sorento. I also had my Vin. The guy told me it could be 1 of 2. Why is it the guy I got help from before could help me and he could not. He wouldn't even go out and look at it and I was the only customer in the store AND he had another person there. I just needed the low beam light. Super disappointed in the employees today.
Great store! Everytime I've gone there to buy something, no matter who the employee is on duty; they have always been friendly and helpful. I ask lots of questions in an attempt to gain basic car knowledge so I can impress my husband!☺ They are always more than happy to help, explain stuff. And even go out of their way to find me the best deals! I recommend the Lone Oak store to everyone!
Helpful staff. Even when a customer ahead of me was about to get the cops called on him for being seriously harsh on the Employees. Thought it was going to get violent, but Employees were super professional and handled it best they could.
Great parts but more expensive than other parts stores for identical items. O'Reilly is still a great and reliable source for your parts. 5-stars indeed.
A young man named Forrest helped me with a long list of preventive maintainence engine parts for my truck,as I prepare for summer travels.

Had a good experience. Not every employee knows what they are saying, they just mumble through it, yet try to be helpful. This trip there, the guy admitted he wasn't familiar with certain products and steered me towards those he knew about. Personally I'd rather have someone who's honest, than to try and just make a sale. I'm sure nobody out there, as a customer, wants to make an extra trip back to the store just because someone gives the wrong product or automotive part.
When our truck broke down and the only available ball was locked the associate helped break the lock off the truck in order for us to keep our trailer going. Unfortunately they did not have the part we needed to repair truck, but we are very thankful for the assistance that we received.
Of course, my car picks the coldest morning of the year to have a battery failure. After a jump start at home, I headed to OReillys on Lone Oak Road to buy a new one. They were fantastic and even changed it out as I waited inside. I know a tip isn’t expected, but dang it was too cold to overlook such quick and efficient service. Thanks!!
