Went the other day everyone was very nice and polite to me. I only docked a star for the horrible price of aluminum cans over 100 pounds barely filled the truck tank.
The women in the office must have a very unhappy life so sad but a smile on there face would make them so much prettier they look and act like they full of hate
I will never go there again for now on I'll only use tri state...if they hate their job so bad find another! They are the rudest people I have ever spoken too the women in the office are just as if not more rude than the men who work there! Someone should tell them that it's the customer that keeps the business going show some respect and manners! I'd drive out of town before speaking to on of those witches again!!
I've never been here n by reading these reviews it makes me not wanna call n inquire about recycling. If I bring several bags of bottled n can recyclables do they pay you for recycling. I'm from Cali n they did out there
Dropped off a metal bunk bed frame. They told me it was only 14 pounds. I came home and checked the sites that sell it and all of them say 103 pounds. They are full of crap.
I am not an experienced scrapper, I actually work for a living. I called these guys to get rid of some scrap cat5 cable leftover from install jobs and was quoted a price of 80 cents a pound. After the truck was unloaded I was written a check for 30 cents a pound. When i said something about it I was told I could load up my stuff and take it elsewhere. Just a heads up, these guys will screw you if you let them. yes I let them this time, they only screwed me out of $25.00, on a job I make that much in 15 minutes so it really was not worth my time to load it back up. but their attitude will keep me from ever selling them anything else.
