Called looking for my scooter the lady was so rude its not even funny. Like I wanted my scooter stolen, impounded and then they don't even know what company impounded it here i am just trying to get my mode of transportation back. I hope never have to deal with them again.
Great staff… Came out to assist when my U-Haul failed here in Paducah… The U-Haul dispatch didn’t communicate everything properly but prestige did what they could to get things moving in the right direction
Flat tire on the interstate. Managed to get off the interstate and Prestige came to the rescue. Emily was very helpful on the phone and had Cory dispatched right away. My SUV would not go into gear. I called prestige towing and he said it would be around 30ish minutes. He was there in 15 to 20 minutes. Very professional. And affordable pricing. I was going to have to pay almost $200.00 to have my SUV towed to my house 5.2 miles away. He did it for under $100.00. Great service! Would recommend!
Took great care of me and my car. We broke down on the side of the interstate, and the state troopers called them because we felt unsafewhere we were. They arrived very quickly, and in the middle of a very stressful situation, were very understanding & easy to work with.
I was in an automobile accident today, and the cops called them and they responded quickly, and everyone was so nice to me, they gave me a ride, some water and waited with me till my husband came to get me and he was an hour away and they were supposed to be closed. The young man who gave me a ride was named Tanner

Opened my hatch to put groceries in car AND laid keys on ledge, then closed hatch after loading car forgot to grab keys, so car locked. Cory provided great service. Highly recommend if needed.
Shane, with Prestige towing & recovery helped me out tremendously, I locked my keys in my 2013, Ram 3/4 ton with the engine still running. Shane showed up extremely quickly and had me unlocked and back in my truck in no time. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of their services.

Robert towed my broke down Hummer from I24 30 minutes north from Paducah and got me to a rental place. Emily was super friendly at the front desk. The mechanics took a day to order the parts needed and had it repaired 2 days later. Fantastic group!
Needed a tow, they came to my house to pick it up, ( I had a coolant leak and wasn't driving it anywhere) once he got here we realized my battery was dead too, they jumped and put it on the truck no issues.

My car locked after I got out locking my toddler inside, he was quick to arrive and get her out and also gave me the number to local dispatch to see if they could get there quicker. They will be going to the top of my list for anything I need!
