Stinnet helped extract a moving truck that drove off my driveway and were stuck in my yard. Trey and the other driver were professional and made good decisions and quickly resolved the situation. Highly recommend these guys.
This place deserves a five star rating. During this awful storm we had a driver with locked breaks. I passed on them the first time I called as they had a two hour wait. I ended up wasting my time with an alternate vendor, who went out to clear the lines but couldn't get it fixed. He said that it would have to go into a shop to warm it up. They had two shops but couldn't get it done until the next day. We are not the company that leaves a driver stranded 80 miles from home. Interesting enough, the vendor recommended Stinnetts.
I called them back and I filled in Kristen as to what the first vendor told me. She said that she would take care of it and contacted the Mobile Guy (Danny) who had just finished up on his prior job while keeping me on hold. They asked that we give them enough time to get to our driver safely.
Danny didn't need a shop to warm us up in. He had a portable heater and a tarp to help contain the heat. In no time at all, he had us up and running. He was professional, and very positive.
These are the people to use when in that area. They seem to care about their customers and actually believe in service.
Highly recommend... Norm when above and beyond service.. drove 300 miles to pick truck and trailer up and drop it off at repair place .. very helpful person.. can't find people any nicer the guys at stinnett towing .. thanks very much
I hit a blown out tire laying in road knocked off air fitting to transmission on a 860 Volvo....Paducah policeman called these guys because I was blocking intersection on Exit 11...they were on site in 25 minutes pulled me truck/trailer to shoulder of road...got the part replaced and I was on my way in less than one hour. I would highly recommend Stinnett Towing & Repair to anyone they were prompt knowledgeable and friendly.

Had a dpf issue on a new KW w/Paccar , Got Max Derate at a truckstop, they diagnosed it, replaced the bad parts in timely manner, and I left in little or no time at all, i am pleased and would recommend You to stop by for a check and repair even if truck is still driving, but You know it has and issues, This people will take care of it.
Don’t drive to far away from them knowing your truck might brake down, because that’s the place to check your truck and fix your issues
Marty came along and towed me even though it was a rainy Sunday morning. He was so helpful and kind every step of the way. If you need a tow for your vehicle or a team member for the zombie apocalypse, I recommend calling Stinnett right away.
Water pump went out on my husband’s truck and Stinnett’s was there in less than 20 mins after calling for a tow. Fast, friendly and reliable service and excellent customer service! Definitely Recommend Stinnett’s to anyone in need. Thanks guys for helping us out. We appreciate you all!
I was rescued from the woods by the greatest, hard working, recovery guy I've ever had the pleasure to meet. He went out to the middle of nowhere and found me in the middle of the woods. Highly recommended!!!
Greatest experience, after my car got stranded in the side of the road and be frustrated for this, they came fast and Tyler the driver was a wonderful help. Kind, knowledgeable with the car, patient and nice to my son and me. I will recommend to everyone.

Called them for help on a unique situation. I had previously called multiple mechanic shops and got the run around. As a last resort I called these guys for help and they did an amazing job. Very polite and a man of his word. I will recommend them over anyone else in the area.
Excellent service and in a timely manner. We had one of our trucks stuck two hours away from our office and the team was able to get him out quickly with less than an hour's notice. The driver Mark was very helpful and we cannot speak highly enough about him. Kristin in the office was also a great addition to helping us out with this ordeal. I was told all drivers were already dispatched out. But thankfully I was in route to another stop and he got my tire changed for me in no time. I only waited about 10 min for him to arrive. And he had me fixed up quick! Total blessing since I was out of town and w my son.
I had a loaded semi trailer slide off in a bad ditch, They showed up with equipment big enough to do the job in a timely matter and the operator knew exactly what he was doing!!
We slid off in ditch this morning moving over because another vehicle was coming towards us. Sam was here earlier than estimated. Very nice man & got us out in a timely matter. This man knows what he is doing. Thank you for taking care of us on this very cold messy day. We will recommend & use Stinnett from now on.
My semi broke down at 2am, and Leroy came out to tow me in to their shop. He was friendly and quick, which has not always been my experience at 2am in winter weather. At the shop Chubbs identified the problems and did his best to get me back on the road as quickly as possible, keeping me informed of what was happening the entire time. I appreciate the friendly atmosphere and they went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed while I waited for the repairs to be finished, even taking me to a local store so I could buy food. After my truck was fixed they went through the bill with me, and made sure it was not only fair, but cheaper than I expected. All in all I appreciated the way these guys did business with me. (I apologize if I spelled your names wrong.)
I was quoted a time of a thirty minute wait and in less than 10 minutes, Sam had called to get my exact location and was there shortly after! Sam was friendly and professional! Amazing job
My fuel filter went out on me and couldn't get my rig up past 50 mph. These guys stuck around after hours and waited for me to show up and already had the part on the way! Top notch, awesome service! Sam took time to look at a couple different things with me and gave me some good advice on what I need to do to repair a few smaller problems. I absolutely recommend this place 100% they had me in and out in less than an hour. THANKS GUYS!
So I got my semi too far off the driveway and sunk the front end to the axel. I called at 11:27 this morning. They responded and problem solved within an hour! Thank you so much!!!
they are very rude, i called bc i locked my keys in the car and he whoever, asked me do i know what time it is? what kind of business is this? i don’t recommend at all.
