Lents towing was prompt to arrive to tow our broken down vehicle and get us off the side of the interstate. The driver was very courteous and went the extra mile to charge us a fair price when there was a misunderstanding about the call.

They were awesome! Best price by far, to the point where everyone else was obviously overcharging because of the weather! The truck "Bailey" showed up in 20min with a great attitude in the middle of a snowstorm! I've been a business owner for 20 years, we need more Baileys! Also, another driver called to check on me 30 minutes after my vehicle was back on the road, to make sure I was taken care of. I'm impressed for sure!

Took the order called my debtor and told them to hurry up and hide it.
If you dont want to work the order dont take it. But this is unprofessional! If your debtor will pay them more to keep it Lents will take it.
Be very very careful if they accept a repossession,
1st problem no insurance
2nd problem they will take the otlrder contact yhe debtor tell them yjey better starting hiding what you asked them to pickup.
3rd youll know you got took they totally stop answering phones.
Having your semi truck towed when when you are a owner op is never a good experience but Lent's towing provide a great service, very professional and I great price, this was some time ago but I really appreciate the great service

My wife had gotten into a accident at our local Walmart red light. A lady hit her from behind. Well Lent's came and recovered our vehicle. They took care of everything from recovering our Suv from the accident seen to getting it to the repair shop. No hidden charges or surprises. Did a honest job at a honest price. Had great communication with us and our insurance company. Witch made things on our end easier considering we'd just wrecked our family vehicle and had other worries to think about. Lents has outstanding and superb customer service and response time . They rode In like the Calvary, and knights in shining Armor. When we were rear-ended and the vehicle behind us had ran their car through the back of our cattle trailer and was lodged inside of the trailer. Seriously you can’t make this up. No animals or humans were hurt ;-) Lents arrived on scene in record time with multiple trucks and the best equipment. They were knowledgeable and prepared to do what was required to get the job done.
