I've called 15 times in a row and nobody ever answered. Can't leave a message because the mailbox is full. Why have a business if you're not going to answer your phone for people that really need to get a used part. You could have had a customer if you just answered the damn phone! So frustrated right now!
LIARS, SCAMMERS, THIEVES! I ordered and paid for in full on 10/03/25, a transmission for my 2001 Dodge truck. I was told that it would be shipped from Houston, TX and I would receive my transmission within 5-7 days. They stopped answering my calls on 10/31/25 and I still don't have my transmission or a refund of my money. David is a liar! Spoke to their yard in Houston where my transmission was supposed to ship from. 1st conversation, "yes Sir, we are taking care of you, waiting on shipper to pick up and we will get you a tracking #". 2nd conversation, "sir, we don't have a record of your order but we will sort it out for you and call you back". Sent them invoice for my order, "crickets". Now, no response at all! So, I have forwarded all texts, invoice and pertinent information to my local Sheriff's department Financial Crimes Unit and they advised they will co-ordinate with the appropriate Federal Agency (since they both are in another state), investigate and take appropriate actions! Don't buy a set of spark plugs from these BUMS!
Ive been to alot of salvage yards wether it be pull apart or a self pull it type, ive been an automotive mechanic for nearly 15 years and this is the 1st place ive encountered where the people just dont want to help, wether i call or go in person i ask questions and immediately get the answer no or no sir, i dont understand why thats the obly answer i get regardless of what vehicle i happen to be working on
I have got to say Rodney was amazing!!! Not only did he save me quite a bit on the part I needed but he was so friendly and helpful. He even took my name to call me if another part I was needing came in. If there's a part you need used or new I'd highly recommend giving them a call.
Drove 45 minutes to find out what I needed was already sold off both cars that matched what I was looking for. Friendly employees just don't know what they have in the yard for part's only know what cars and trucks they have
This place is great. Customer service? I've never had one bad run in with any of these guys. They are very kind and helpful. If you call them and ask questions, they are quick to call back. I will always turn to this place and give anyone their info if they are looking for parts! I got a driver door for my first car in 2018, and in 2024 I'm getting my passenger door there for another vehicle.

This is one of the best pull-a-part places I've been to. They have just about everything you need to replace that bad part on your car. If they don't have that exact part they can cross reference it to find what will fit and where it's exactly located on the lot. You will not be disappointed if you came here and got you part. Also the prices are beyond amazing! You couldn't ask for anything better on a price I buy many of my parts from them because why pay 100% when you can pay 10%? Very helpful and friendly staff. Went above and beyond to help me. Will definitely use again in the future if needed. They didn't have the part in stock that I was needing, but they made a few phone calls and had it in the very next day and at a reasonable price.
Owner refused my service dog access due to insurance purposes after I've already been there prior to this incident so he already knows I have a registered Service dog and I'm allowed to go anywhere the public is with her by my side where she belongs.
I'll bet more than fifty percent of their money comes from the disabled person such as myself. I'm on SSI and I have a Service dog. Even though he's seen my credentials before I offered them again and he once again refuses me after I've already been in there with my service dog before. My lawyer will be in touch.

Really cool place..cant beat prices,,but the owner and his staff are the most helpful down to earth people. I was in the customer service area for 20 mins and watched these guys helping people with there car problems. What impressed me was the owner taking his personal time to search out a part that he didn't carry. The boss sent him to a rival salvage yard after checking that they had the part.

On my first visit, I was blown away by the niceness of the staff, especially Michael. They are a friendly bunch and their prices are very reasonable. They have a good selection of cars and trucks and I appreciate being able to pull my own parts. The cars are elevated so most parts are easy to access. Good job U Pull It Auto Salvage. I'll be back. I did come back a week later and again was treated like a valued customer. I pulled my own parts but their staff helped me load the heavy rear axle unto my vehicle with a forklift. This salvage yard has very reasonable prices and their service is hard to beat. I dare you to compare this place with their competitors. You'll be amazed at the price differences.
On a third visit, I found U-Pull to be consistently good with the auto products and the service to be excellent. Again I had Michael behind the counter and his customer relationship skills with me were excellent. I found the yard to be well-stocked and you can't beat their price on used car parts. I enjoy being able to pick my own parts and it's so refreshing to be trusted and valued as a customer. Again I give them 5 stars and even more.
Another visit to U-Pull and again I found them to be one of the best salvage yards I've visited. Rodney is the manager/owner and is a super nice guy with helpful information and very affordable prices. I wouldn't go anywhere else for parts although there are 3-4 other places near me.
Pulled in ask a question and was told to move rudely. If he was polite I would have had no issues but instead he was very rude and disrespectful. So apparently they don't need my money or my business. Maybe it's due to me being a woman go figure. Therrs a lot of pigs in this area which need to learn manners and that women can work in their career field.

Everything was going fine until some dude was acting like I was some criminal because my friend didn't tell me I needed to sign in. Good prices but really bad customer service. Next time I'll just drive to Lexington for some actual service.
I go here once a month or so for various knick-knacks for projects and have never had a bad experience. The staff always tries to be as helpful as possible, it doesn't matter who you talk to as they're all very nice. They'll cross reference parts for you to match your part to another vehicle that has the same part, tell you up front how much it will cost (the prices are 25-50 percent of some of the other salvage yards), and always get to you as quickly as possible. They usually have a very good selection of parts, and will work with you on prices sometimes. Would recommend this yard to anyone in the area willing to pull the part themselves.
