My son was in one of the accidents in the I-24 construction zone last Friday. He was uninjured thankfully, but his car was toast. Billy was his tow truck driver. He watched out for my kid and was so kind and did not rush us in that stressful time. We are very grateful for his kindness. His attitude definitely calmed this momma down.

I only needed to get two wheels out of wet leaves and gravel off the side of a driveway in my tiny front wheel drive hatchback. The guys who responded were great and they had my car out quickly. Paid a much lower amount than I would have with the first shop I called. Would use again!

I'll start with if you need someone, call them! First time ever, middle of Halloween trick or treating with my kids, I locked my keys in the car. They were there in less than 25 minutes and unlocked it in less than two minutes! Also the cheapest! The man working was incredibly nice & if I ever (hopefully I dont) need a towtruck or my car unlocked again, I'll definitely call them. Thank you guys, you're wonderful. :)

Ordered a tractor from Rural King. RK got Vanzants to handle the delivery. They were great! Came exactly date and time I requested and Dan, our delivery man, let my kidos run the controls on his truck when he dropped it off. Great pricing. Great customer service.

I broke down in Paducah 6 hours from home. I I had no one to call and knew no one. I call them and Billy ( the tow driver) was so kind and generous. He got my car to the dealership. Without his kindness and compassionate that day 10/03/2024 I probably would have cried harder than I already was. So thank you Billy for being a light for me that day. This company is the best.

We woke up to start the rest of our drive back to Montgomery, Alabama (home) this morning. The rear driver's side tire was sitting on the ground, flat. We called Vanzants and Dalton was out to us in no time at all. He was incredibly helpful and professional, letting us ride with to the tire repair station. We will have all resolved and be the road again soon. We can't say enough about Dalton and Vanzant's Towing service.

If I could give zero stars I would. But anyhow I called to get a price and time on a tow; And the gentleman that answered was rude and didn’t seem like he gave two cents if he got business or not. He didn’t seem to really care if he helped us or we got help or not either. To say I was more than disappointed is an understatement. I know Vanzant’s has been in business for years, so I expected much better customer service from their drivers; but wow the price changed twice on the phone, and then he pretty much was just saying he didn’t really want to get out in the cold in a nonchalant fashion. So happy we went elsewhere for business! Shoppers I would think twice about using their services.

Our car got towed to Vanzants after being hit by another driver and it sat there for almost 2 months while we dealt with the insurance companies. Finally I took it upon my self to call Vanzants to find out how much the storage was after learning we would have to pay for it since the other driver was uninsured. The assistant at Vanzants was very friendly and helpful and understood my frustration, and I got to talk to the owner who was awesome and kind enough to deduct a big part of our charge after listening to me complain about the no help we've gotten from the insurance companies. That was extremely generous of him to do especially considering it being 2 weeks till Christmas and I am almost broke. If not for the great attitude and helpful guys at Vanzants I don't know what I would have done. HIGHLY recommended! (And if you guys read this: THANK YOU!)

Amazing company, Amazing personnel. I've used them several times. They are always quick to respond and have very fair prices. They've gone above and beyond every time we've used them.

I hope I never need a tow again, but if I do this is who I'll be calling! When I called I was told it would be around 20 minutes for the truck to arrive but they were actually there in 10. Fast service and fair price!

My family and I were broke down at a local gas station when Dan see us struggling to get our vehicle on the trailer. He then stopped to help us without us asking. He was very friendly and helped us greatly. I would recommend Vanzants Towing!!

My Silverado began smoking from hood after dropping off daughter at school. Called around 8 and they answered immediately, and Dan was in Lone Oak loading truck by 8:30. Fast service, Dan was a nice guy to work with, and service fee was very reasonable. Hope I don't need a tow again anytime soon, but they'll be my first call if I do.

Great service. My F450 dually broke down on a Sunday an hour away from Paducah. They were there in a reasonable amout of time with a flatbed equipped to haul my big truck.

Wife broke down outside of Paducah. She was 8 hrs from home with two right side flats and at least one ruined wheel. I called around and found what I needed at Plaza Tire on Hinkleville road. I asked them if they could recommend a towing company and they gave me the number to Van Zant Towing. Big Dan picked up the car and the wife and had them both at Plaza Tire within minutes. He was very professional. He recommended places she could eat lunch while the car was repaired. Price was very fair. I highly recommend! Thank you!!!

My vehicle was left in Paducah KY, when I went to buy a car and couldn't bring my vehicle home. I eventually called Vanzants to pick up my vehicle for me since I live in TN ans my sister lives in Murray KY. He was very fast as soon as I called him he went and picked up my vehicle and had it for a few days. He barely charged me anything to tow the car itself and it was 245 total for it all in the end. Most other places I've dealt with charged ridiculous amounts. He was very peofessional ans friendly. When my sister got there to pick up my car the battery was dead from sitting so long I guess. He helped get it started also. If I ever need help I'll be calling again!

We had to be towed from Kentucky to Illinois long trip I guess you could say it was delightful I forget the man's name now but he was the owner and he was very niceand if we had to do it all over again and we ever had to call when we were down that way that's who we would call again thank you very much for getting us home safe. ❤️

Locked my keys in the car at Family Dollar and the guy that answered the phone was very polite, showed up asap, and unlocked my door with ease. No cash on me but I got to use my bank card! Thnx y'all are the best and the cheapest!!!

I was well impressed with Vanzant's Towing Service. The young man told me he would get to my destination in 30 minutes but made it in less time. The tower was professional and kind in his demeanor. I have called them twice, and will call again if and when I need them.

I called and spoke to Kelley an employee that been there for several years. I traded with he and Brian Vanzants tires for years. I called and made appointment to exchange my new tires for new Michelin. I was asked to be there at 9. Then I changed my appointment till 1pm. When I got there the manager broke the deal I made with Kelly. He was rude and insisted I was to know he was the manager and no one is allowed to make deals when trading in factory new tires. He could have called me and told me and saved me a 1 hour trip to Paducah. Either back the deal your salesman offer or do it all yourself. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

I've used them twice, once for a lockout on Thanksgiving and once for a wreck. Both times, they were fast, polite and reasonably priced.
