This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
Stones Auto in Lexington, KY shows mixed feedback: one review praises fast, professional service and fair pricing during a roadside rescue, while another reports trespassing on private property—a serious concern. Overall score: 60/100. Strengths: responsive help, reasonable costs, solid customer service. Complaint: conduct/ethics issue. Wait times seem short from one account. No clear read on inventory variety, yard organization, or ease of finding parts due to limited data; quality may be good when engaged, but consistency is uncertain.
Very fast and professional and reasonable prices,I would recommend anyone to use him.He made my stranded by the road hours away from home at night alot better. The other garages that done roadside after hours tried to charge over double what he charged.Im VERY grateful for him
