Seems to be fake reviews on here based on the poor translations. My driver got his trucks backend stuck coming down a steep hill. I called as they were the closet to my location and was quoted 1-3 hours for $980! Called another company in Lexington and they arrived in 40 minutes, charged $200, and got my driver back on the road in no time. "Quickest and cheapest towing service"? I don't think so.

We called this towing company because my daughter had a flat tire in Lexington, KY. They said it would be 1-3 hours to complete the tow. My daughter signed the contract to have it picked up within 1-3 hours for a price of $182. Within an hour they called her and said they mis-quoted and needed another $60. Long story short, they forgot to pick up the car, we sat on hold for over 1.5 hours trying to figure it out, and the next day they finally picked it up after 3 calls. They didn't apologize or offer any discount. The price was outrageous and they wouldn't budge to offer a discount for their mistake. Considering small claims court just to prove a point. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
