I call twice or three times in a row because they keep hanging up. It is frustrating when they do not send parts on time. I am always missing deadlines because of them.
Extremely difficult to get in touch with them or even pick up your parts when they're ready. When you get in touch they are friendly - probably very overworked, underpaid workers.
I have been a customer of KeystoneAutomotive out of Lexington for years, and would highly recommend them. They have always been great to our company. There parts are top quality and price is very competitive. They have great reps and delivery drivers who are always very helpful. I have to especially mention there paint rep Nate, he is the best rep I have ever worked with, if I have a problem he will come to our shop and help me work through it. He comes to the shop regularly and demos new products and updates our paint mixing system. And I have even gotten to attend out of state paint training Matrix System Paint and Keystone payed the tab. Glad to be working with these folks!
Wide selection of many car parts both new and older models. Great place to buy replacement Headlamps and mirrors ( as well as radiators, ac condensors, fenders, bumper covers etc)
They couldn't find my object I order 2 days Perrier and it was supposed to be ready in 24 hours.I didn't get a call or anything saying they couldn't succeed with order very disappointed
Order a rim for my 1994 mustang GT 5.0 with very low miles. Didn't know if it would match. They said it was A grade. Got it very next day. And it was what they said and mine was bent they give me core charge. And so my with is happy.
