Customer service has fell off a cliff, you're better off taking your car to jiffy lube held my car for two weeks just to say take it to the dealer, used to be great they're a joke now

This shop is highly rated and all business. My wife was traveling far from home through Atlanta when the alternator on our SUV went bad. The mechanics quickly diagnosed the situation and took care of the problem; my wife got back on the road in short order (at the start of a Monday morning with no appointment). Super, and thank you. I've been coming to this shop for years. The service is always great and the prices are always reasonable . At first, when I needed work on my car, I shopped around the area, and by far, this place was most affordable. As a female, it brings me comfort to know that I have never been taken advantage of. Honesty and great service is all I received. I'm thankful for Champs Tire & Service.

While traveling from Florida to N.C. I broke down in lunch rush hour on 285 on a Friday. My tow truck driver recommended Champs and wow! What a team of professionals, kind and considerate. Patrick made room in his busy schedule, fixed the problem and had me back in the road in a short time. These guys deserve more stars than google has to offer!!

Honest review. The is my second time going to this shop after I moved back to Decatur. We all know mechanics prices, times, and work can be scary but when I tell you have honest and fast with quality this shop is? It would blow your mind!!! First: The people there are nice and get straight to the point. No BS! I like that! Second: I lived in other areas, there's nothing like seeing mechanics that make you feel like you're dealing with wholesome shade tree mechanics. I like that a lot!!!! Third: Pricing isn't hitting your pocket too tough compared to other shops. Great shop, great business, great people!

Spent a lot of money fixing a part that they claimed was the problem . Ended up not fixing the problem . Requested our old part back and a refund because the issue wasn’t fixed . Instead they kept out 1,000 , said to fix it was going to be 6,000. Wouldn’t recommend.

They always take great care of me. They are patient & the customer service is great. Ms. Coretha(excuse my spelling) is top tiered at keeping you informed & comfortable. This is my babies doctor & they fix her so I can keep riding.

The name “Champs Tire and Service” definitely speaks for itself. Walking in felt like home with the kindest and warmest greeting and atmosphere. I received quality service, timely repair, reasonable pricing and honest answers. Surely I’ll be spreading the word, Champs Tire and Service, proved to be a reputable business. I didn’t feel like just another customer at Champs, I felt like family.

These guys put a brand new engine in my truck, very reasonable very professional. My truck is running like a dream. I’ve also used them for other vehicles and service in the past which made me come back to them and it’s always a great experience! Shout out to Pat, he’s the man!

I took my car to them to see about some air leak I had. This was a Friday. I had a question for them so Saturday I went by there. Upon arrival .. I noticed my car on ALL FLATS. No other vehicle had flat tires and you can basically ride into the lot… although they are closed on the weekend. This had me hot. On Monday, I asked why my car was on flats and the response was…" There’s been people stealing catalytic converters and we wanted to make sure they didn’t try it. This makes no sense. Now, I’m told my catalytic converter needs changing!! There’s clicking when I make a full turn and I have more problems than when I brought it. This place is garbage! They get over on women especially. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! I believe my car was tampered with over that weekend and now they’re putting it on me. LADIES BEWARE!!!

Very professional staff!! The quickest service I have ever received EVER!! They made my experience of having to buy a new tire as we all know is never pleasant, enjoyable! I didn't even have time to read my book?. I will definitely be back when I need something done to my baby! You guys are awesome ??

Had Alternator installed... I was referred to Champs years ago by my regular mechanic and have been pleased with all work done thus far. The work and customer service speaks volumes. The owner Patrick is a fair and honest man and goes above and beyond to satisfy each customer. Kudos to you and your staff... It definitely shows that customer service is still alive and well.... The team at Champs is a very nice group of individuals. Zavier has listened to my concerns and worked with me to get my car repaired. Everyone there has been super helpful. They may not be the fastest but they do try the hardest to get the job done right. It's always hard trying to find a mechanic that you can trust, but I am glad to have Champs helping my car continue to work properly.

The welcoming staff were super helpful with a variety of services. and repaired my car in a timely manner. They are very precise with their work, and have very good communication with explaining Any issues you may have going on with your vehicle. FOR MY INTROVERTED ANXIETY GWORLS After searching and reading many reviews… I decided to give this shop a try. I was anxious because 1) I’m an anxious person ? and 2) I’ve been to 2 shops since being in Atlanta and had a negative experience at both places (though both had good reviews). I went in for a tire change and I was pleasantly surprised at how nice everyone was. I handed over my keys and went to their CLEAN waiting area to read. It was a quick, enjoyable wait. It was QUIET and NO ONE bothered me. Not once did I feel overwhelmed or overstimulated in the environment. So if you want somewhere that you can just pay for your service and trust that it’s getting done without having to be assertive or micromanage.. this is your place! (It was truly an easy in & out experience AND they quoted me the best price)

I brought my car to Champs because of an issue with my front suspension. From arrival I was greeted with a smile. The gentleman are very friendly as well as professional. They are prompt. I was very impressed with how they took the time to explain the issue to me and break down the pricing. My car is now driving like new. I would strongly recommend them to anyone. The whole staff is awesome with customer service and actually cares about the customers. I've been using them 2016 and they've been like family. They've taken excellent care of all my vehicles to include, luxury. If you're a woman and don't want to get jerked around, come here. They're going to be honest and take care of you. You don't have to worry about upsale. Can't name them all but it's the whole team from the front to the back.

I have been a customer at Champs for many years and I can honestly say I don’t know how Patrick, the owner does it. He continues to raise the bar and provide great service. Always has happy employees. There is nothing more refreshing than not only walking into a business where the employees know your name but seeing there smiling faces because they are enjoying the work environment. I've been a customer for over two (2) years upon a referral from a co-worker. I am thoroughly pleased with the prompt, professional and courteous service of the team. I like the personal touch! I am always provided a detailed report of what is needed for repairs. I was impressed when the owner shared that he was going to take good care of my vehicle (even though it is old and have a lot of miles). He ensured me that with proper maintenance that I could keep my car for some years. Another thing I like is the timeliness of repairs. I have never had to leave my car overnight. They treat me well and make me feel like FAMILY as it relates to the attentiveness of repairs needed.
