I had a recall on my engine starter that needed to be replaced. My service advisor and who I have worked with for years, Cindy Tucker, is the best! I live close by and she lined up a ride for me so I didn’t have to wait on my car. She also arranged for someone to bring me back. She kept me informed about the status of my car and was very responsive to my questions. Her level of service is and has been exemplary. She’s also very honest! Well done again Cindy!

I have all of my work done at this location. They always take good care of me. My regular service advisor, David A. — who is outstanding — was out this last time So Eric was my service advisor this go around and he provided the same outstanding service.

Let me start by saying that I love this BMW. I drive over an hour to get here, even though I have a BMW dealership just 10 minutes from my home. The customer service here is amazing. I have met with different representatives, and they have all treated me exceptionally well—listening to my concerns and helping me find solutions to my current issues. It’s also a plus that every time I come in, Dorothy is here to make sure I am comfortable while I wait. She ensures the environment is clean and always has refreshments available to ensure comfort. This is the only BMW dealership I see myself ever coming to.

My husband and I went in to have my SUV serviced, and while we waited, we stopped by the concierge, where we were warmly greeted by Ms. Dorothy. Dorothy exemplifies the ideal host at Nalley. Upon my arrival, she cordially greeted me and asked whether I would like a hot beverage. After serving the drink, she asked me politely if I would like a snack. Her attentive client service is exceptional. Adriana was very nice and understanding of my situation. My car was on a strict deadline to be shipped and I had been completing a drive from Miami to Dallas when my car broke down. If she wasn’t as responsive and empathetic as she was I would have been in jeopardy of my move by one month and my job start could have been delayed. Truly a service advisor who cares. also to note: Ms. Dorothy is a fun live personality who makes your wait pass pleasantly - a very great touch to this center. Everyone says hi to her and you should too!

Mohamed at Valet service made my day and was amazing and super courteous. Also Dorothy at drink bar greeted me with an amazing smile. Great people. Dealership do need major improvement with waiting area as there are no charging pods or place to get your work done while you waiting so plan accordingly.

Ms. Dorothy provided exceptional service during my visit. She greeted me with a bright smile and immediately made herself available to assist me with a delicious cup of coffee. We engaged in conversation which made the wait time seemed like minutes. I noticed she was able to provide the same excellent service to each person that came through the doors.

I came a bit early and was tended to with such care especially from Dorothy who made great conversation, was immensely polite, and very helpful. She offered me snacks and caffeine which was very appreciated but her attitude and kind persona is what made my experience most memorable.

Wonderful and efficient service at nalley BMW service. The absolute best part is their waiting area. Ms. Dorothy is the most gracious host. She talks to you like you’re family. She makes sure you’re well fed and hydrated and comfortable. The area was sparkling clean. Service advisor Zach was also great to work with. He provided timely updates and the car was finished earlier than promised. While car service is never fun, Ms Dorothy and Zach really make it worthwhile.
