CARSTAR did an exceptional job! My bumper looks exactly like it did before the accident—you’d never know anything happened. Reggie is the best, and the entire office provides excellent customer service from start to finish. Bonus points for the bathroom too—surprisingly clean and really nice! Highly recommend.

I recently went to get my car repaired after an accident. The staff was great and in the days of supply chain disruption, they were able to repair my car in a timely manner. And on top of the timely turnaround. The job was well done.

I dropped my car off at CARSTAR almost five months ago to repair the front driver-side doors and front door panel. Unfortunately, the entire experience has been extremely disappointing from start to finish, and I strongly recommend staying away from this location if you value professionalism and quality workmanship. The quality of repairs was far below standard and absolutely unacceptable. There appeared to be no quality control or independent review of their work at any stage. Throughout the entire process, the customer service was unprofessional, and the management team was consistently reactive rather than proactive. I felt there was a complete lack of empathy or urgency in addressing the many issues that came up. Not to mention, they removed my hood and did not properly reattach it, so when I arrived to pick up my vehicle, the hood was not secured. This was not only careless but also dangerous. One of the most troubling problems was that they lost my original car key, did not inform me, and then replaced it with an aftermarket key without my consent. When I requested an OEM key, they refused. I also asked the manager for her name and the official business address so I could file a complaint with the BBB, and she refused to provide even that basic information. When I originally dropped off my car, it had fuel in it. When I finally picked it up months later, the gas tank was below empty, and once again, no one took accountability. Overall, the experience was frustrating, exhausting, and far below what any customer should expect from a professional repair shop. CARSTAR failed on nearly every level, and I cannot recommend this place to anyone seeking quality repairs or trustworthy service. The only positive part of the entire ordeal was that the owner kindly covered my deductible — something I genuinely appreciate. However, despite that gesture, this was still a six-month experience I would not wish on anyone. Please avoid this location at all costs. They do not deserve a half of star. I had to select a star to post.

I want my 50 dollars back, I paid 50 dollars just for yall to tell me my car will cost nine thousand dollars to get my car fixed which I don't think the damages was not that bad all the guy did was take pictures of .you car

I don’t even know where to start but from my first interaction with stormy I knew my car was in great hands they kept me updated with what was going on and when to expect my car back I didn’t even recognize my car once finished. Great job guys

Terrible experience. Dismantled car and did properly put it back together. Tried to open my locked clove compartment. Drove a car on a flat tire.Took parts off of my car that had not to do with damages. Terrible experience, and I wouldn’t recommend CarStar to anyone. AllState needs to take you off their list.

I had a great experience getting my truck repaired at Carstar Universal. I got great service from the front desk (Danielle) which kept me posted, and also Reggie kept me updated throughout the process. The work done looks great, and it was done in a timely manner. I will definitely use them again if need be in the future. I will be also referring friends and family.

The Staff is friend and easy to work with. They are very proficient, knowledgeable, and professional. The staff keeps you engaged in the steps they’re taking in the repair of your vehicle. They do honor they’re lifetime policy on work they have preformed to the body and paint etc..I highly recommend CARSTAR.

I had a different body shop do a job for me before . It was difficult to get updates on the progress. CARSTAR makes sure you know exactly what is going on and how it’s going. My experience with Carstar was nothing but spectacular! Every employee I came in contact with was very, VERY professional. They made the repairs that were needed in less time than was originally quoted to me and cleaned my car. Something that I wasn't expecting but very much appreciated, they have it back cleaner than when I gave it to them for the repairs. There work is flawless, you can't detect where my car had been damaged and they handled the return of my rental car at no extra cost. I just can't say enough about them. I will definitely recommend them and will use there services again if they are ever needed.
