Revolution mechanics and staff are the BEST! I had a fair amount of general maintenance work done to my Mercedes GLS for a very fair price, probably 25%/35% less than the dealership. The mechanic also found two additional pricey problems, they took pictures, and I brought the vehicle back to the dealersip as they were warranty items. The two issues were covered by my warranty (approximately $5K worth of work.) Thank you Revolution!

The team at revolution really knows how provide exceptional service. Their service center should be the example for how all shops should perform across the board. They’ve been taking care of my old W463 G class and the service is SCARY fast. I feel like I’m in good hands every time my car is with them and they walk me through the repairs with photos giving full transparency. If you have a new or old Benz or even a Benz that was not sold in the US and live in Georgia, revolution will make your owners experience fantastic.

Brought my ‘21 e class in for a b service. Pricing was about 40% less than the dealership. Dropped it off a little after 9 and had it back by 1. Only remark is that cabin air filter is listed as being a standard part of the b service. It wasn’t listed in the initial estimate as a separate item or listed as being an additional cost. I think you should just bake the cost into the pricing, at least for newer cars. Otherwise car came back cleaned, the inspection report was detailed and clearly provided, and they were able to do the service with relatively short notice. I’ll likely be back in the future.

Reception area is remarkable clean, service adviser Sean is extremely professional . Took my car for an a/c electrical issue and trunk soft close problem on 7/29/2025, still there but im sure I will be satisfied when ready. Gives me a chance to drive my BMW 540i. Will update later after service is done. Anil

At Revolution, you're not dealing with a call center or a receptionist who knows nothing about your car—you’re dealing with true professionals who have mastered their craft. These are the only mechanics I trust under the hood of my beloved 2006 CLS 500 (whom I sometimes feel I love, more than she loves me, lol). They’re honest, fair, prompt, and treat both you and your vehicle with the respect and precision your investment deserves.

Great experience! I recently purchased a 1989 560 SL which is in excellent condition - story for another day. The vehicle, however, is not without its ills. I was originally instructed to take the car to another reputable MB repair shop in the Atlanta area, and I did. Although this particular facility did good work, it was nothing in comparison to the work provided by Revolution Mercedes. It was one of those situations where you could tell that RM immediately understood the vehicle and what the car might need. This understanding immediately put me at ease. Interestingly, the other facility, although it did perform the work requested - return to me a car that was highly dirty and covered in bird droppings and with two door dings. RM return my car and flawless condition and much cleaner than I had left it with them. Long review - but worth the time. I highly recommend RM and I look forward to a continuing relationship. My overall experience was great. I had one of their rentals overnight, and I hated it. The rental was an older Benz, but it got me home and back to the shop. It was not what I was used to driving. If I need any other major maintenance to my Benz, I'm definitely using Revolution!

Amazing experience. I have a 1980 W123. The W123 was never designed to have the tight handling of a sports car, and it's old so the handling is very soft. I wanted it tightened up so I asked them what they recommended. They recommended a long list of things to refresh the suspension and get it handling well again. I agreed to a service order of almost $5,000. Before they started work, I got a call. The service advisor said Revolution's owner had seen the car in the shop and taken it for a test drive. He said the recommended repairs weren't going to make it handle significantly better and recommended I not spend the money. I saved thousands because they were watching out for my best interests and were incredibly honest. That's how you make a loyal customer.

Took my car to Revolution with issues having to do with my tensioner, after getting a diagnosis by the nearby TRUE Automotive. The staff at Revolution were very open to working with me and my specific issue, and were very knowledgable about it as well. My car was fully fixed on the same day, and they even cleaned it for me! If I have another problem this will definitely be my first stop.

1-16-25 Today was our 3rd visit to Revolution due to the initial repair on my Mom's car not being performed correctly. I paid for her car repair. Revolution checked the vehicle on a previous service and recommended a service to deal with a MINOR oil leak, which wasn't really visible outwardly. We had that service done approximately 2 weeks ago. A week after that alleged repair we had to bring it back because the leak was worse after the alleged repair. On the second visit, the owner stated it was just a minor sponge where some oil had leaked but that it was all taken care of. On today's visit, we took pictures as well as card board which was under the vehicle ( in order to not stain the garage any further) to show how the oil was leaking in large amounts which was never the case prior to the service. On this last visit we were informed that there was something else which we needed to pay and additional $2,000 to have repaired in order to stop the leaking. This alleged "NEW" repair with NEW CHARGES was never mentioned on our 2 previous visits. My " paying" opinion is that they may have damaged something and wanted to increase revenue. No matter how new or old the vehicle was)is, if they couldn't repair it correctly the first time just say that. On the second visit this new repair wasn't mentioned either. They can come on line and try to spin it however they choose but the fact of the matter is they lied, and tried to hussle us. Since I paid, I will make my opinion known. Thankfully, Wynn Automotive who specializes in Mercedes Benz repairs was able to accommodate us. BEWARE THE HUSSLE IS REAL! 1/17/25 Update: I did state in my initial review that Revolution would try to spin the narrative. The reason there was no charge ( and rightfully so) was because payment of over $1,300 had ALREAY been made to address the oil leak as well as the coolant situation. I paid their charges on the initial visit. It's cold out but this vehicle is housed in a garage and was not driven during the cold days. My Mother doesn't go out much in the cold, she's elderly. Again, the fact of the matter is THREE TIMES and never once was any additional problem mentioned, noted via invoice or verbally to Me. Three Times the vehicle was was examined and only on my last complaint about the vehicle being in worse condition did they bring up the last issue. AGAIN, THE HUSSLE IS REAL! 2/15/25 UPDATE: I OOK MY VEHICLE TO ANOTHER MERCEDES REPAIR SHOP. OIL LEAK RESOLVED FOR $60. THE PROBLEM WAS NOT AT ALL WHAT I WAS TOLD AT REVOLUTION NOR WAS THERE A $2,000 CHARGE FOR AN ALLEGED CASING. JUST BECAUSE I'M A WOMAN DOESN'T MEAN I DON'T KNOW HOW TO GET TO THE ROOT OF THE PROBLEM AND DOESN'T MEAN I BELIEVE EVERYTHING I'M TOLD BY A MECHANIC ESPECIALLY AFTER 3 ATTEMPTS AT CORRECT WHAT I PAID FOR THE FIRST TIME. $60 @ ANOTHER MECHANICS SHOP AND I HAVEN'T SEEN A DROP OF NEW OIL ON MY GARAGE FLOOR!

I've worked with Matt and Sean up front directly but based on that (and my Metris van), I have good reason to hold the same high opinion of the mechanics in the shop. I've received top tier communication and service that is as good or better than what I've gotten at the dealerships.

I received outstanding service and communication from Revolution. From the initial call they showed understanding of my vehicles issues - and care to find the underlying problem. A real breath of fresh air after dealing with terrible service at the dealership.

This was my second visit there. Both times Sean was my service agent. Very nice gentleman. They were quick, efficient, explained everything in print and by email. The only thing I could find to complain about was the waiting area was so cold. LOL If you have a Mercedes that needs repair, I would choose them over the dealer.

I've been to this place for about 12 years, and I had serviced 4 different models from ML, E320, CLK500, and GLK. They are very professional and experts. They won't recommend getting service unless it is needed. Their recommendation is easy to follow with the color coding. The best part of all, they use the original factory parts with a fraction of the cost on parts and labor. Since they are so great at what they do, there's time I feel as if I am not valued. They are not as friendly as I hope for. Sometimes, when I called, most of the time, I felt they were bothered. Some of them are not very approachable and cocky, but they will answer your questions regarding recommendation. I barely see them greet with a smile, ask how I am, or even thank you. I will be the first one to say it as if I demand them to say it back, lol If you have been a loyal customer for many years who brings you business, as a business owner myself, I would acknowledge and make sure that customer is appreciated. Especially when I spent average $500 to 5k at max on a visit for the last 12 years!! For the first time, however, I was pleased with their overall customer service. Sean began to serve me, and he is the best by far from my decade experience here. I highly recommend him for his knowledge, patience, and consideration. Because of my last visit, they earned a full 5 stars. I recommended to all my family and friends here.

I have been coming to Revolution for regular maintenance and major car services, and I am always very pleased with their work and professionalism. I’m so happy that I came to learn about them. Everything is always a seamless transaction from approving service recommendations and requirements to renting a loaner. And their loaner agreement is unmatchable! I always feel good about leaving my car in their hands.

First time at Revolution and I'm incredibly impressed. Fixed ABC suspension/leak issue, balanced tired and inspected car. Love their online estimates, payment option and full notes/communications from their mechanics. They even upload pictures and videos. Great looking, clean shop. Total bill came in under the estimate. Definitely my home for the SL550's needs.

My 14 year old Benz needed a lot of work due to the age and wear on the vehicle. I just moved to the area and Revolution was recommended to me. The professionals at Revolution were amazing. Item by item, the sent me diagnostic reports, pictures and estimates for each and every task identified as needing to be addressed in the diagnostics, allowing me to separately approve or defer every procedure. Everything was completed in surprisingly quick time, the quality of the repairs is excellent and the grand total came well within the estimates so there were no surprises. I have never received this level of service and communication from any other service provider over the 14 years I have owned my car.

I have an OLDER Mercedes that takes a seasoned mechanic to work on. Revolution is professional & reasonable. Good customer service is hard to come by these days.

Revolution really takes care of their customers. Took my car in for servicing and I was all around impressed. They consider your lifestyle and keep you mobile while getting your vehicle in order. Ana & Shaun are very personable and helpful. Matt, the owner seems to be a selfless person who genuinely cares about his customers & employees. Definitely recommend.

Had a wonderful experience at Revolution ! They are professional and courteous and are so much better than going to the dealer. Was able to get a loaner car, they updated me via texts and emails, with an automated system that enabled me to read what they needed to service, the price and a place for me to approve automatically. And of course, if you don’t want to approve electronically, just give a call to ask questions. Sean and Anastasia were so attentive and nice to work with. For the services I was requesting, the price was fair... also, their new service center is spacious and attractive.

This is the BEST Mercedes repair shop in Georgia...The Owner respectfully acknowledged new customers and his staff is on point..My repair was done ahead of schedule and the bill was so good I can shout !!! But that was not the end...They detailed my car as a courtesy...Now I dare you to find a better Mercedes repair shop... I have dealt with Dealership and other shops claiming the know Your Benz.. Forget the rest ..Go to the Best and be REVOLUTIONIZED..!!!!

I can always depend on the advise and the professionalism that the staff constantly provides at Revolution. For example, I ordered some parts for my Mercedes the other day and within hours the parts arrived. The staff is really dependable and go out of their way to assist customers. I asked the owner Matt, some questions about a automobile that I considered buying and he gave me pure honest facts and answers. His honesty was a factor in my decision on the automobile that I was looking to purchase. Tammy is always there when you need her. Very knowledgeable and pleasant at doing her job. I will recommend and have recommended Revolution to friends and family. I do not think there is another place that can beat the service that Revolution provides. Thanks Team for your great service.

The reviews are true...such an amazing team! Tammy, Che, and Matt are very friendly, respectful, patient, professional and honest! I recently relocated to Atlanta, and this was my first experience with any car repair shops in the area, and they were great to work with. I’m all about first impressions and great energy, not once did I feel they were being dishonest in their feedback when communicating with me about the status/condition of my car. I appreciate the time that their team put into making sure my car ran properly. You will not be disappointed, they take excellent care of their customers! Not to mention, they were gracious enough to give me a ride as well as provide a loaner car.

Fantastic customer service and excellent care of my vehicle. They always keep me fully updated on the course of service. Convenient location and they offer to take you home or work and then return when your service is completed. Unlike some of the local dealerships, I feel like they actually explain what is needed for your vehicle and aren’t offering anything unnecessary. High quality work with competitive pricing.

These folks are so wonderful. They have the best service and are so customer focused. Tammy is so attentive, responsive and deeply cares for customers. I see it with every customer interaction in the waiting room when I am there waiting on my ML service. They also offer a free rental car service from Enterprise which is really nice not to have to wait on longer service jobs. I have been using the Revolution for several years and could not be happier with them - I wish all of my auto maintenance experience had been as positive as working with Tammy and her team.
