OMG!!! This towing company is truly awesome! My insurance company sent me this company & said they would take 50-80 minutes. The owner showed up within 40 minutes. I am a female !alone on a dark street. I highly recommend this towing company.. Bless this Business.
I attended an event and my only car key was lost. The next morning I rushed to the parking lot and was thankful that the car was still there. I reached out to roadside assistance through my insurance and let’s just say 7 hours later, no provider showed up. Flustered and Frustrated to the max, I decided to just search a local company to tow the car.
I found Benton Towing and Antonio was on his way out but came right by to checkout the car. He assured me that he will come back with the truck to get the car. He did exactly what he promised.
He even went ahead and reached out to the dealer to
Confirm they had a overnight drop off location and he delivered the car with picture confirmation.
I could never thank him enough for his help and professionalism! I felt at ease once he assured me it would be okay and taken care of. I will share his info with all that I know for their towing needs!
I called for a tow and they immediately asked was I in a safe place. The young man came right out, hook my car up and towed it for over 25 miles at a reasonable price. I would definitely use them again and recommend this company to my family and friends.
I called Benton towing and they got to me w/in the hour. The driver was very professional and pleasant. I would refer and use them again anytime day or night
DO NOT USE THIS TOWING COMPANY!! They are extremely rude and do not know what they are doing. I requested a tow at 8:30am from my car insurance and they assigned me to Benton Towing. 3 hours later I did not hear from them and I called them to ask what was going on; they said the mechanic shop was closed, when it was not, and they never bothered to call me. I had to request another tow from my insurance and got Benton towning assigned to me AGAIN so I immediately called Benton towing to let them know the shop IS open and to please call me if they have questions instead of leaving. The man on the phone just cut me off and told me I had to call my insurance first, which I had already done, and that I can't just call them and expect them to do a service. As I tried to explain to him that my car was assigned to them, again, he said "bye" and just tried to get me off the phone. This is the WORST towing company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
