Honestly outstanding. Great service, great price, and blazingly fast. Had an oil leak and some random problem with my AC. They had it done the same day and told me up front how much it would cost. I couldn't be happier.

I called ahead for the pricing and they were very kind and upfront with what kind of oil I needed and the cost. Once I arrived they moved quickly to get my car taken care of. He even made sure to let me know I needed a new tire. Without his warning I would have been on the side of the road by the end of the day. So I’m beyond grateful for that. My favorite thing about my visit would be the quiet and spacious waiting area. As a woman, getting my car serviced has always felt like a really nerve wrecking thing. But this experience was so smooth and peaceful . I will definitely be back.

This was my first visit to American Tire Lube after moving close to the area. The staff is very friendly and professional. You can't beat their prices either! The time it took them to do an oil change was under 30 minutes and I didn't even have an appointment! I would highly recommend this location and their services.!

I wish I could give them zero stars. At first glance this seems like a great shop. I took my car here to get a diagnostic check, because my check engine light was flashing. After pulling the codes, they informed me that three codes were popping up and they had no idea what could be the cause of the issue, BUT they suggested replacing the knock sensor on my 2011 Hyundai Sonata. I was told that if replacing the knock sensor did not fix my car issues, that I would only be charged $75.00 for the diagnostic check. They replaced the knock sensor, costing me about $450 with parts and labor; however, I drove the car only 2 miles before the check engine light came back on. I attempted to bring my car back, but then my car cut off on me and would not start. I called them back letting them know what had happened and how I would need a refund for the knock sensor and only need to be charged for the diagnostic check like we discussed. I was told that they would not be honoring their word and even got hung up on after voicing my frustrations. Luckily, I listened to my gut telling me to take my car somewhere else, where they found a leak in my radiator. American Tire Lube not only reneged on their verbal promise to me, but also failed to do a thorough check of my vehicle to discover the real issue. This unfortunately, cost me time and money. Spending $450 for a sensor that I later discovered was under warranty. I highly recommend you find another shop to take your vehicle. They can not be trusted no matter how nice they seem on the phone.

My car overheated nearby. I callled around. Harry with American tire seemed really nice and accommodating over the phone. The price quoted was cheaper than everyone else’s. While waiting in the customer waiting area, was the cleanest I have seen in an auto shop. Will definitely come back.

Stopped by early Saturday morning for an oil change - brought my own oil and filter, which was no problem, just paid a fair price for labor. I was in and out in 20min. Service was good, friendly gentleman behind the counter. Will return

Recently relocated looking for a professional and fast oil change service. I called and was greeted on the phone and told to come by and they would take care of me. Upon arrival, the establishment was neatly decorated and clean. They were fast and affordable!

I came here for an oil change last minute. The receptionist was very professional and explained everything I needed to know. Also he didn't over charge me & actually gave me a discount for being a first time customer. The mechanics started on my car right away. Will definitely be here again.

I hate getting my car serviced in any way because I have had so many bad experiences with male mechanics trying to take advantage of me because I'm a woman. They refuse to listen to me, treat me like I'm stupid, and try to talk me into unnecessary services. This place was not like that at all. I walked in for an oil change. The guy at the counter was very nice and professional. They got my car in right away while I waited in their nice, clean waiting area. They got it done super quickly, and they didn't try to sell me any unwanted services or parts. I will definitely be back!

Drove in and asked if they could handle a much needed repair. Techs jumped on it and completed the task in less than an hour. Also definitely the cleanest and most organized waiting area I have been in for a auto repair facility. Owner is very professional and polite

This is my first time at American Tire, and the customer service has been on point since I called them about 15 minutes ago. I called to see if they could do an oil change for me today. I was told to come on in and I’ll be able to get one. I was 4 minutes away. Once I arrived, I parked and walked in. I was greeted so friendly. I was told it would be done no problem just have a seat. My car was immediately taken to be looked at because my car’s Bluetooth connected less than 3 minutes later. I always look forward to having a great experience at Car Service Shops. You don’t always get that, but here, it made me feel like I came to the right place. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer for sure!

Really fast and professional. I come as a walk in, and they finish the oil change in 40 mins.This saves me a lot of trouble. The customer service is really friendly and they explain thing very well. They price is more than reasonable. I definitely recommend.

Synthetic blend, oil change. The person explained the entire process now I’m not good at all with car stuff but he made it easy and relatable nice inside office many other places have no where to sit also you can stand outside if you want. Will be back for the next oil change.

Quick, Concise, & Kind! I arrived on a mission to have my car serviced for the first time. My car’s mileage had finally reached a period when it needed an oil change and a coolant flush. I was surprised the prices were low but reasonable when taking into account the labor required for both jobs. A short-term investment for a long-term service. What I loved most about this place is that I was allowed to bring in my own oil and coolant. Not many businesses will allow that because they don’t trust their customers to bring in the right product. I did a lot of research on my vehicle’s manual and spent time and money to pick out the best oil and antifreeze/coolant for my vehicle, and I’d be darned if I let that go to waste! Thanks for making my first experience worthwhile and I’ll definitely be back 5k miles from now to get my next oil change!

Well I've just moved to the city and was having a hard time finding people I could go to consistently. Well that changed today, I happened to stop by on my way to the gym for a quote. Not only did the company have great prices but the best customer service you could ask for. They not only made sure I was acknowledged but went above and beyond to make sure I knew everything my car needed and what they could do to help and did this was all in a timely manner. I'll definitely be coming back and will recommend! Also the waiting room was very clean and welcoming.

I desperately needed an oil change and called to get in. My car was immediately taken up on the rack and services performed in 25MIN!! The waiting room is super clean and comfortable. Harry the gm was so nice,welcoming and professional. I will definitely be back for any of my car repairs and service!

They took my car in at the last minute for an oil change, and I could not be happier with the customer service and care. The owner actually remodeled the waiting room and it is by far the best waiting room I have ever been in while getting an oil change. A+ 10/10 will come again

I came here for an oil change. After driving my car for about 3 weeks my oil light came on. I popped my hood and noticed a full bottle of oil was left under my hood. They didn’t put all the oil In my car. I called for a refund but they denied it and offered me a free oil change. I will never use them again.

Been coming to Harry and American T & L for about three years. Always very friendly, helpful and understanding. This time around they helped me solve some major electrical problems. Had me running smooth again.
