Ramon is a nice guy, older cars can be hard to source parts for. I didnt have the best experience with my last job but his prices are very competitive

I've had my Volvo serviced here at least 3 times. Each time Mr Ramon and Mandy have given me excellent same day service. Definitely 5 stars.

New car costs are outrageous so it is important to my family to keep our three cars on the road as long as possible. Big thanks to Ramon and Mandy for keeping us rolling.

I have used them for the past two and a half years working on my Mercedes Benz (E550 Coupe). I have three shops that I use including the dealership. They are not perfect but a better value than the dealership. They are very competent and capable on a scale of 1-10 I would rate them a solid 8 plus and a 9 on some service. The key is be communicable and patient and you should be a satisfied customer in the end.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Vol-Repair ll for your car repairs! I'm super grateful to have found a place where I will forever bring all my vehicles to be worked on. The whole crew is amazing. Very trustworthy, fair, and honest people.

I took my volvo in to replace brakes. Work was excellent and the price was fair, at least when compared to the quote I received from the dealership. Finally, staff was courteous and very kind as I was given a lift back home and was graciously picked up by Mandy when my car was ready to be picked up. Overall, I highly recommend this company. I will return for any future service on my volvo.

UPDATE: I was able to work things out with my insurance so Vol-Repairs lol can continue their work. They were very kind to me on the phone, and so I just want to thank them again for being patient with me and understanding. Got into a minor accident and my insurance set up for my car to get fixed here. At first I was quoted it would take 4 days to fix from the receptionist at Vol-Repairs ll on the recorded call with me and my insurance agent. I call back Wednesday evening (2 days after I drop my vehicle off) to check up on my car and was told there was more damage than expected and someone from my insurance would be coming out tomorrow to inspect the rest of the damage. I explained to the lady in the phone how I desperately need my car by the following Monday ( a week from dropping my car off) because I leave out of the state the next day, and if there was anything they could do to make sure I could pickup my car by then(even if it’s not fixed) and just bring it back in for repairs when I come back. She assured me that they could do that and possibly Friday afternoon (4 days after dropping my car off) I could pick it up. I was very grateful for her response and diligence to make something work for me. I call back the next day and it’s like none of this information has been communicated and a different lady on the phone tells me to call back Friday at 8am to get more details on the progress of my car. So I do just that and am told again that my car won’t be ready because they are waiting on my insurance to look at it, but nothing was explained to the rest of the staff the urgency I need my vehicle by or anything the lady on Wednesday told me they could do to help me. I finally and thankfully get on the phone with Ramon and he assures me my car will be ready to pickup that coming Monday afternoon, no matter what. So I just want to thank Ramon for making this happen, I was very frustrated about the lack of communication about my needs before, but I’m glad Ramon was there to assure me the job will get done, and I’ll be updating my review when I come to pick my vehicle up on Monday. I do appreciate the willingness to help me out.

I have been using Ramon and Vol Repair for YEARS. He is very knowledgeable, honest and kind. An all around great guy. I also have been waiting on my car and noticed other customers coming in. It’s apparent that several of his customers have been coming for years, just like me. He treats everyone like family! He has taken care of multiple Volvos for me. I even bought a used Volvo from him. I cannot speak highly enough of Ramon! He’s a gem!

I took my 2013 Gl450 to Jose using my extended warranty to repair my balance shaft. He did everything except that to use my extended warranty up. He kept my suv for over six months, never offering a rental car. by the time I got my suv back it was pouring out oil, check engine light was on. So I took it back to him only for it to continue to leak oil. So I took it to Mercedes Benz they repaired the engine leaks. which I paid eight thousand out my pocket because the warranty wouldn't cover it because they already paid Jose for the repair. Mercedes showed him what the issue was and the engine has to be removed for the fix. Which he didn't do the first time. He said he'll make me whole after I threaten to sue him. I gave him a chance to redeem his work and he towed my vehicle with a tow truck, ruptured my suspension air bag and then said I had a suspension problem which it didn't have when I sent it to Mercedes or they would have documented it. I brought airbags and replaced them myself. Jose hit something with my vehicle and it has scraped on my fender and rim rash, which he said bring it in and he'll repair it. He tore up a perfectly good Mercedes I wouldn't recommend this shop to fix anything that you value. My vehicle is still not running good. It ran better before I took it to Vol-Repair ii. Don't use this shop they will scam your warranty and your pockets. The service is unprofessional and they will lie about the work being performed. He said he was working on my vehicle so I did a pop up only to find my vehicle not being worked on and blocked in by other cars. He was paid 17k to repair my vehicle not including the 10k I paid. 2k for the breakdown which he claimed that in the warranty.. but it was a covered part so my breakdown fee should have been refunded. Please don't use this shop or recommend it. I even offered to sell him my vertical since he ruined it. Then he tried to low ball me. So I'm stuck with a luxury piece of junk thanks to Vol-Repair ii. PML.

I love this shop, the staff and the owner were knowledgeable, honest and patient with me and my car. I was well taken car of. Any time I purchase a Volvo, I will take it here. I trust Volrepair. Been coming here for over 20 years. They have worked on my BMW, Dodge, Toyota, and Mercedes. My whole family trusts them because they know cars and get to the cause of the mechanical issue and don’t just start replacing parts unnecessarily. Great group of people from the office to the techs!

I brought my car (Jaguar 03 Xtype) here to get fixed for an over heating problem because they were recommended to me and I've had to bring it back 3 different times for the same problem. As of tonight after the last time they fixed it (which was not EVEN a week ago and it was told to me that it would be FREE of charge and I ended up paying 75 dollars for a antifreeze reservoir) Another hose has bursted off and my car is over heating not to mention it's POURING antifreeze fluid out of the bottom! I am completely unhappy with my service and feel that the repairs I DID pay for, was for absolutely nothing. Not to mention when they DID have my car they eventually stopped answering my calls after being told I would hear from them a certain day... To see that everyone else has these RECENT great reviews, I find it VERY disheartening that I was treated poorly. My dues were always paid the day OF, and never paid less then what they asked... I really feel I have wasted money here, a bit over a grand, maybe even 2 and I STILL have the same exact problem... Thanks Jose and Mandy or Mindy...

Great shop, had the chance to look around while my mini was in the shop. There's so many different kinds of cars being worked on! They fixed my car in the promised time. I hope I don't have to go back soon, but considering I drive an old mini I'll probably have to visit them again soon??

Awesome place to take your BMW for repairs. I had to tow my car to Vol repair after my car was sitting at another shop for two weeks, to find out that they couldn’t fix it. After talking with Mandy at Vol Repair shop about my ordeal, she stated to me that they could fix it with no problem. Towed my car to Vol and a week later I was picking up my car. This makes me very happy to know that I have a place to take my car it’s no worries without taking out a mortgage to get it repaired. Very satisfied with their work!!

I've been coming to Vol 2. for years! The staff here is great! Jose and Mandy has never given me any attitude after asking a thousand questions and poping up. I have a 2000 S500 and these guys have done amazing work on my vehicle. Thanks guys and keep up the good work and customer service.

I have a 1998 Volvo that sometimes requires repair. I was moved to give Vol-Repair II a try due to the glowing online reviews they garnered. Well, I am ecstatic to report that they truly earn and deserve these rave reviews. Their Staff has "The Right Stuff": Professionalism, Expertise, Customer Service and Fair Rates. I have been taking my Mercedes to Vol-Repair 2 for many years. I have always been satisfied 110% with the repair and the customer service provided. Recently I was involved in what I thought would be a total loss accident when a driver wasn't paying attention in his and crashed into the back of my car right after picking it up from being detailed and waxed by Vol-Repair 2. I called Jose at Vol-Repair 2, explained the situation, and had it towed back to Vol-Repair 2 where amazingly Jose was able to put it back together as if it never happened. They are always consistent and always take care of me. As long as they are open I'll be taking my vehicle there!

Been going to Jose, Vol Repair since moving to Atlanta in 1991 (been through 3 locations and 2 MZBs) and I have always received exemplary service. Jose is always extremely busy but when he gets to your car you can believe you will get the best service as his attention to detail is phenomenal. I know the entire family and they are like family to me. Kudos, Jose!!!!

I have used Vol-Repair II several times for help with my 2009 BMW 328i and prior to that with my wifes Mercedes C300. They have always been very friendly and knowledgable and very reasonably priced. I have nothing but praise for Jose and crew. Highly recommended and yes, as someone else said, Mandy is amazing!

They were great!!! I have a 82 Mercedes 300sd, it had a turbo not working and turn signals that didn’t work either. I took it to them because of my Dad’s recommendation to as he had a sprinter van he took up there and they were really friendly and helpful. It was a bit of a drive for me as I live in Statham but well worth it as my experience with other local mechanics hasn’t been great. I recommend to everyone to go here even if it’s a drive as it’s great. Now my turn signals work and my turbos fixed. Thank you vol auto repair for your professionalism and pride in your work!

A real life saver! My alternator went out. A Cadillac dealership wanted to charge me over $1300 to fix it. I paid half that at Vol. I’m a first time customer and was very impressed by the customer service and they had my SRX repaired in a day. If I need repairs in the future, I’m not even going to call around for estimates. Thank you to the owner, Jose! 5 stars from me!

I've sent several persons there. They NEVER offer a discount or special. They don't even RINSE your car off after sitting in that dirty lot. I sat in the lobby waiting to be helped (consulted) with, from 10 in the morning until 1 in the afternoon---crazy me! Over the years, I've become SO disappointed in them. Looking for a better shop than this.
