Very unprofessional towing business. I called them asking if they would be able to remove a car from my mother‘s property, I was trying to explain to them why we needed the car removed. And in the middle of me explaining, the collar on the other end of the phone just straight up, cut me off and told me “we don’t want any part of that.” Which I think is odd considering this is a towing company. Zero out of 10. Will never recommend.

Car was towed and stored by this company for 5 nights. They charged for 6 nights, as well as manged to pilfer a $250 pair of RayBan sunglasses from the vehicle in the process. Thanks for the great service ?
Excellent customer service. They came out in less than an hour, performed a dangerous recovery of a tractor that fell down an embankment, and did so quickly and safely with no damage to equipment or property for a flat and very reasonable fee. I will use them again if I need their services in the future. Thanks!
Absolutely useless. Called to simply find my vehicle and was met with "we dont even have any xxx on the lot" almost 2 YEARS later, insurance and others involved and they "found" it and it was more destroyed than when it was initially towed (picture proof) and I had to go retrieve it from Copart in Atlanta, not from Newnan.
I have used this company more than once. Every occasion the response time was quick, professional and personable at the same time, treats your vehicle as if it is his. I recommend Newnan Towing & Recovery to anyone who ask for a recommendation.
The most helpful and sweetest guy! Dealing with this company was the easiest thing! Anytime I needed to get anything out of my car that was on his lot all i did was call him and he'd let me know when he'd be back and never kept me waiting and always stuck to his word and i never once worried about stuff in my car.Probably the best towing company you'll ever deal with...
Charged over $300 to move my truck about 10 miles. Rude, accusations, the following Monday when I went to get my personal things from my truck. Signed the title over to him. He asked for my license to "make a copy" and I realized later he never gave it back. I went back later that day and he said he knew nothing about my license. I could see in his eyes that he was lying. Stay away from this guy and his business!!!
