It was much better than expected. The agent that answered the phone was polite, and helpful. My tow truck driver was polite and amazing and held great conversation and kept me informed every step of the way. Would def recommend. They were QUICK too! I have waited 1-4 hours for drivers and they came right under an hour .
I called around 11, was initially told after noon. Driver called around 3 and showed up around 4. First time using service and in no hurry. Driver was fantastic, knew how to do his job well, and was pleasant to be around. I won't speak to timeliness, because I was not in a hurry, but very happy with service.
I was offered a reasonable price, the driver showed up quickly, he was professional and courteous and a short time later, my vehicle had been dropped off at a service center for repairs. Highly recommend Southside Wrecker Service.
These people were great. The person that took my call was very friendly and professional. The tech who actually moved my car ( Miranda) was excellent. You really felt that this person knew what they were doing and that your car was in good hands.
I called Angela last minute because our other crane company cancelled. She sent a rotator out immediately and handled our fuel tank lift and my customers and I were blown away at how quickly they saved our day. Highly recommended. Will use anytime we need help in the area
Demetrius came out to tow my car on 8/4 and he was a pleasure to deal with. One of the wheels had actually come off of my car due to a rust issue, so he had to put in a lot of extra work (in the rain!) to get it on the tow truck bed, but he never complained once. I am so grateful that he answered the call and got me to a repair shop quickly and with a smile on his face. Thank you, Demetrius!
Angela was quick and efficient with scheduling the service. Demetrius was very friendly and professional and did an excellent job getting our vehicle on the tow truck and to the shop in great time! We’d highly recommend!
Called them after a wheel sheared of our 91 full size van ,which slid off into a low ditch.called Southside wrecker in a real emergency to get it towed home .they said 30 minutes and by God they had a truck there even faster.im giving props to the main most tow driver I've ever seen work a truck.her names Miranda and that's the most respectful ,professional, cautious but get the damn thing done wrecker driver I've ever met.she came into a very tricky situation since this full size high top convertion van was leaning all the way to the passenger side with no wheel ,sitting on its caliper and she slid in there and with the precision of a surgeon loaded our baby up without a scratch....thank Miranda we appreciate all your help...
Southside towing dispatch team was quick in getting service to me. The technician, Andre, was able to get me hooked and to my destination without any issues. Hopefully, I won’t need a towing service again, but if I do, I’m definitely calling Southside.
My company have been using Southside for over 7 years now.The services have always been great. I highly recommend making them your 1st call for commercial Towing.

I really didn't think Southside would have someone available at that time of day and on the eve of Thanksgiving. from the second I called all my worries went away. super friendly from start to finish. perfect job. thank you
My husband and I called around 7:07pm on a Thursday. We were told about an hour to an hour and a half wait. We were okay with that and prices were fair. We called back at 9:02pm and were told another 30-40 minutes. We called back AGAIN at 10:04 and were told ANOTHER 30 minutes. We were also told no one else was ahead of us, but the traffic (at 10pm on a Thursday) was heavy. The communication was poor. I would have appreciated a call with updates on time, rather than sitting in a parking lot for 3 hours. We went with another company, but figured it was respectful to call Southside Wrecker Services back and inform them we will no longer need their services. We went with Johnny’s and he was here in 17 minutes (even with ALL the traffic). After our numerous calls for updates and the significant delay, I expected a less rude response from the woman on the phone at Southside Wrecker. I’m sure their services are good, as I’ve seen in other reviews. This is why we called them first. We just never got as far as waiting numerous 30 minutes- an hour delays for their services.
Jay was very very professional and very polite. It was a pleasure riding all the way back to my home with him. We had an hour and a half drive and it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend using this company for any of your towing needs.
Southsides the best! They had a new guy in training and he did a great job, extremely professional and treated my F350 like a high end car! Highly recommend
