My car was shaking over 30mph and wheels kept veering to the right. Took it to be serviced here and I am very happy with the results. They got my car fixed up and good as new!

As always, the routine every-10K-mile auto maintenance was carried out expertly, efficiently and thoroughly. I have nothing but praise for the staff, their work and the care that’s taken with my vehicle. Well done!!

Not a great experience. When I picked up my vehicle and asked for details about the repair, the front desk staff didn’t seem aware of the work that had been done and only said, “They got your parts on.” Because I never received a clear explanation of the issue or the extent of the repair, the price felt overpriced. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t return. Update: I was contacted the day after leaving this review. Dylan apologized and offered a credit or refund to make things right. I’m very impressed with how the situation was handled. He also provided detailed information about the work that was done on my vehicle.

Roger, Dillon, Chris, and Grace were Profesional, polite, efficient, and on time. It isn't the first time I have used Crossroads Automotive and for sure won't be my last. I HIGHLY recommend them.

My husband and I have been going to crossroads automotive for over 20 years. We have always received excellent service and an explanation of any service needed. I would recommend them to anyone. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and they did a 30 point inspection on my behalf with no issues. As a widow and senior I felt safe to drive my car anywhere.

Truck would not heat properly despite having thermostat replaced recently. Crossroads accurately diagnosed the problem, gave detailed cost estimate and completed the repair within a day. Third encounter with them. And all positive.

Honest, patient, professional. I'm not tryin' to put anyone on blast but a certain Kia dealer that rhymes with Schmoo Schmobh quoted our repair at $5k. Took it here for a second opinion and it was less than 1/5 Kia's quote. Thanks, Crossroads Automotive!

I brought my car in with an overheating problem and a suspected radiator leak. The team tested everything and after an extended drive no leak appeared. They told me no charge for the diagnostic and test. 3 weeks later and I brought the car back. They replaced the radiator at a fair price and finished the work the same day. I could not be more pleased!

The owner of Crossroads automotive, has always gone above and beyond when fixing my car. Not only does he thoroughly explain every problem that is going on with my car, but he also offers affordable alternative solutions. I’ve been going to Crossroads for two years now and do not regret a single visit. Honest mechanics are dying breed. And I’m proud to say that Crossroads automotive and their crew are the most honest in Georgia!

Every bit of my experience here was top notch from the second I called them with my car on the side of the road. Chris especially was always my point of contact and so extremely helpful every step of the way. Never tried to sell me anything, just helped me get my car back on the road and was straight forward with everything. Would recommend them to anyone!

Car would not start. I had determined that the high current wire connection between the solenoid and the starter motor was suspected likely corroded and mentioned that. Crossroads confirmed that repair of this connection did recover starter function and did not recommend a complete starter assembly replacement. My fear was that this failure would result in the unnecessary replacement of the starter. The possibility of a more extensive starter failure could not eliminated leaving me vulnerable to the possibility of unneeded replacement. But Crossroads did not disappoint! They confirmed reasonable reliability of the connection repair. While the possibility for a future latent failure cannot be ruled out, the chances of more than one root cause contributing to a failure mode is usually quite a bit reduced. Being of a suspicious nature, I am impressed that the most costly sustainable diagnosis was not acted upon and this builds trust for me. I was charged the base rate for investigation, $145.

Not a good place for high end vehicles. Recently contact crossroads to have 2 O2 sensors. Was quoted 3 times what my mechanic did the job for. The employee spent more time looking in the GM hr quote. The price quoted with no warranty on labor. Hopefully they will start treating customers better.

I was with my friend when she had a flat tire. Being quite elderly, we were at a loss as to who to call! A friend suggested Crossroads Automotive. Chris came to our location and put on the spare and told us to come to the store for air in the spare since it had never been used. He refused to take any payment for his time. I will certainly recommend this store to all who need automotive attention! It's a nice to find such helpful people!!

Friendly, helpful service. I had a flat tire and Chris came to my location and changed my tire within 30 minutes. He wouldn’t take any money and seemed happy to help. Definitely “service with a smile.” Thank you so much from this frazzled senior citizen.

I've going to Crossroads Automotive for 15yrs and I would recommend them anyone. They've always been upfront and honest with any repairs or services needed. They've take care of me as if I were a member if their family.

This is the best service I’ve experienced in the Sharpsburg/Newnan area. Crossroads is excellent. Experienced technicians who pay attention to the customer and attention to details. I would rather take my car here than the dealership any day, all day long!

Roger was very friendly, knowledgeable, and fast looking up part prices. He scheduled me an appointment, and i was greeted on that day. The repair time was much quicker than i thought.

We were traveling south bound near Charlotte and the AC started shutting down off and on, as we still had over 700 to go to SWFL, I called a friend in Newnan who had a great experience with them, and recommended i call to see if they could fit me in, as i have limited time. Met him at 8am, ready to go before my deadline. Price was watch we agreed on. 700 miles later all good, with a happy wife.

My family and I have brought our vehicles to Crossroads since ‘98. They’ve always been great and taken amazing care of us. I live in downtown Atlanta now and still bring my vehicle to them because they’re honest and always do great work. I never have to worry about anything when they’re working on my vehicle. Brought my truck in this past Thursday for 100k mile service work and they had it all done in the same day. Another great thing is they are almost always able to beat other shops’ prices so that’s a huge plus especially given they do amazing work. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

They were awesome. I had tire/wheel trouble on my way from ATL had to get to New Orleans that night. I pulled in 30 mins before close and they took my car in right away and looked at it and got me squared away. They didn't have my tire size but called down to another store down the street and got me set up and rolling in very short time. Very thankful for them

After having spent thousands on repairs at another shop and the issue not being fixed. I pulled up to Crossroads Automotive and was immediately assisted, I told the issue I was have and the young man came out to look at the car. They got the car in immediately diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and had it repaired in a matter of hours, ever offered to take my wife to work and pick her up after the car was finished. Super excited to have given these guys a shot. 10/10.

I have been a customer for years and years. They have always gone above and beyond to help. I have always been treated with kindness and respect. They have excellent communication and take time to explain the issue thoroughly. Always have had positive experiences. Highly recommend if you want the best!!!

They told my girlfriend that she urgently needed front and rear brakes and quoted $1200. I bought premium rotors and pads for $300. After removing everything, the rotors still had over 2mm of thickness left and the pads had at least 10,000 miles of life left. They had recently flushed her brake fluid and I found they had not fully tightened the bleeder so it was leaking. Shops that take advantage of women are the lowest.

These men treat us older ladies like they treat their grandma. They are sweet, kind and perform great services. Two friends told me to go to Crossroads and I did. They also get you back on the road as quick as possible. They also sell vehicles if you catch them. Roger, Dillon, (the boss) Johnny, and John were all good to me. Thank you Crossroads. I went in for a leaking valve stem. They snapped a lug nut in the process of removing the tire, refused to pay for it and tried to charge me $400-700 to remove 1 lug. So I bought a $50 removal tool off Amazon and removed the broken lug in 2 mins… they are absolutely trash… their so called techs used an impact. If you had any type of real knowledge you would know not to. It’s a real shame, because I absolutely hate big dealerships.
