Got my big truck stuck in some mud. They sent 1 of their big boys out and he wasnt about to park where i got stuck at(dont blame him). He got one of his little guys to get in there and they were able to drag back end of my truck out of the mud so i could drive out. They stayed until I got out on solid concrete. Didnt hit me up nearly as bad as I was expecting. Thank you all for not charging as bad as is normal in your industry

AAA sent Parkers towing to help me get a car towed. The drivers name was Bobby and he was AWESOME! He is an excellent driver in that huge flatbed truck! He arrived to assist us quickly. He was very effective when loading the vehicle. He was very friendly and towed the vehicle safely to the exact spot that we needed it to be in. I've used other towing services in the past but from now on it will only be Parker's!! I'm so glad that AAA sent the best that there is! **This is not a paid review ??? lol seriously though, I totally recommend this towing company for any towing needs!

Glad I wasn’t stranded. I called and requested a tow. Received a quote and was told someone would arrive “within an hour, maybe an hour and half” and nobody ever showed up. No call, no text. Nothing. I’ll try another tow service tomorrow because lord knows there’s no shortage of them. But this company has lost my business.

Called Parker’s towing for a flat tire I experienced while traveling the highway. Within minutes Chad showed up and had my truck on the bed within seconds. I highly recommend Parker’s towing service and please ask for Chad!

I had a great experience with this company!! My 16. Yo daughter had car troubles and needed a tow. A scary situation.. but the driver Chad assured her that things would be ok and quickly got her off the side of the road. I’d give him 100 stars if possible.

Julieenn is the very best best. He is top notch. He was prompt, very professional and got the job done in no time. I locked the keys to my Toyota Camry in the trunk and no one could unlock the trunk, we tried for over 2 hours and the Toyota dealer recommended I have my Camry towed to their dealership. Easter Sunday and we need a tow. Chad called ahead, understood situation, and was there quickly. Very professional about his work and considerate toward us (being stranded on the side of the road is sometimes overwhelming). Chad was a gentleman to my wife and safe with our vehicle. Highly professional person and the Parker's flatbead tow vehicle was in near perfect condition. Highly recommend both Parker's Towing and Chad.

Like any other towing company, they will find you some missing payment or paperwork etc. if you coming on weekend you will need appointment even though on their website say they are open make sure you arrange it. Otherwise no problem.

Well, here's the story. We just got a brand new Hyundai Santa Fe caligria, 2025, and guess what was in our tire? A razor blade!! We went to midtown Georgia on yesterday. So we had a call roadside assistant and we end up getting chat Chad from Parker's Towing and he was awesome. We appreciate him. We even got a little history of Newnan, and he's taking care of our new baby and getting it on over there to the dealership, thank you, Chad. We will refer you and call you if we ever need service again.

If you ever find yourself in need of a tow, do yourself a favor and call Parker Towing—and if you’re lucky, Chad will be the one to show up! Not only did Chad get my car where it needed to go, but he did it with the skill and confidence of someone who was clearly born to tow. I mean, if towing were an Olympic sport, Chad would have a gold medal hanging in his truck. Fast, professional, and surprisingly entertaining for a guy hauling broken cars around all day, Chad turned a frustrating situation into the highlight of my afternoon. 10/10 would break down again just to get that level of service (kidding… mostly). Give this man a raise!

I was put in contact with Parker’s Towing via Honda Roadside Assistance and boy am I glad to have been referred to these guys. I was initially told I’d have an hour wait and my main man Chad showed up in about 20 minutes! I had a plastic tarp that wrapped itself around my driveshaft and was expecting a long day between the towing and having to be driven to the nearest dealership for servicing. Chad saved me a whole lot of time and further headaches by taking care of the issue right then and there. Parker’s Towing is the place to go to and if Chad shows up, you’re in good hands.

Chad and Julian helped me with my truck after I somehow triggered an anti-theft sensor in my truck and reset the battery. When I saw the mess under the hood to unhook the battery and didn’t have a ratchet set with me they showed up within 5 minutes and unhooked the battery so it would reset. Big shout out to Parker’s towing and thumbs down to Chevy for this disaster of a battery setup.

I had a great experience last week with Parker’s Towing. Needing a tow is always stressful no matter what the situation, but I was very pleased with the efficiency and overall care the driver Chad showed when he showed up. Had a wonderful day, starting with delays at the doctors office. Then my truck broke down in the pickup line at Chicfila. Called several tow companies, and Parkers was the one who could get us and our truck (due to size). The driver contacted me to ask what exactly happened and how he could best help. Within an hour, Chad showed up to the rescue. Chad had the truck loaded and ready to go home in less than 20 minutes. He is a very nice man and was super helpful since my fiancè just had back surgery 3 weeks ago. He made sure to take it extra easy on the bumps. I would definitely recommend Parkers towing, and Chad.

In last three days, I have had to use Parkers twice... On 12/16/23 at about 8:30 pm my van decided that it wanted to malfunction on me so I pulled it off of the road. I needed a tow back to my house so I called Parker's Towing. They were very nice and and prompt (only about 30 minutes) getting to my car. Chad Garret came out. Chad was very professional, nice, and courteous. He explained what the cost was and it took about 3 minutes to get on the truck. Chad also was able to place my car in my drive way even though it was on an incline and it was a tight space. I would certainly recommend Chad and Parker's Towing to anyone. On 12/28/23, I used Parker's through AAA this time. They called me at about 8:30 a.m. and dispatch this morning told me that it would be about an hour. It actually took an hour and half. If I had any negative thing to say about Parker's is, why didn't dispatch notify me that there was a delay vs. letting me wonder what was going on. It is there job to inform me vs. me pestering them on where the tow truck was? On 12/26, they notified me immediately when there was a delay. Why wasn't the same done today? I'm just curious. As for the tow truck driver, Julian (a.k.a. "Puddin") was awesome. He was very professional and business-like. He took very good care of transporting my car and let me ride with him to the mechanic which I appreciated. Although, I will say he's not much of a talker. LOL. Overall, another great experience using your company. I would definitely recommend you guys to anyone who needs a tow.

Had a great experience this morning: My car had a busted hose and overheated after I dropped my kids off at school, so I called AAA. They sent Chad with Parker’s to come help me. He was awesome! He called before he arrived, was quick loading my car, had a clean truck for me to ride in with him to the garage, and was very nice to talk to on the ride there! It was a smooth and quick service that I truly appreciate.

Had a really scattered morning and Chad came out and unlocked my husbands vehicle. Chad was very polite and fast. Five stars. Perfect for when you're in a hurry and need to keep it moving. Great work Chad!

We had just pulled into the driveway of our new home and noticed water leaking from underneath the car. After a quick inspection, we determined our radiator was busted. We were stuck with no one to help us so we called AAA and they called Parker’s tow service service in Newnan. In less than an hour, Chad pulled up in a big tow truck and immediately got busy loading up our car. He was so nice and so friendly! We got to talk and visit with him for a few minutes before he drove our car and my husband to the automotive repair shop. He even offered to take my husband home if he needed it! We are so glad we had the opportunity of using Parker’s tow service for the first time, and we are even more happy that Chad was the one that came to help us. Parker’s really helped me out today when my transmission went out on the side of hwy 16. Chad was quick, kind and Efficient and was able to get my truck loaded and home without issue. Thanks Parker’s y’all really helped me out today!

Chad is amazing! He has assisted me on two separate occasions and provided exceptional service each time. Yesterday I literally was on the side of the highway for over 4 hours waiting for AAA to come change my tire. CHAMPS tried to assist and so did the tow company but they couldn’t get the lug nuts off. I finally broke down and paid $345.00 to have my car towed to my house because AAA never showed. I called AAA again today to try one more time and the gentleman who came out didn’t really make an effort to change it. He tried less than 5 min. I broke down and called a tow again so I could take it up to the tire shop. Chad came out to tow me, saw my tire and said, “I bet I can change it.” In less than 10 minutes my tire was changed!!! Give that man a raise. Thanks again Chad!!

Had a great experience in getting roadside assistance for a battery issue. The driver, Julian, was on site within around 15 minutes of requesting assistance. He was incredibly professional and took the time to explain exactly what the issue was and how to proceed with getting it fixed. I can’t thank him enough for getting us back on the road so quickly, would definitely use this service again.
