I got a trailer washout here. The concrete pad to the right of the building (facing the building) is where they wash out trailers. You have to go down the hill and turn around, and head back out for a trailer washout. SEE THE VIDEO!

My son had an accident and this place was the ones who towed his vehicle. I want to say the young lady in the front office is absolutely amazing! This was the first time seeing my sons car since his wreck and I cried because of course I was in disbelief my son survived it and before we even went outback she warned me that it was bad since I hadn’t seen the car yet, and even asked if we needed anything to drink, and asked if we needed help getting the belongings and tag if it was too overwhelming for me. This young lady is how everyone should be! She made the process so much better than it could have been! I couldn’t be more grateful for her:)
car got impounded by police Friday, thought they would give me a hard time and charge a lot. But the ladies in the office were very nice and easy to deal with. Have your valid license and your registration…you get your car back. Easy process.
Apparently I caught the mgr/owner/g.i.c. on a bad day. I was told that I had to have a mask on to enter the building by someone not wearing a mask. When I asked why he wasn't wearing a mask, he abruptly told me to leave the property. I told him I would comply and he "didn't want to deal with it today." If you are REQUIRING mask usage and don't do it yourself, that's hypocrisy. It's poor business practice to deny service for someone asking a legitimate question about your policy.
Excellent fast, friendly service. Very knowledgeable in the towing and recovery industry. Got my truck on the wrecker and to its destination in under 30 mins.
I think this company is terrible. I would never never use them again. They do not tell you what you need to have to get your car out until you get there and then you have to go all the way back to get your stuff and did I mention they only take CASH! If you need your car and you don't have cash your out of luck. Your not getting your vehicle. It cost me 150.00 for towing 50.00 for cleanup fee, 40.00 for admin fee and 35.00 a day hold fee. The driver did not even clean up all the stuff in the road and the officer had to call him back because cars were crunching over stuff as they were driving. She did reduce the clean up fee to 25 lol I guess for a half way job. The office manager gave me an email so my husband could email her approval for me to get our car and it was the wrong email. If I had not used the one on their site it would not have went through. She conveniently got the email from the site email and acted shocked that the email she gave me did not work. I feel like that was completely intentional. I thought they were so bad I called another towing company to remove my car from their lot because I would not give them any more business from me. Again, I will never use this company again and I definitely will not refer them to anyone.
Terrible terrible terrible service. Please do use this company. They tried everything trick known to the common man not to release my vehicle to the insurance company after my accident. They kept my vehicle for 29 days. When I would call it would be like they had a building of 500 people and they knew nothing about my situation so I asked the manager how many people worked their and his response was 5. They are incompetent and confirm artists. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
