Highly recommend! I’ve had some evap codes for a while now and needed them to be fixed to pass emissions. Others mechanic shops had trouble diagnosing the issue, I took it here and they were able to fix it with no problems and my car now passed emissions. Thank you for making the process as stress free as possible and getting me back on the road. They will now be my go to mechanic for as long as I live in the area!

These guys are the Best . My impression is they are honest and hard working. They kept my Old Ford Ranger running for years. They have my Honda fit right now. They get all my automotive business , and I have no complaints

This is a great shop. Fair pricing, honest about what needs to be repaired, and the repair was done fast! Other shops skip replacing cam and crank seals during a timing belt job. Holly Springs Japanese Auto replaced those seals as well as my drive belt. I really appreciate people going above and beyond to make sure the vehicle is more dependable long-term. I highly recommend this shop!!!

Highly recommend this mechanic. I have come for issues that were costly only to be told the issue was minor and much less costly. I take my CX-5 here for any and all work done.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with this mechanic. From start to finish, it was honest, quick, and completely stress-free. There was no runaround, no upselling just straightforward, reliable service. He diagnosed and fixed the issue faster than I expected and charged a very fair price. Had what I suspected were bad U-joints on a driveshaft, called and confirmed with Chad that they could take a look at it for me. Dropped my truck off on a Tuesday evening, got a call the next day with a confirmed diagnosis and perfectly reasonable price. Back on the road within 24 hours. Fantastic work, highly recommended.

Can’t speak highly enough about this business and the fairness, honesty and trustworthiness of it’s soft spoken and mild-mannered owner and frontman, Chad. My larger than average sized family, with its numerous drivers and automobiles of Japanese origin, has used HSJA repeatedly for the past 10 years on numerous vehicles. We have found their maintenance and repairs to be affordable and effective - even when we’ve had to replace engines a time or two! There have also been times when he found the fix was so minor that he couldn’t justify charging anything or just a nominal amount. That’s a rare experience, in my opinion. I’d highly recommend Chad and his business.

Always great experience, Chad helped us with our work van. There is no nonsense here, and they very trustworthy. Quality of work is always top notch! They get stuff done promptly as well!

My alternator died on a Tuesday night, and I had the tow truck company bring it to them. By the next day my alternator was fixed and it was at a good rate. They even let me pay it over the phone and pick it up after work because my hours are different from their business hours. I highly recommend them.

So glad I took my Honda CRV to this shop. Chad was professional, honest and let me know that he needed to get a part to make the necessary repair. The cost for the part and labor was reasonable and my car is running great. I highly recommend this shop.

Best customer service I've ever experienced. I've had continual ongoing weird issues with my engine, fuel line, and computer. I took it in the first time to try to fix it, but no dice. I brought my car back multiple times, and each subsequent time, they didn't charge me. They even went so far as to take the car for an emissions test once they were finally able to get the check engine light to turn off. Grateful for their awesome service!

YOU WILL NOT FIND A MORE HONEST AND AFFORDABLE MECHANIC ANYWHERE! I have taken all of my cars to Chad as well as recommended him to all of our friends and family. They were just as shocked and surprised by his honesty, integrity and pricing. If you have a problem with your car, take it to Chad. Also, he is not only Japanese auto repair. He has repaired our Ford Explorer, Ford Taurus and our Jeep Wrangler. He also has a night time drop-off, which is really convenient. If you have a problem with your car, TAKE IT TO CHAD!

Amazing service and prices. Trustworthy and reliable ownership. I originally took my car to a AAA Car Service location in Atlanta (AAA Toco Hills) due to some engine trouble and was quoted over $1000 for needed repairs - replacement of coils and spark plugs. After declining the offer, I brought my car to Chad at Holly Springs Japanese Auto and he made all the needed repairs within a few hours for only $270. Easy 5 Stars.

Knowledgeable and Honest! We have taken both our cars here and been very satisfied with the work done and the prices. Chad is a 'Car Whisperer' - he detected immediately what was wrong and fixed it quickly. We will never go anywhere else again!!

Chad is awesome, no nonsense no BS with him, I had him overhaul the transmission in my 2005 Acura TL over two years ago. The work performed was top notch and a fast turnaround. The car is still driving like new to this day. I now use him for all the maintenance I can't do myself. Thanks to this shop I can still keep the car on the road, because the Acura dealer would charge me more than the car is worth.

Chad is the most honest and kind mechanic I've ever met. He is the first person I take my vehicle to if it ever has any issues. If you take your car to Holly Springs Automotive, you won't be sorry. If you take it somewhere else, you probably will This is the most honest, dependable, and reliable mechanic I've ever taken a vehicle to. I had an overheating problem on a car. One shop told me I needed a new head and wanted over a thousand dollars to fix it. Chad told me the radiator had a leak in it, and I got out the door for less than 200 bucks. Nissan dealership wanted almost 800 dollars per axle to repair the hubs on my wife's car. Chad cost us less than 500. He's worked on 4 cars of mine. I'll never take a car anywhere else. .

We have taken many different vehicles to Chad over the years at the recommendation of mechanic friends who told us that he is the best and most honest mechanic around. He has replaced an engine on one of our vehicles for a fraction of the cost that it was to be done elsewhere and with a much better warranty. We have been extremely satisfied with all of his other repairs and he has saved us tons of money by explaining that we didn't need to do certain things for an old car or ways to hobble a hunk of junk along long enough to get something better. If I had an option I would never take our vehicles anywhere else.
