This is an exceptional place to buy a car. I wasn't sure what would fit my needs, and they worked with me to get me in the vehicle I wanted. I've probably dealt with a dozen dealerships over the years, and none of them were as friendly and customer oriented as these guys. I would send my best friend to shop with this company. Lots of beautiful classic cars to drool over and dream about too.

Great experience with Dylan and Dave, very efficient and professional transaction. Good selection of late model cars, and also some nice specialty vehicles. Also an amazing selection of collectible diecast cars!

I purchased a vehicle from Cherokee Auto Group on Ebay. The seller canceled the transaction the next day, claiming the listing had an error. It took multiple calls and messages over several weeks to get my $500 deposit back. Representative I dealt with was rude on several occasions while I was trying to get my deposit back. I left them well deserved negative feedback that was well within established guidelines, but it was removed. Potential buyers beware, pristine feedback ratings aren't always whole story. Wow, 6 years and you guys decide to finally respond, reminds me of the huge delay refunding my deposit after YOUR erroneous listing. This review was posted years ago, all I did was correct a small typographical error. I'm not surprised you guys were unaware, since attention to detail seems to be something you struggle greatly with. The fact that you're still in business, is an amazing feat. Let's do this again sooner than 6 years, if your business survives, shall we??? I'll add this after looking at some of these other reviews. I can't help but wonder how many authentic, good reviews you really have. Most, if not all, sound like the real author might be a self serving narcissist, who is trying HIS best to offset all the authentic bad reviews. What say you David?? I'm retired and have a lot of free time, let's keep this going!

Great experience with this company! They had what I was looking for, worked hard to make a deal and followed through with all the headaches of paperwork! Would do business with again and probably will. Great selection for both collectors and everyday drivers.

Love this seller. I am very particular and called them for a car from out of state. They were patient with me and went above and beyond. The quality of the car is also absolutely emasculate . I think they are good car dealers and I wouldn’t worry about buying a car sight unseen based on my overall experience.

As a potential out of state buyer, I called them to ask more details about a car that was priced at 21 grand that I was interest. I wanted the carfax and some additional photos/videos of the car (which shouldn't be hard these days with everyone carrying a smartphone right?). The person I spoke to was indifferent to say the least. Call back on monday and I'll try was his message. Monday comes and he sends me a carsforsale report lol, not a carfax. Good luck running your business like this. I am out. Edit: Right back at you, you learn some customer service when selling a 20k+ car. Other reviews align. And btw carfax report and carsforsale report aren't the same lol. Buyers be warned

Delusion at its finest. All you had to say was we don't discuss on Sundays and I will be more than happy to go over our test driving policy once we have checked the vehicle out. Once again your communication is what bothered me. And we both avoided your arrogance and lack of customer service. So let me add: SLANDEROUS? Not at all! Stating the facts how you treated me! Now David has chosen to message me again in private and question my manhood on Ebay. He's once again tried insulting me for his arrogance and lack of communication skills. Sales his not his forte. Yes my friend who I coached her daughter in Milton GA at my gym is turning her Bronco in under the lemon law like she told me at dinner Friday evening. I chose to ignore her because the Bronco does drive better than the Jeep. Now back to what I said and I meant, there was a way to communicate without being arrogant and condescending. It wasn't about Sunday it was about your perfectly wrapped car not being test driven by me!! You told me to go elsewhere and drive then come and buy yours!! Dude be honest !! You're wrong for your antics!! You would not be a good person to make such an expensive purchase with!! Do NOT feel obligated to give this dealership any business!! After I contacted the dealership, I was told I didn't meet the standard for driving a vehicle that they keep in there show room. Not that they know me or have met me at ALL!! This was based on an inquiry I made regarding a vehicle via eBay they have advertised. Of course, you'd think this is a $120k vehicle, but even if so, if I'm buying something or even considering, I don't like being told to try elsewhere first. Yes, they have THE Bronco I WANTED. HOWEVER, their salesman David says it's so perfectly wrapped and amazing on their showroom floor that a BMW/Suburban/Toyota (all new purchased cars) owner wouldn't know how to handle the responsibility of driving their $50k Bronco ?. So salesman David, I'm taking your advice and taking my business elsewhere. Especially after the horrible experience my friend from Milton has had with her Bronco. As a matter of fact, the lemon law has been implemented on her Bronco for it being such a crap car. However, salesman David to the rescue for me. You helped solve that problem and saved your amazing Bronco from me!

I can't recommend these guys enough. Recently just PCS'd back to the states, and they helped make the move quick and hassle free. Bought a 2011 Crown Vic off them and it is in pristine condition, inside the car and under the roof. David is a true professional and it shows in his teenage son too. I won't go into too many details, but they took care of me when they didn't have to, to ensure I got exactly what I wanted.

Great experience, flew into ATL to view a vehicle they had for sale and everything went smoothly. Dylan helped me out on a Saturday, he was fantastic. The owner David was informative all around, and felt confident with him doing the back end work. The car was shipped in a covered trailer, driver communicated well and delivered to the driveway. Highly recommended!

Cherokee auto group has quite a selection of vehicles that range from true classic, to oddball collectables in great condition. I flew up From southern Florida to purchase a low mileage 1st generation Honda insight (one of the oddball collectables!) , and was not disappointed. David kept in touch both before and after the sale, and when some unexpected issues came up, worked with me to find a fair solution. He went above and beyond expectations and I highly recommend checking Cherokee auto group out!

I bought a 1969 Plymouth Barracuda from these folks. Given I’m located in RI, and I’ve never dealt with them before, I took a chance based on the pictures and videos posted on line and my conversation with David. They were professional and arranged all shipping and title work for me. The car was delivered within 5 days and was exactly as described. The Title arrived 2 weeks later as promised. The car is beautiful and I couldn’t be happier. I would do business with them again.

I bought a 2008 Volvo XC90 with 103k miles about 6 months ago and the car has been great. For a 14 year old car, all I've had to do was replace a fuel pressure sensor, a head lamp bulb and wiper blades. Even after 14,000 miles I'm still on the same brake pads and tires. Just did my 3rd oil change but unfortunately I've had to put fuel in it weekly. ? Maybe I shouldn't drive so much... I drive by Cherokee Auto Group daily and they always have clean vehicles. When dealing with them everything was straight above board with a small family feel. Updating review after 12 months and a total of 26,000 miles since purchasing. I just had to install an AC control valve and top off the refrigerant for a sumnof $250. That's less than $500 in repairs in a year and 26,000 miles. Not counting oil and filter changes and spark plugs because I felt like it. Still havent had to put brakes or tires yet but probably will before the end of the year. It's been a great car!

I’ve known Daniel and David for a long time… have purchased several vehicles from them in the past. I recently bought a 2006 infinity g35x. And can’t say enough of how amazing they are. Purchased an ‘88 Mustang LX convertible from David with 60k original miles last week and had a great experience. David is very knowledgeable and had great customer service. He went out of his way to provide a ton of documentation on the car. He also was very kind to my wife and 6-month old son. Overall I am very pleased with my experience and the vehicle. I will most definitely be going back to purchase from Cherokee Auto Group in the future. Their stock is top notch and David is a stand up guy! He was good to respond to my messages and provide any information I asked for. The day I was able to get to the location he was available at the scheduled time and everything went smooth. I got a good deal on a good ride. I would purchase from David again.

I came across Cherokee Auto group by way of Facebook Marketplace, and I was so glad I did. I was looking for a specific type of car and they had it available for sale. A little hesitant, I reached out to the owner. I had so many questions since I was an out of state buyer. David was so kind and answered every question. He was more than willing to work with the independent pre-purchase inspector I ordered, and was extremely professional. David kept in contact with me every step of the way. His kindness and generosity put my buying at ease, he even offered to pick me up from the airport...now that's service. He met me before store hours, showed me the details of the vehicle, how things worked, and answered more of my questions. I sat down, signed paperwork ,and was shortly on my way, in no time at all. It was a great car buying experience from start to finish. I highly recommend looking at this dealership if your'e in the Atlanta area or an out of state buyer.

Awesome dealership to work with! David was an excellent help, arranging an easy and snag free transaction for me over the phone, as I am from out of state. He even stayed a little after their business hours so I could make the drive down and pick up my car. Once there it was only about 10 minutes to get everything wrapped up and I was on my way home happy. I highly recommend checking them out if you are looking for a hard to find vehicle in excellent condition.

I had an appointment to look at a few different vehicles. Once there, I was given keys to look through some of the vehicles and the owner, David, went over a few things but left stating he had another appointment to attend to. I asked to go for a test drive on two of the three vehicles I was interested in. David sent his title guy with me to do one test drive. The title guy was not very knowledgeable and tried to bs his way through some of the questions instead of being honest that he did not know the answer. Once back from the test drive, the title guy got out of the car quickly without saying a word to me, ran inside, locked the door, and I never saw him again. I waited for David and told him that I wanted to go for the other test drive. He told me that he was with another appointment and did not have time and it could be several hours before he would have time. I was ready to buy that day and he knew that. What's the point of having an appointment, especially when the owner knew the day before that it would be three vehicles, if I was not going to be given the time of day and the courtesy of the help I needed. He lost a sale due to my experience. Lastly, the vehicle I did drive had issues that were not stated to me and I was led to believe they were in great shape. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!

Great folks to buy from, honest and straight forward. Just bought a beautiful used car for my daughter. Because we live over 90 minutes away, they worked with us over the phone and kept the dealership open almost two extra hours so we could complete the transaction on our schedule. Clearly they have a passion for automobiles and make the effort to obtain and sell low milage and hard to find vehicles. Their showroom is worth a visit by itself, as it contains numerous examples of cars that were loved by former owners and kept for more than just transportation. Compared to auto mills that are only looking to flip vehicles, you are going to find much better service, friendlier people, higher quality for your investment of time and money with these folks.

David and the entire staff at Cherokee Auto Group are terrific! I bought a 2001 F-350 7.3 diesel shuttle van last December and have been thrilled every since. I told Dave I had done my research and knew what I wanted. He answered all my questions and did everything to make my buying experience terrific. He is fair and honest, rare these days. As a woman, I strongly recommend shopping at this dealership.

Great Dealership to do business with ! Without ever seeing our Jeep, prior to purchase/delivery nor visiting the dealer, I had a great purchase experience. They had a detailed description and many pictures that helped tell the story of this Jeep. David took care of everything including very reasonable shipping to our door !! I have never done business with them before & I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them in the future. They find some great orignal gems that are affordable. Though not perfect ( and I wouldn't expect it) it looks great for nearly 3 decades old. And it's only orignal once... Thank you David & Cherokee Auto Group.
