Great towing company! Called after my Tesla hit something and blew a tire on the interstate. Brandon was there within 5 minutes. Got it loaded up and delivered quickly. He was so nice and professional. Couldn’t recommend more.

Brandon was awesome. Very professional and helped me with my car carefully as it was low to ground. Super easy and clean pickup!

I was stuck on a side road.My keys locked in my car.It was dark, it wasn't the best area.This happened tonight, the gentleman who came out was very kind. He quickly opened my car door...thank you!!!!!!

Brandon did an amazing job loading and unloading my Acura. It had a busted ball joint and cv axles so the wheel was all over the place and he did a perfect job to ensure it didn’t cause anymore damage. By far best tow truck driver I’ve ever seen, and I’ve used a ton of them.

I was coming off the Holly Springs exit coming in hot and couldn't stop due to my speed. I ran the light. I ticked off your driver. Tell him I apologize. I'm a fellow towing operator and see that man in that truck as a brother. My behavior wasn't acceptable and for that I apologize. Thank you.

Our vehicle battery was dead, and it was blocking our son’s vehicle. There was no way to jump it. I called Bradshaw at 5:30 in the morning, and had Trevor at my home within twenty minutes. Not only did they meet my expectations, they went above and beyond to ensure my son could make the over two hour commute on time. Thank you to Landon and his team at Bradshaw Towing! Y’all are AWESOME!

Called for a tow, car was broken down in a gas station parking lot. They got me a truck within the hour, very kind and professional driver, reasonable price. The driver dropped it at the shop and put the key in the drop box for me. Hopefully I never need them again but I’ll be calling them if I do.

This review is for service from a few years ago - the owner blocked the review from appearing on Google reviews, so trying again. A few years ago I called the company out to tow my car to the shop. Long story short, the driver’s incompetence resulted in my bumper being torn from my car and a $2,000 bill for repair. The driver lied about what happened and the owner chose to believe an unbelievable story. Despite the great reviews, a company is best judged on what it does when it makes a mistake - it failed in this case. Stay away.

They hauled one of my trucks after hours for a pretty fair price. The tow truck guy was nice, we chatted for a bit. Hopefully i don't need their services again but if I do I would give them another call

Had to get towed to the dealership and Trevor’s rating speaks for itself. Quick, communicative and so personable. No one ever wants to need a tow but it’s so great to know Bradshaw is out there making it painless!

Trevor was the most professional , courteous and kindest young man. He went above and beyond, even did something not many young men would do.I’m elderly and not mobile, out front with my cane and the landscaping company Hoa had just put down pine straw but it was all over the side of driveway and walkway, I felt Leary a little that I might fall, ( which I do fall a lot) his kind heart he said I’ll take care of that so he took his foot and swept where I was standing the section and moved it over in the yard so I would be safe. I didn’t ask him he just was willing to do that.The next day landscaping company came and blowed all the pine straw off the concrete driveway/ walkway into the yard. That meant so much to me. If Google allowed 10-star reviews, I’d give it in a heartbeat! My 2004 Sequoia, TREE, overheated—steam pouring from the engine. With an important interview the next day, not having transportation would have been devastating. I called Bradshaw Towing, and Landon (the owner) answered. He was already assisting another customer nearby but told me he’d be there in minutes. I expected a simple tow to a shop, but Landon showed up with a cooling pressure checker in hand, quickly diagnosed my radiator was done for, and immediately took action. He made a call, pointed me to where I could purchase a replacement, and even walked me through the installation process step by step—including how to drain and refill the fluid. Two hours later, my SUV was running cool as a cucumber and ready to roll! Landon went above and beyond—saving me a ton of money and, most importantly, ensuring I made it to my interview. Huge thanks to Landon and Bradshaw Towing for their honesty, kindness, and exceptional service! Highly recommend!

I got a flat tire on a cold and rainy day last week. I called my car insurance and they sent out to Bradshaw Auto towing. They came quickly. The gentleman was so professional, nice and understanding. The service was amazing and I feel very lucky to have pulled this company from the pool. I highly recommend using them.

Trevor did an amazing job on my tow service. He was great communicating his eta and keeping me updated. He showed up and they charged the agreed amount! Highly recommend.

K Hill was so pleasant and nice when he came out and helped me with my flat tire, he went above and beyond and helping me because being a woman he didn’t want me to be stranded by myself on the street. He did an excellent job. Brad Shaw towing has the best employees and they are the best. I really appreciate y’all and all that you do.

April 30th We had an unfortunate accident where one of our car was totaled. Bradshaw Towing came to pull the car out of a ditch and tow it back to our house. Two of there employees got it out of the ditch. While towing it up the drive way at our residence they put there tow truck with our car on top into a ditch. Lance, the owner showed up to with his tow truck to tow there truck and our car out of the ditch. Upon arrival he was screaming at two of his employees who put it in the ditch tearing up the driveway. Lance promised he would take care of all repairs to fix it. As of today 7/26/ 24 nothing still has been done! Multiple promises someone was coming out to repair it and multiple no shows, him not answering or returning calls or texts and many broken promises. No repairs have been done! Well Pictures don’t lie. What an awful experience for us! You should have taken care of the repairs and done the right thing!

I set this up through my insurance company for roadside assistance and it was fast and easy. I didn’t have to wait with the vehicle and they delivered to the correct place with no issues. I am very satisfied with their service.

Landon and the team at Bradshaw are competent, responsive, and advocate on behalf of their customer, especially compared to others in the industry. I had a scary vehicle situation (in a high traffic area) that needed critical attention and the team was available to help me out and take care of my vehicle. Landon and the team stayed on the phone with me while I navigated the safest way to get help on the express lane. From all accounts I can tell they run an honest business and I wouldn’t hesitate to call them in the future. If you’re looking for efficiency, timeliness, and transparency. I needed roadside assistance for my company vehicle-after catching a flat tire in Marietta, Ga- off Canton Rd. Sheree was SUPER patient with my frustrations from talking to other local towing service companies in the area. In less than an hour- She was able to dispatch a special truck that was able to tow my fully loaded work truck which was carrying 100+ gallons of liquid. Thanks to Bradshaw Towing & Recovery, I was able to get to the tire shop-- before they closed at 6pm! Their honest towing service is highly recommended.

Adam was very professional and quick but careful with my recovery. I was stuck on side of hill/mountain because I didn’t have 4wheel drive. Scary but pretty smooth recovery of my work vehicle. I want to thank him for being so kind and thank you Bradshaw Towing Service.

Highly recommend Bradshaw Towing! Brian P was extremely kind and treated my AWD Audi with the best towing service possible. They definitely know what they are doing and won’t damage your vehicle!
