This company overcharged me for a very straightforward tow and then lied about the pricing being “set by the county.”
My motorcycle was towed 14 miles from an accident on 140 (Beasley Gap adjacent) and stored for roughly 28 hours (the extra 4 hours being on a Sunday when they are technically closed). My fiancé also loaded the bike onto the flatbed himself at the scene.
To bail my poor bike out, I was initially quoted over $450. I was told this rate was “set by the county” and “there was nothing they could do about it.” They also told me to call other local wreckers that "probably would have charged over $800." All of this is completely false and predatory. I contacted the sheriff’s office directly, who confirmed that towing rates are governed by the Georgia Department of Public Safety Maximum Rate Tariff, not the county, and they had never heard of such a rate. When I challenged the employee after he offered to "show me where this was posted on the Sheriff's site," he was suddenly unable to find it and dropped the total to $395 on the spot. That alone should tell you everything.
Even after the adjustment, the charges still appear to exceed fees beyond what is allowed under state guidelines - especially for a simple motorcycle tow and less than two days of storage.
Breakdown of concerns:
-Misrepresentation of pricing authority (“county sets the rates”)
-Inconsistent pricing that changed only when challenged
-Questionable added charges for a basic "non-consensual" tow
-Attempt to charge significantly more than necessary until pushed back
This experience felt dishonest and predatory during an already stressful situation, so I strongly recommend anyone dealing with this company to ask for an itemized invoice and verify the charges against Georgia DPS towing rate limits. Do NOT accept the first number they give you.

VERY friendly and helpful after an accident with my air bags exploding. Sheriff Deputy called them after hours, but the tow guys were AMAZING and even helped me look for my lost cross for 15-20 minutes.
So thankful to Mark and his crew for impeccable service to retrieving an automobile from impound at their lot. Mark answered every call and provided direct, precise instructions on our recovery efforts by telling us what we needed before arriving. I believe they close on the weekends but he made an appt with us Saturday afternoon which kept us from paying additional money for the 2 days of the weekend. Of course traffic was trafficking but we call to report our delay and they stayed ? keep up the good work guys!!

I have used Daniels for towing and car repairs and they have always been very kind and very affordable. They have saved me from the side of the road a few times over the years and are very quick. I will definitely use them anytime I need a tow or repair.
They had my buddy taken care of when it came to storage and wrecking service. The old timer bossman was unpleasant, but the rest of the staff was kind. Will note that pricing can be beat by competitors, also will note that parking for their office is very limited, and you'll most likely had to pull into the gas station across the street and walk over the road. If a Sherriff, Canton PD, or Holly Springs PD asks you who to do business with, I would recommend Bradshaw first. Thanks for the help nonetheless.
I know one experience doesn't say everything, but I had a very poor experience and will never use this company again.
First, even throw my vehicle was towed mid-afternoon, they were not willing to tow it to our shop in Smyrna because of traffic. I've used Marietta Wrecker and a few other companies 10+ times (for business) and they never had any pushback on towing the vehicle whenever and wherever we needed.
Second, they told us they would tow the vehicle to our shop the next day, but it took them 4 days to tow it back. Furthermore, they did not communicate with us to let us know they were running behind. We reached out them multiple times and they kept kicking the can down the road. Not a big deal in the grand scheme, but I want to work with people who do what they say they will do.
Finally, they charged us $6K for the tow which seemed exorbitant based on past experiences. Since I'm not in the industry, I sent 20+ pictures and videos of the wreck to a large local company we've used many times to price check. This other company said they would have charged about half and said many of the charges on the invoice were inflated.
All in all, this company provided poor service, didn't keep their word, and charged twice market rates.
I'd caution anybody who is considering using them (especially businesses).
I was in a muck this am with my car dying on me, the whole team came out and looked at my car and the tow + service was beyond fair priced. Rare these days!!! I found myself a new mechanic shop. Thank you everyone for being so kind!! I will return.
