Could not ask for better service. Very kind, professional service and great work as well. They even cleaned my SUV after doing work which was totally unexpected. I’d give them 10 stars if I could!

I recently dinged a brand new (literally, 20 miles on it) Mercedes SUV, and took it to Howard's. They did an excellent, professional job from start to finish, and you would never know anything had happened. Thoroughly recommended!

Howard’s auto body was so helpful and did a great job with fixing my car after I was rear ended. Steve stayed in constant communication with me during the process and informed me of delays due to the insurance company. They made sure that I received all new parts instead of going with the insurance’s suggestion of using bondo to reattach. My car looks just as good as it did the day I bought it. I would definitely recommend Howard’s for any auto body needs!

These guys are my heroes! They help me out with an issue with my Kia K900 and we're totally able to work magic and helped me out so much. These guys are the best and worth the drive from anywhere in Atlanta. They take care of customers. They ask a reasonable price for work performed. They do fantastic quality work. They're totally flexible and work to help you out and make sure your car is working properly. They will work with insurance or you can pay out of pocket as well. Incredible service and quality workmanship. These guys are the best. With all they do, I mean, what more could you want? They RULE!!!!!!!!!

I brought my 2003 Toyota Sequoia here that had about $3,000 worth of damage to the front end. We were so appreciative of everyone that we interacted with in this business. From the first call, this is a family business that actually cares about its customers. They kept me updated along the way about the progress of repairing the car and when we picked up they thoroughly went over the repair to ensure my satisfaction. I would absolutely 100% recommend anyone to bring their car here and we will absolutely use them in the future, if needed (hope in the far future!)

I dented my 1966 Mustang that made me sick to my stomach. The dent was bad enough that paint would now be need. I took it Howards.The customer service was awesome. The paint matched up perfectly! Absolutely a perfect repair. Great place to take your vehicle!

The lady at the front desk is such a pleasure to work with, and they did a great job fixing the damage on my Outlander from my little fender bender. It was finished exactly when they estimated it would be, and the process was as simple as can be. They were recommended to me by the dealership I bought my car from, and I am thankful they did. Howard's Auto Body just did a fantastic job of painting our 2010 Ford Ranger. Paint had begun peeling off the hood and roof in sheets and Howard's has it looking like new and at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company!

Looking for body shops close to home, we found Howard's and saw they had a great rating and decided we would take our vehicle here. (: We had a tight schedule and sent them pictures of the damage so parts could be ordered and ready before I dropped it off. Melisa was awesome in that she communicated well with us and took care of the insurance side of things. (: The body shop guys did great! They even cleaned up another area from when we hit the garage door at home! (: So since I found them based on great Google reviews, I wanted to leave one too. I was looking for a shop to repair some damage to a rear bumper and hatch on my vehicle. I ended up using Howard's Auto Body and I'm happy that I did. They did an excellent job, the bumper and hatch look flawless like it came from the factory. Melissa ( one of the owner's) was a great help and a pleasure to work with. I requested a call to let me know when the vehicle would be ready. Many places drop the ball when it comes to communication with the customer, but not Howard's Auto Body. Meg called me as she promised to let me know when the vehicle would be ready. Give them a try, they won't let you down.

The team at Howard's did a great job. It's nearly impossible to find a body shop who will work on a classic car. Most only do collision damage / insurance claims. They honored my eccentric requests. More impressively, they knocked out the large job in a very short time. Only criticism is call me next time before you weld up my antenna attachment points!

I had a good experience with Howard's Auto body. They were my second estimate and I could tell right away I was getting a more thorough evaluation of my auto body repair than the first place I tried. They were also in the same ball park cost wise, and did great work that was also on time. I would recommend them to you.

A young lady accidentally dented my son's car with her car in a parking lot. We brought the car to three different body shops for estimates. Howard's was the best price. Melissa said the car would be ready in 4 days and it was. We picked the car up today and it looks fantastic! Melissa rocks!

The Howard's team took great care of my vehicle and me. From the time I dropped off my car to the time I picked it up, the process was smooth. The estimate provided to the other driver's insurer was bang on and the repairs look great. Their time quoted for the repair was also exactly on and they were even accommodating to my on-call work schedule and made arrangements for me to pick up the car after hours in the event I wasn't able to get there before they closed. I also left an item behind in the shop of significant value and importance and within ten minutes of me arriving back home I got a call and they held it for safekeeping until I was able to return to get it the next day. Thank you Howard's for making the entire process so painless!

Howard’s auto Body repaired my suv quickly and made it shiny and new again! They were honest and true to their estimate. I was completely grateful for their personal updates while my suv was in their shop. They even vacuumed it! Their excellent customer service, quality repair and personal communication was refreshing compared to the big chain “another number” treatment. I Highly recommend them.

I can not say enough about my experience with Kelly from Howard's! Not only did they produce outstanding results, they also went above and beyond when on my way home from the shop my car broke down( it was completely non related to the work done on my car) But I was stranded on the side of the road about 6 miles from the shop, I called Howard's to see if there was a connection to my car breaking down. Kelly took my call and assured me there was no way what they worked on could have caused this mechanical failure. Amazingly he offered to bring me some oil and followed me to a mechanic shop a mile down the road. The mechanic there looked over my car and assured me that there was no oil leak. Had a great experience at Howard's. Family owned, great communication and fair prices. They were kind, thorough and on time with the repairs. They worked with me on price and even touched up a couple other areas that they noticed! I will definitely be back if I need auto body work!

Wish I could've given a better review. Took my 2016 Mini Cooper here to be repaired after being hit on the front left side of the car. When I first got the car back it was seemingly perfect from a distance - the paint matched perfectly and it looked brand new again. Upon further inspection I found numerous paint bubbles, blue paint on my SILVER car, clear coating dripping from the car, and two deep scratches/holes. I took it back to Howard's to have these issues fixed and more new problems arose - poor paint job, more paint bubbles, MORE blue paint speckles, one of the scratches/holes not repaired, and a spot that had been over-buffed and no longer had paint. To top it all off, the light they repaired began to malfunction and went out. Today was the 4th time within 2 months I have had to pick up my car from Howard's HOPING to have no more issues caused by them. The car somehow has come back with MORE blue paint speckles on the car again and the same over-buffed edges that they were supposed to fix the first few times. I was very kind and patient with Howard's even though they caused more problems each time they went to fix them. They now refuse to fix their mistakes and will no longer work on the car. I do not recommend Howard's to those with new cars or expecting a careful, well-done job. Your car will only look good from a distance. It should not take 4 times to get the job done right (and still wasn't done right), when it should have been done properly the first time. Poor quality assurance. EXTREMELY disappointed.

We are currently in the process of restoring an MGB convertible and were having issues finding a paint shop willing to even work on a classic. Howard's was able to do the body work and paint in the time that they estimated and without sending us over the budget we discussed like other shops were trying to do. We asked for a paint job that would look good from about 10 feet but we got much more than that. They were able to completely straighten the panels and the finished product is outstanding and possibly is the best that the car has looked in its 40 year life. Their staff was also friendly and open to us stopping by to check on the progress. We would recommend Howard's because of their friendly staff and the quality work that they did for us.

My Q45 Infinity was hit from behind leaving the bumper hanging and the rear quarter panel destroyed. It's a 1999 and I knew they didn't make the replacement parts anymore. I was devastated. I asked around for reliable body shops and Howard's was referred to me. I took the car in and showed it to Kelly. By that afternoon, he called to tell me that he had found the parts and could fix it. I was overjoyed! The price seemed reasonable, and 10 days later he called to tell me to pick it up. It was a lot less time than I expected, because the damage had been so severe. I could hardly believe my eyes when I saw it. The color matched perfectly and it looked like the day it rolled off the assembly line. Thank you Howard's Auto Body - you are my heroes. I would HIGHLY recommend their work to everyone. Friendly, reliable, and quality workmanship. Keep up the good work.

Absolutely incredible experience. I went to another local body shop and was quoted six hundred dollars, and that they would have to replace my entire bumper. Kelly at Howard's took one look popped most of it back in place ordered a bumper light and it cost me 25.00. I am also partially disabled and it effects my mobility, they came out to me to complete the paperwork and do the repair. Gracious, Polite, Professional.. This is the only Auto Body shop to ever consider.

I took my Armada to Howard's to get it painted. They did an excellent job and gave great service. Kelly, the operations manager, was very professional and gave me a fair price for the work. I would definitely recommend these guys for your auto body work and I will return again with my own cars if needed.
