Absolute scam artists at ARK Auto Parts sold us this “good working unit, visually inspected, no signs of damage. 90 day standard warranty.” They hide behind a scheme of saying the photos in the listing are of the actual part, sending you an item that is not as pictured instead and then claiming that the item in question does not match their photos. I inquired about a refund and was met with the response in the photos. The item looked like it had been pulled out of a lake, completely corroded and dead on arrival. Took the top cover off to reveal the internals and how people can sell junk like this is beyond me. THE PART WAS RETURNED TO THE SELLER THROUGH EBAY AND THEY REJECTED DELIVERY!!! thankfully eBay took a look at the history and made it right, issuing a refund. Buyers beware, do not buy parts from this outfit. They took our money and have no intention of making it right. Had to source the part from elsewhere costing even more time and money.
sell legitimen parts, good to do business with but he’s always busy hard to catch so when you do businesses make sure you finish all the transaction at once . But great place to get your parts from.
Dealing with Ark was an absolute pleasure even during the Christmas/New Years holiday time. Excellent communication and I was able to request, order, receive the items via shipping to Canada without any issues. Prices were fair and would buy from them again. Thank you Ark Auto!
I ordered wiring and received half of what I asked for at the agreed upon price. They refused to honor the price and asked for more money in order to complete my purchase. When I asked how long it would take and how much I would have to pay to get what I already paid for, I was told an additional 225 dollars and 4-5 days. This is after they shipped a greasy harness nearly a week after I paid. Take your business elsewhere like I did.
I did decide to keep the harness because it’s not worth the effort to send it back. After they baited and switched me on the harness I paid for and didn’t receive in full, I do not trust them to issue a refund upon receiving a return. I’d likely be stuck paying return shipping and never get a refund.
I found all of the wiring I need at Dead Jeep for less than half of ARK’s best price! Dead Jeep sells wiring that is removed, cleaned and ready to ship.
ARK is dishonest, overpriced and inefficient.
After 3 months of scouring the internet, I found the bumper cover I needed for my Mini Cooper at ARK. Even thought I live in UT and these guys are in FL, they went above and beyond to get my part shipped to me. The part was pulled in a day and shipped the day after that. Really appreciate these guys helping me and would gladly recommend them to others.
Raj reached out to me after posting on a page in search of R53 fender flares. He set me up with exactly what I needed for a great price. I received the flares in about a week and they were packaged very well!
By far one of the most customer oriented businesses I have dealt with in a long time. Raj and his team worked diligently to get me the specific part I needed for my MINI at a phenomenal price. I went to 3 other local junkyards that couldn't help me at all but once I found ARK automotive they found the part I needed the same day. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for spare parts ESPECIALLY if you have a MINI cooper!!
