One of the worst experiences of my life. I was given a bill for towing and impound fees. It came to approximately $450. I was also given a set of instructions concerning power of attorney since it was my son’s car and he was in the hospital. I left the shop grateful for the kindness and help. I executed everything that was asked, called on my way back and told the owner I was coming to pay the bill and pick up the car. I asked what the secondary tow fee was and he said $100. I showed up to the shop a few minutes later and was handled a bill for $863. I begrudgingly paid and asked for the car to be towed to a repair shop. The tow truck driver was hooking up to the car when I left. The other shop was 7 minutes away. I waited for 35 minutes and no tow truck no drove back to Millennium’s shop and our car was still there but the tow truck was gone. I was told that he had to go tow another car first and then he would come back. The shop I was getting the car towed to closes at 5 and was waiting for the car to show up. The owner called me and even started cussing and screaming at me when I told him why I was upset. He told me I was lucky he wasn’t there. At 6:30 I’m still waiting for the tow truck to hook to our car. I said I’ll drive the car out of their shop and I want my money refunded. The owner said he wouldn’t allow that. Total disregard for customers, professionalism, and future business. If you like having any of that done to you, I’d highly suggest you use them. Otherwise, stay clear!
Hi I’m a driver that was recovering my trailer from Millennium Towing when I ran out of drive time. I called the manager of the company and ask if I could stay the night and he welcomed me with open arms and nooooo hesitation and guided me where to park for the night and I’m very grateful for that. The staff also are very nice and helpful so if you are in a bind and don’t mind give this company a call and they will help us all the best way they can.
Nelson and his team came in the sweetest heavy duty tow truck fast and profesional back to the shop and was out and back on the road in a short few hours. After a starter replacement! , Bravo guys you have a customer for a long while, THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!
I’ve used Millennium Towing the past few years now, and wanted to give a shoutout to Nelson and team for always being responsive when needing emergency towing services, they were even able to get me in and out the shop in no time for my repairs I needed today!
It's pretty bad when they want to take your money for a tow but take 20 days to do the invoice so I can get reimbursed from the insurance company I been calling to get it sent to me and also went down to there shop to get one they said they be there in 5 minutes wait a half hour and still no one
Nelson and his team are a solid bunch. I was involved in an accident and the driver showed up to the seen quickly, and took care of taking my vehicle to their yard. Other than the accident, everything was painless and easy, i definitely recommend Millennium Towing!!!

To My Surprise, The company Owner delivered It to Me, put it right where I requested it with NO property damage, in a very tight area ! not impressed at all. I do a lot of reviews and try to give good reviews, but in this case, I can’t say one good thing about this company my wife was in an accident couple years ago wasn’t her fault. She was the victim. The vehicle got towed because it was totaled to this place, and then they put a lien on her license drivers license on top of that to where she can’t renew her license or renew her vehicle registration until she pays off a bill that shouldn’t even be charged to us offered us $250 payoff, then gotten an argument with the guy because he was being a jerk then they told us when I went to pay it off now two years later that they work with me on the payment to bring it down but instead they stood firm at $535 is what they tried to charge even though the DMV said $513. this place is putting liens on peoples drivers licenses in their registration to get their money. This should be illegal especially when it wasn’t towed there by the customers choice it was taking there without their permission. I give this if there was an option for a negative star, I’d give it, beware stay away because they will suspend your license in your registration to get what they want. Outrageous unreal.
First person I call for any of my tow needs is millennium! Always a phone call away for me! They’ve also been such a huge support with my semi truck parking so when I come home I know my truck is in a secure lot and don’t have to worry about leaving it at a truck stop. Absolute garbage experience. Owner is on a high horse and we got into a verbal altercation over the phone for his scam of a business he runs. If you ever get into a car accident DO NOT LET THEM TAKE YOUR CAR. Tell the police you’ll wait for your own tow truck. They’ll tell you one price in person then when you release the car it will be a completely different price. I don’t care about paying the amount I did but I was definitely led to believe it would be a specific daily price so I felt lied to. The owner threatened my husband, got into it with our tow guy too, so that’s when I called him myself.
Overall, seriously do not trust this scammer. He doesn’t care about people and just wants to up-charge you for any little inconvenience.
Oh and definitely have CASH Only cause he won’t accept anything else. Ugly experience.
My husband needed help with his truck and Nelson came out and was excellent. This place is not a joke, Nelson was honest, reliable and fair! He also informed him of another issue he saw, which helped saved him some money. They are better than than going to a dealership for repairs. I would recommend them to anyone who is in this area!

Having my car towed by Millennium towing was the best experience I’ve ever had with a tow. They responded quickly and were very polite and professional. Nobody ever wants to be towed, but if you have to be towed, Millennium is the absolute best you can get. I highly recommend them.
The man that towed my Tahoe was a saint..he helped me out greatly and during a very hard period of time I was going through..all I can say is I’ll definitely be using this company from now on if I need to again. This company needs to look into getting new drivers. As I was driving home from my daughters gymnastics class tonight on i4 we were in the middle lane when one of the wreckers came up behind us. Apparently he didn’t think 83 mph was fast enough and began to tail gate me. He then proceeded to turn on his brights. He then turned off his brights insured on his wrecker lights. As he went around me he turned his brights back on and almost ran us off the road. I tried to call the company an complain unfortunately they hung up on me. Guess they didn’t care that one of Their drivers endangering the lives of a family of five.
Five stars are simply not enough to rate Millenniem. Every aspect of the company deserves more. They do an excellent job at an excellent price, arrive as scheduled, have the knowledge and expertise to do their job, are professional in appearance, communication and execution in all areas of their chosen field and treat both the customer and their automobile with honesty and respect. Nelson's (owner) integrity as a man comes through in his company and his associates. Trust Millenniem and you will not only be pleasantly surprised, but your faith in the goodness of the human soul will be rewarded.
First I would like to say that this towing job was not necessarily typical. My 2016 f-250 got stuck in the mud. Yes, it is 4 wheel drive and after all is said and done, it was likely my fault due to the fact that I placed the truck into 4 wheel drive when I needed it but did not lock the hubs until after my tires dug themselves deep into the mud. Circumstances for my situation was helping a women and her two young teenage kids after she ran off the road. As I was driving by, I saw her wheels spinning and the vehicle in an awkward position. I got stuck after getting her out. I called 3 other towing companies prior. They each asked how far off the road I was, and followed by explaining that they would not go off road. I called Millennium Towing and the owner, Nelson, was extremely polite and very engaging over the phone. He did not hesitate for a second in agreeing to support my situation. Because of the locale of the scenario, I didn’t have an address. He was familiar with and was more than pleased to accept a text with a dropped pin from google maps. This is a rare accommodation when dealing with these types of businesses. Two trucks arrived to assist. The first one to arrive was the larger truck. The drivers name is Chris. I didn’t deal too much with Chris during the work but he was very knowledgeable. He knows his job well and because of that, it might be easy to confuse his confidence with arrogance but given the situation, regardless of what personna may have been portrayed, his knowledge was more than welcome and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Nelson, the owner, showed up shortly after. We quickly began developing a game plan. I had a 25 foot, 5000lbs strap that I offered up for use due to the length of the pull and we did use it. We worked on the pull for almost 3 hours in the rain using various types of pulls. Before the final attempt, I was ready to give up. I told Nelson that I’d give him 50% of the agreed total (based on successful extraction). The sun was nearly down by this time. The mosquitoes were thickening the air and I was hungry and tired because I fought it for over an hour before calling them. Nelson, was an absolute professional and genuinely wanted to get me out of the hole. He said, “let’s keep trying. I’m not leaving till I get you outta here. Don’t worry, the price isn’t changing. We’re getting you outta here!” These words were said with high energy and confidence but in such a manner that even I was convinced. The very next try was a success. I couldn’t believe it. Nelson, the owner and face of millennium towing, is a true professional. A modest and humble man who works like he’s being told what to do. Mud or no mud, If I need a tow within his service area, he’s the guy. Unless you know a tow company or owner of a tow company that has these characteristic or comes close, don’t make a mistake and call anybody else. As crappy as the situation was, working with Millennium Towing made it feel far better than it actually was.
