The ABSOLUTE WORST. I went to buy a rear Differential for a 2000 ford Excursion. They were great whenever they were taking my money. However when it came down to getting the part and I checked it to make sure it was okay I noticed that there were big differences between my differential and the one they were selling me. I called the dealership to verify if this would fit and the dealership provided me part numbers and explanations as to how the differentials are not the same. I provided Auto Parts Pros with my tag number, gear ratio and everything necessary since the first call. Not only did they give me something that was not equivalent to mine but the sales Rep named Troy (brown haired guy with glasses and an extremely short fused guy with little man syndrome) called me stupid when I proved it to him. He yelled at me like the coward he is from the behind the front window and called me retarded and insulted my education in every possible way imaginable. The Absolute worst treatment I have gotten from any of the Junk Yards nearby. And when I convinced him to go look at the tag id from his differential he refused to take off the tag bolt so we could verify there was indeed no 373 on the tag. An absolute disgusting human being with zero class. And on top of that he charged us $100 for his mistake. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! DONT GET SCAMMED!

White guy at the front counter was the worst. Wanted to look for a specific part to make sure it was the right part. He argued with saying this was the right part but I couldn't see it until after I bought it. That forced me to another yard where service was much better and I found what I was looking for.

Awesome place to buy a motor from. I was genuinely surprised to see how clean the motor was when they brought it out to my truck. Low core charge if you want to keep your old motor. The guy at the counter was very informative. The 101 day warranty is a welcomed perk to buying from these guys. Thanks for a great experience
