This is the second time I’ve been here for two of my cars they are always so nice and amazing team members! This is by far the best that I’ve been to their quality on there. Parts that I got are always amazing! They are my go to! I don’t go to any other but this one if they don’t have what I need I order it brand new!

They got me exactly what I needed but the man who answers the phone and works at the front window is extremely rude and unprofessional. He does not need to be the one greeting people as he is very condescending and disrespectful. His communication style is very unnecessary with all of the blank stares and head shakes like you are stupid when talking to go instead of having common decency and customer service skills. If I wasn’t in need of the part then o would have left and not patronized the business because that type of treatment is ridiculous. Y’all should consider somebody else especially if he’s the face and person that greets people for your establishment.

I would have to say that he was probably the rudest person I have ever met ! Very cocky and arrogant like he is on some kind of macho man contest or something!! Very rude very unpleasant I wished i could have walked away today with a great feeling with this place! I just bought a starter from here this morning and I really left feeling crapped on by this guy and his unnecessary smart mouth comments he made ! I felt stupid just for asking a question 🥺 he was very unpleasant I'm a female and I couldn't believe the way this man was talking to me !! And as bad as I wanted to throw the starter back in his face and tell him to keep it .. I have a daughter and I need my car !! But I most definitely moving forward I will never come back here ! My daddy David Kimbril used to get his parts from this place ( God rest his soul ) any and everything he needed for his truck he got it from here ! But I'm not sure what I stumbled up on but this guy is very mean

The ABSOLUTE WORST. I went to buy a rear Differential for a 2000 ford Excursion. They were great whenever they were taking my money. However when it came down to getting the part and I checked it to make sure it was okay I noticed that there were big differences between my differential and the one they were selling me. I called the dealership to verify if this would fit and the dealership provided me part numbers and explanations as to how the differentials are not the same. I provided Auto Parts Pros with my tag number, gear ratio and everything necessary since the first call. Not only did they give me something that was not equivalent to mine but the sales Rep named Troy (brown haired guy with glasses and an extremely short fused guy with little man syndrome) called me stupid when I proved it to him. He yelled at me like the coward he is from the behind the front window and called me retarded and insulted my education in every possible way imaginable. The Absolute worst treatment I have gotten from any of the Junk Yards nearby. And when I convinced him to go look at the tag id from his differential he refused to take off the tag bolt so we could verify there was indeed no 373 on the tag. An absolute disgusting human being with zero class. And on top of that he charged us $100 for his mistake. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! DONT GET SCAMMED!
