Best tow service ever, if I could give them 10 stars I would. Called the tow company and this very caring and compassionate driver came right out and towed my car that was not drivable. I had my gas tank damaged from this company.i have a all wheel drive bmw that was pulled with chain hooks on to the flatbed.when I called to complain about the punctured hole underneath my gas tank,they said they didn't damage the Vehicle so I was stuck paying for the repairs
Never got the service BUT!! One of their tow trucks were basically two feet behind a car then sped off. Completely unsafe and just stupid to do in a company car especially no one provoked the people in front were just going the speed limit.
I had the rudest most confrontational woman answer the phone and be completely unwilling to schedule the pick up of my RV. Everything was wrong. The pickup was requested for two days from today and the question was if the tires were good I said they were but I am unsure if they are flat and she instead of just informing me of my expectations she is telling me how they are going to penalize me and not hook up to my rv when I just need to know what to do and when they can book this. I called for an estimated cost and she was completely unhelpful with what I've been fighting so hard to accomplish. I've worked and saved all the money I have to move this RV and I just need a ball park estimate and to book it to be transported and I've got almost a thousand dollars why am I unable to get any progress with a professional towing service I have money I need my RV moved why is there so many issues with this? What a completely rude and unprofessional person to have working for you representing your services. She acted like I couldn't afford it but even if I were in poverty what gives the face of your company to down talk me because of that? I'm embarrassed for you if you are not. Salena or something close is her name but I may forget that what I remember is Webb's towing service totally disrespected me and my needs
Just here to get your attention, We agreed on a time of 8-9am for a delivery of vehicle. I’m expecting a delivery at that time, as well another family is waiting to have the vehicle towed off their property. They’re texting me wondering if someone is coming. I set my phone to DND when I’m driving for WORK or at night when I’m sleeping. If you can’t get a hold of me, shouldn’t you stick to the previous agreement and not put it on the customer? So the agreement is cancelled and is awaiting for me to respond as well the other family has to wait for the vehicle to be removed from their property. It’s your business, you should cover more bases so the agreement is met. It’s 1pm and still waiting to have the vehicle towed to my home, as well the other family is texting me. You should own it.
Webb’s did a great job helping my wife out recover from a wreck on I4. They’re very professional and helped calm the situation in a very stressful one. Great job Webb’s would recommend to anyone
